With good management and team. Everything is done to make guest feel welcome. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Room at the front of the swimming pool was a bit crowded but clean and easy access to water activities .

This place was a 10/10, the weather was perfect and the water was clear. The waiters are very nice and this place has very fast service. The stretching zone was very relaxing and peaceful. I will 100% come back next time

It was amazing I saw amazing people and they were so funny and friendly. I visited a foam party with animation team and I loved and also a music on the beach was really good

But I want express special thanks to the animation's team! All members of this team are perfect! Otta, Maria, Magdi and Irina gave all of us good mood and inspiration every day! We enjoyed all the kinds of activity with these guys and girls and got fantastic emotions from their night shows! We had an incredible rest and would like to come back to this hotel again!

This place is really wonderful. It was our first time and we enjoyed so much. Beach was very good with animation team and different activities. We joined a stretvhing and yoga , it was great

We have an issue with the AC and we stayed more than 4 hours without solving the issue with more than 5 calls to the reception and finally after we went physically to the reception and insists to meet the manager, he solved the issue and changed the room

Shisha cafes and restaurants, cafes, and there is a private beach on foot, and a beach for a boat ride that brings you fees that you pay only once, and the beach has all the sea games and there is a boat trip that I did, but what I understood was the same beach activities, but riding the boat and spinning around you did not fit me because the hotel sea is basically a closed area, what is an open sea...

Porto Marina Hotel is beautiful, it has everything that comes to your mind, whether it is shopping stores, groceries, restaurants, cafes Its idea is 5 parallel paths, rooms overlooking the sea and a room overlooking the swimming pools, which are approximately 4 large swimming pools like the river and one swimming pool in front of the reception building is small and beautiful

Beach was stunningly beautiful, very clean water & sand, could've used more showers and toilets The pool was very big, even if there were a lot of people you still wouldn't feel crowded The animation team went above and beyond in their night shows to keep everyone entertained and they're great with kids

The resort has a variety of amenities such as a spa and sauna, gym, and kids room/game room (play station, pool, table tennis), some of which are extra charge but not pricey

My family and I stayed at one of the oceanfront villas with a private pool. The kids loved having their own pool. We loved the villa itself and its proximity to the beach

I felt a happy sensation in my body with the amazing vibes the rooms were perfect beds are comfortable and cozy. The restaurant food is delicious and amazing, lots of amazing food

The most beautiful beach, cyan water and white sand, not hot weather. Really like Caribbean, maybe better. Hotel is nice, luxury, but older, the bathroom a bit worn out

A meeting was arranged with the head chef of the hotel, he took my feed back and asked about what we generally like to eat and for the rest of the two weeks I get messages before lunch and dinner from the head chef asking about what we would like to eat and if something that's not on the menu it was cooked specifically for us

Me and my wife started wiping all the surfaces to be able to unpack our luggage. The next morning I reported all that to the hotel manager and that has transformed our whole experience for the rest of the two weeks

The first night we arrived we went straight to the dinner buffet and despite the fact that we were very hungry we absolutely loathed the food. No flavor, over cooked, overly touristic

To add to that, after a long way of travel, we only wanted to unpack, wash and go to bed, only to find that the cupboards and all surfaces are dusty

Also have to mention that the quality of the food in the main buffer has improved significantly. After some time we stopped asking for made to order dishes as the quality and variety of the buffet was great

Breakfast and by the pool services can be improved, unfortunately the beach was filled with rocks and high waves so tough to enjoy but the pool was great

Very nice place , the staff is very good and helpful. Two nice pools one infront of lobby suitable for kids and adults, another gigantic lake pool with salty water from the beach

Good value for money. Perfect place for a summer holiday. Really worth it. You and your family will enjoy the facilities and the beautiful turquoise sea water.

I loved the hotel, it is very comfy and neat. Lagoon and sea view is clean and almost private. Food is very good, staff is friendly. Wifi was not that great. Highly recommended.

I rented a car in Alexandria and drove one hour to reach gate 7 marina ( the only place you can enter as a guest in that hotel) Take your plugs converters with you. they have a strange socket!! See pictures

you get the feeling that the staff never been in a 5 or 4 stars hotel before. The location is nice bu you don't feel you're in Marina. I'd you are like me who grew up there and have lots of memories

The location is far away from any other place in Marina. It's like 20 minutes drive!!!! The hotel has everything anyways. Room service is a challenge and prices are overwhelming

A Wonderful Stay at Crystal Inn I recently had the pleasure of staying at Crystal Inn during my visit to Al Alamein. I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish

The service is excellent... very clean with good breakfast, small but very clean swimming pool, beach is near but they drive you to it by electric golf cars, rooms are small but well equipped and very clean

Amr and his team for their kindness and help. The first thing that caught my attention was the immaculate cleanliness of the hotel. The lobby was elegantly designed, and the entire property exuded a sense of luxury

Whether it was arranging transportation, recommending local attractions, or accommodating special requests, they were always there to assist with a genuine smile. Overall, I cannot recommend Crystal Inn enough

Clean, elegant and the lagoon is just a delight. The staff is super friendly and the location is great. The prices in the restaurant are absurd though; seriously more expensive than prices in Western Europe.

We had a great time! The hotel is clean the staff are friendly and the decor is just amazing! We went September and it was off-season I would recommend visiting north cost mid summer June-August.

Everything was perfect. Staff friendly, food great and the place was relaxing and welcoming. The General Manager Emad was very helpful and attentive.

It's got the perfect complex of restaurants, cafés, trucks and kids area plus the pool and water entertainment of course

The place is nice and cozy. But the pools are small, one of them is not heated, the water is cold even when the sun is high. The beach isn't very good.

Staff is very supportive and welcoming. Beach is nice with sand and no waves. Water sports are very near to go pick your favourite while the rest of the family resting on the beach. Shopping and pharmacy is so close

It's quite living to It's reputation. Porto Marina has always been the popular destination for most vacationers in North Coast

Lots and lots of activities for children including fun fair. Golf cars are available for people with movement problems

Porto golf card holders allowed to access Assuit Univ Beach (20km) which but by 15 Sep they stopped this so no more Beach access was avail... still though the green areas and swimming pools are great

No Beach here but there's a private one for Golf porto marina card holders, a Bus is available 3 times daily to take people to the beach

Hi there! I came here mid of October it is not a vacation season actually i think i was the only person here :) rooms are spacious clean, staff super pleasant indoor swimming pool cosy and relaxing

The hotel is in the center of everything. It’s very clean, rooms are really nice and bathroom is also very clean with hot water. There are many restaurants under the hotel and a supermarket, and a cafe

Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights while in Alamein and was wowed by the ambiance and service... the receptionists were very helpful and the team in the restaurant are very courteous... I highly recommend it

It has no sea view i think it is a good option as a stop on your way to for example Marsa Matrouh or if you work on New El Alamein Construction 🏗️🚧. Anyways they deserve good review as a roadside hotel :)

Club75 with entrance fees 35 l.e that has `pool, aqua park, private beach` sea view is amazing but they have very poor food service not recommended at all

Means of entertainment are good ; beach buggy , bicycle riding , taftaf ,animation team, everything is amazing. The staff is very helpful and friendly

I'd recommend this place for anyone who is seeking a comfortable and entertaining stay

The beach is amazing! The room needed renovations and the wifi didn't work that well. Food is good. The pools are also very nice. Overall I would recommend mainly for the beach, everything else is just okay.

Nice outing with nice friends not too expensive so don't expect much the sea is rough so take care and the pool is small and crowded in holidays
