Where to stay in El Alamein

The room furniture is outdated. A broken tile at the room entrance! The coffee mugs were dirty! Service is very slow responsive. I had to call 3 times asking for someone to fix the safe that turned out to be out of batteries. We arrived on Saturday and the room was cleaned for the first time on Tuesday!! Food was good. I felt a happy sensation in my body with the amazing vibes the rooms were perfect beds are comfortable and cozy. The restaurant food is delicious and amazing, lots of amazing food . My best feeling was the amazing party in was fantastic and funny.overall my impression of the place is amazing.

Came for a 4 night vacation. Was very impressed with the beautiful beach, surplus of pools, nightly entertainment, nice views, and great service. The resort has a variety of amenities such as a spa and sauna, gym, and kids room/game room (play station, pool, table tennis), some of which are extra charge but not pricey. Employees speak basic English, for more complicated things they might have to transfer...

My family and I stayed at one of the oceanfront villas with a private pool. We have a 5 and 3 year old. The kids loved having their own pool. We loved the villa itself and its proximity to the beach. Room service was great. Staff was super friendly. We will definitely be back and will most likely bring friends and family with us in the future. Highly recommend!

The place is wonderful and very comfortable. The swimming pool is beautiful. It has a wonderful beach. The staff are very polite and helpful. The food is beautiful, but there is not a variety of choices. It is a nice experience and I hope to repeat it.

The most beautiful beach, cyan water and white sand, not hot weather. Really like Caribbean, maybe better. Hotel is nice, luxury, but older, the bathroom a bit worn out. The food was delicious, huge amount of food from many cousins. We liked Asia and Turkish ala carte restaurants. Very nice and willing staff.

The first night we arrived we went straight to the dinner buffet and despite the fact that we were very hungry we absolutely loathed the food. No flavor, over cooked, overly touristic. To add to that, after a long way of travel, we only wanted to unpack, wash and go to bed, only to find that the cupboards and all surfaces are dusty. Me and my wife started wiping all the surfaces to be able to unpack...

Great hotel and location. In particular the hotel staff was professional and always available to make our stay comfortable. In particular we met Mirna at the Restaurant's Ice Cream Shop had a beaming smile and made our kids feel at home. Wishing all the staff, Esraa and Mirna a big thanks.

I love the staff and the way they treat people! The food is also amazing and it’s honestly some of the best foods I've ever tried in my life. The rooms are also very cozy and the house keeping staff always make sure you are comfortable in every way possible. So far my experience here has been spectacular and i cant wait to see what else this hotel awaits!

Perfect hotel, very good and clean rooms, and the room size is very good ، car parking is free, receptionists are very polite, fast check in within fifteen minutes, welcome drinks are available, all inclusive restaurants with too many variations of foods, fresh drinks and coffee also available at all bars, ice cream 🍦🍨 also available at all bars. The room service was amazing, especially Elsaied Mohamed was amazing. He is very honest and kind. His work in the room was great too!

The housekeeping were amazing and kind, made sweet designs with fresh flowers on the bed. Breakfast and by the pool services can be improved, unfortunately the beach was filled with rocks and high waves so tough to enjoy but the pool was great.

Breakfast was really good loved the location the private beaches. Couldnt ask for more

Amazing Trip! Stayed Sept 26-28 and had a wonderful time. Our check in was delightful with Nour! Nour recognized it was our anniversary and upgraded us to a nice sea view room! This place was a 10/10, the weather was perfect and the water was clear. The waiters are very nice and this place has very fast service. The stretching zone was very relaxing and peaceful. I will 100% come back next time.

We have an issue with the AC and we stayed more than 4 hours without solving the issue with more than 5 calls to the reception and finally after we went physically to the reception and insists to meet the manager, he solved the issue and changed the room. This place is really wonderful. It was our first time and we enjoyed so much. Beach was very good with animation team and different activities. We joined a stretvhing and yoga , it was great. And restaurant is nice, staff is friendly and helpful.

I had a wonderful time with my family at the hotel. There are all sort of fun activities by the Beach . The rooms are pretty clean and the view is spectacular. Ms Eman helped us a lot and was super friendly! Big thanks to her for her amazing service 🤍🤍🤍

Nice quiet hotel but it’s missing the party life

Quiet, sometimes new to everyone, but I'm a good place to relax.

Reseption tried to give cheaper, smaller room than was booked. Waiters in restaurant without masks. Food not bad, stuff is pleasant.

The best experience I've ever got

Nice place. Novas staff...you get the feeling that the staff never been in a 5 or 4 stars hotel before. The location is nice bu you don't feel you're in Marina...I'd you are like me who grew up there and have lots of memories. The location is far away from any other place in Marina. It's like 20 minutes drive!!!! The hotel has everything anyways. A small pool...a wonderful beach...and an average restaurant...

The hotel is quite and cozy, nice staff, Good breakfast buffet, Great location and view. The main drawback is the beach, it needs a lot of maintenance to clean the sand and remove all the debris and seaweed, there is no boardwalk to reach the sea.. you have to take a long walk through the sand to get there. plus the pool is really small! other than that the place is peaceful and clean.

Porto Marina Hotel is beautiful, it has everything that comes to your mind, whether it is shopping stores, groceries, restaurants, cafes Its idea is 5 parallel paths, rooms overlooking the sea and a room overlooking the swimming pools, which are approximately 4 large swimming pools like the river and one swimming pool in front of the reception building is small and beautiful. One of the BEST places I’ve ever been to, Islam and Ali were really friendly and helpful in cleaning our room although we had a lot of requests due to having a baby. I will start first with the challenges I faced in the Hotel during my 3 nights stay. 1st problem: No clear system for arrangement of the golf car between hotel and beach. Driver will take whoever will hop first in the car and no body from hotel is there at beach to arrange the turn of guests who came first. One day I had to wait for the golf car for around 25 min at beach to take me back to hotel...

Best hotel I did ! Friendly personal, very professional ! The room are stunning, comfy and very classy. It's fully equiped. Having the ironing table and an iron Is also great. Food is fresh all along the day with a lot of choice, plus the chefs are here to cook what you need. The beach is very nice, golf car is practical to reach it. Thanks again for the little attention. A great addition to the north coast

We had a great time! The hotel is clean the staff are friendly and the decor is just amazing! We went September and it was off-season I would recommend visiting north cost mid summer June-August.

Clean, elegant and the lagoon is just a delight. The staff is super friendly and the location is great. The prices in the restaurant are absurd though; seriously more expensive than prices in Western Europe.

Great food and very nice view

It is a very nice hotel in excellent location in marina provides a good survice, it's so quiet in November allow relaxation with the amazing sea view, but unfortunately almost all cafes and shops are closed in this time

The weather is great, the sea view is beautiful, it's a very clean 👌and tidy place, An excellent vacation, excellent personnel, excellent house keeping.

The place is nice and cozy. But the pools are small, one of them is not heated, the water is cold even when the sun is high. The beach isn't very good.

It's quite living to It's reputation. Porto Marina has always been the popular destination for most vacationers in North Coast. It's got the perfect complex of restaurants, cafés, trucks and kids area plus the pool and water entertainment of course. You can enjoy all of this while staying a couple of nights at a hotel room or chalet accommodations in the near gates.

Staff is very supportive and welcoming. Place is clean. Beach is nice with sand and no waves. Water sports are very near to go pick your favourite while the rest of the family resting on the beach. Shopping and pharmacy is so close . Lots and lots of activities for children including fun fair. Golf cars are available for people with movement problems.

Great place ... many swimming pools

Porto golf card holders allowed to access Assuit Univ Beach (20km) which but by 15 Sep they stopped this so no more Beach access was avail... still though the green areas and swimming pools are great

It's a great, well organised resort , but my only problem is that it doesn't have a sea

No Beach here but there's a private one for Golf porto marina card holders, a Bus is available 3 times daily to take people to the beach

Thanks alot for the hospitality and kindness. First of all, the place is very nice , clean and arranged properly. Facilities are in good condition. But the most important thing was the staff. Everyone was kind and nice to us and can’t thank them enough. My mum wanted to spend some quality time and she was definitely satisfied. Highly recommend!

Great experience in marina North coast

The room is nice. It smells kind of weird but it’s big. The kid area was amazing and I loved the pool. The bed was great. It was cool and cold and I loved it. The beach was far, but it was great. Five star review.

nice clean place but smartphone service gets pretty weak in some places, also has a nice gym with many machines but basically all of the benches dont incline or move at all so they might need some fixing up in the gym

Location is awesome, staff members are very nice, the upgrade they gave us for an apartment was exceptionally special.. we LOVED our stay there.

The hotel is in the center of everything. It’s very clean, rooms are really nice and bathroom is also very clean with hot water. There are many restaurants under the hotel and a supermarket, and a cafe. Breakfast is also very delicious, and they have many options and an omelette station. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is really very good. I was very satisfied with everything; the food, the staff and how they are welcoming, the cleaniness of the room and its space.. I really recommend it
