Everything was great, from room, view, food, the weekend entertainment, and the location. The staff members were particularly professional and very friendly. The family was specifcally impressed with Mr. زياد أسامة, who was our host in the Fish Restaurant because he made us feel very welcomed, he answered all our questions, was very professional and at the same time was very friendly. Thank you for your hospitality.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Iman Meligi 💞💞💞 during my recent stay at the hotel, and I must say, her level of professionalism and courtesy exceeded my expectations. From the moment I approached the front desk, she greeted me with a warm smile and handled all my requests with the utmost respect and efficiency. Her communication style is exceptionally polite and refined, making me feel truly valued as a guest.

Very nice located hotel.view adorable.
Reception staff need training how to deal with guest especially their senior one.
They allow you one key for the double room and if you need to go to your room you have the reception to send a worker with a master key to open the door.
The rest is a very bad experience.chef have no idea how to cook.
Sooooo sad to leave such beautiful exceptional lovely place to theese untrained personals.

They have big issues with cleanness and service, very slow, bed sheets not changed.

The room is clean, the bed, below, bathroom, breakfast, all are good.
Just need to add sleepers for the bathroom.
I liked the great view, and the best part was walking on the beach at night.

Huge hotel resort building & green area. Spacious room. Comfy and nice interior, the material & detail. Excellent soft pillows and bed quality. Fair & reasonable prices of room service F & B menu (tax included) - and only 10 EGP room delivery charge.

Rooms are not clean at all!
The worst customer service I’ve ever had! We requested clean towels three times since 11:00 pm till the next day no one brought any thing!
Not recommended to anyone especially foreign people.

As a Hotel design it’s good. But as a service it’s bad ! I had bad experience with staff they always promised they would help or they will provide what ask but they didn’t do anything! Food it’s other story compared to the hotel design its totally opposite the quality of the bad and the variety is not good enough!! Only the one thing is good is the coffee section and the barista who try his best to make customers happy! Other staff members are very not in mood to listen!!
