Porto Said Resort & Spa

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Porto Said Resort & Spa for 5 days, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stunning location and impeccable service. The resort offers a perfect blend of relaxation and luxury, with beautiful views of the sea and spacious, well-appointed rooms.

One of the highlights of our stay was the buffet, which exceeded all expectations. Every meal was a delightful experience, featuring a wide range of freshly prepared dishes. The variety was impressive, with options to satisfy all tastes, from fresh seafood to international and local specialties. The staff at the restaurant was incredibly attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our meals.

The resort also offers a fantastic range of amenities. The spa was a great place to unwind, offering a variety of treatments in a serene environment. The pool area was relaxing, with comfortable seating and a beautiful view, making it perfect for a day of sunbathing or enjoying a refreshing swim. The beach area was clean and well-maintained, providing the perfect spot to enjoy the sun and sea.

Quiet and clean location, rooms nice, breakfast fine and staff friendly. The only negative was, that the Spa was under maintenance, and we booked it because of the Spa, so an information before would have been nice.

The spa is nice, a little pricy, but has incentives. The gym is good. Beach access is great. Personnel is friendly and helpful, English speakers are available. Food is supposed to provide international flair but misses the target

The hotel is very beautiful in general, and the food is beautiful and varied, especially meat and pasta. The beach is excellent, and the employees are all at a high level of experience and very cheerful and cooperative. We had a lot of fun with the animation team and at parties with them, they are really excellent and their spirit is very nice.

Hotel rooms are average. The hotel itself is also fair, nice view, but not the best hotel service. You might look for a clean Chalet and save money on the hotel. Also breakfast is below average.

However, regarding the chalets within PortoSaid, their condition depends on the owner. Usually they are clean but some of them need maintenance. Prices are excellent nevertheless. The place's management are very cooperative and respectful. Excellent services and overall prices all around the place besides the hotel.

The food is very nice and varied, the cleanliness is excellent, the restaurant is very good, the clothes are very clean, the lifeguard and recreation are very cooperative, the sea is very enjoyable, the reception and all the staff are cooperative and respectful and their faces are cheerful, and we were very happy with the animation team at the party, whether the skirt or the competitions.

We have a nice and wonderfull time with good rooms with sea view and good time spent with fun activities of the animation team, also food was not bad, it can be improved but still enjoyable, you will have good family time on the beach and pool,

Everything there is exceptional. The staff, the food, the view, the service, the facilities, and the room was comfy.

I enjoyed every single minute I had stayed at that hotel. It was my first time in Port Said and because of them it will never be the last time.

I want to thank all the staff for their marvelous hospitality. They are so friendly and willing to service at any time. I LOVED the place.

P.s: the sea food at the restaurant is yummy! And the beach is amazing!

It’s a cool place. Still needs a lot of work tho to be a proper getaway place. Lots of families. It needs more cafes and restaurants. Good staff and clean
