Hotel was about 3:45 hrs from Cairo. Staff were friendly and polite with us and very helpful specially house keeping. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, delicious with lots of choices

I also really appreciated the delicious food options and how easy it was to access nearby attractions. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

The check-in process was smooth, the room was comfortable and well-maintained, and the attention to detail throughout the property was impressive

Food was nice, but not all items were tasty. Loved the pool too and the pool bar (though they overcharge for drinks). The room was dirty when we arrived. Had to call housekeeping to clean it all over again

Update: Went again in September. Our stay was much better as the rooms were cleaner and all amenities were available

The animation team was super fun and hosted a wide variety of activities that made our stay more fun. Special thanks to Omar for his friendliness! Location is great and the beach is lovely

The restaurant was above average, needs a little more variety, some food items specially meats had a queue. The animation team needs a little boosting. Otherwise, the restaurant staff were wonderful

The highlight of the hotel is the sea which was AMAZING!! The room was fine needs a little maintenance and the view from the room was spectacular

Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay and we sure will repeat this experience

Live Arabic and English songs in the evenings, Sandy beach perfect for swimming equipment with many facilities and bars to enjoy the day

The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the beach and pool areas were perfect for relaxing. It’s a great mix of luxury and fun. I highly recommend it and would love to visit again!

Hotel is a bit tired, for example the slide doors to the balcony were difficult to lock due to the rust, and there was a smell from the shower drains which may be old and in need for service, other than that the pool and beach were amazing, as was the all inclusive buffet, and the alacarte restaurants

This place was a 10/10, the weather was perfect and the water was clear. The waiters are very nice and this place has very fast service. The stretching zone was very relaxing and peaceful. I will 100% come back next time

Our check in was delightful with Nour! Nour recognized it was our anniversary and upgraded us to a nice sea view room! She went above and beyond sending up a nice cake for us to the room

Food was fresh, delicious and extremely diverse. I had an issue paying with a foreign card and was overcharged. It took long to be solved but Mr Karim kept communicating with me until it was solved

The hotel is beachfront as you leave your room it’s few meters (10-15m) till you reach the beach sand. We had an upper floor with Seaview which was breathtaking

Nice place, helpful staff, aqua park, supermarket at normal prices, the village is not directly on the sea but it is close by two minutes drive

The beach is about 10-15 min from the hotel but they offer free transportation shuttle

It’s not a beachfront property, as it’s located on the other side of the road, which can be disappointing for those expecting direct beach access. The resort offers limited amenities and lacks diverse dining options

Additionally, the beach area can become overcrowded, leaving the overall experience below expectations

I had an amazing time here with my friends. The place is almost perfect, with plenty of fun activities for all ages The staff are very friendly and professional, making the whole experience even better

There is also another negative aspect of the hotel and that it is very far away and there are no services near it such as pharmacies,restaurants or a supermarket , If you wanna go out, you need to order a car a long time before you leave due to the distance of the place and the security of the area

It's very easy for the hotel to put a small bus or a golf car to service the guests and take them outside the hotel area or make it easy to access Uber and taxis It will be a good hotel for a short stay vacation, but not for a long stay

The waiting period may reach more than an hour for the to make the drive enter there's no reason and i don't know why they making the cars waiting all this time (this is the worst thing in the hotel), caused me a lot of delay

A great addition to the north coast

Clean, elegant and the lagoon is just a delight. The staff is super friendly and the location is great. The prices in the restaurant are absurd though; seriously more expensive than prices in Western Europe.

We had a great time! The hotel is clean the staff are friendly and the decor is just amazing! We went September and it was off-season I would recommend visiting north cost mid summer June-August.

Everything was perfect. Staff friendly, food great and the place was relaxing and welcoming. The General Manager Emad was very helpful and attentive.

It's got the perfect complex of restaurants, cafés, trucks and kids area plus the pool and water entertainment of course

The place is nice and cozy. But the pools are small, one of them is not heated, the water is cold even when the sun is high. The beach isn't very good.

Staff is very supportive and welcoming. Beach is nice with sand and no waves. Water sports are very near to go pick your favourite while the rest of the family resting on the beach. Shopping and pharmacy is so close

Porto Marina Hotel is beautiful, it has everything that comes to your mind, whether it is shopping stores, groceries, restaurants, cafes Its idea is 5 parallel paths, rooms overlooking the sea and a room overlooking the swimming pools, which are approximately 4 large swimming pools like the river and one swimming pool in front of the reception building is small and beautiful

Shisha cafes and restaurants, cafes, and there is a private beach on foot, and a beach for a boat ride that brings you fees that you pay only once, and the beach has all the sea games and there is a boat trip that I did, but what I understood was the same beach activities, but riding the boat and spinning around you did not fit me because the hotel sea is basically a closed area, what is an open sea...

Means of entertainment are good ; beach buggy , bicycle riding , taftaf ,animation team, everything is amazing. The staff is very helpful and friendly
