Out stay was very Enjoy! Family friendly hotel, very nice rooms, great pools, good food, good drinks 🙂 Hotel service at a good level. The only problem was the situation with the suitcase that was left at the hotel

Amazing hotel with great beach. There is lot of thing to do, animators are very friedly. Food is excelent and rooms are clean.

Even the sellers, who seem to be hated on the other comments, are so pleasant to talk with, they never forced us to buy anything and were just so friendly all the time. •Felt safe in the hotel and around

As 2 women travelling alone we could have felt unsafe but it never happened. •Food and beverages were top notch, the souk al hana buffet was huge and got plenty of different choices everyday

We also tried Cardamom and Tagine à la carte restaurants and we weren’t disappointed ! •Room was nice and fresh, the AC was working really well and we had plenty of space

Cons : •The animation team, I used to travel in Egypt and animation teams were all incredible, however, at the hotel we were really disappointed

Great beach, swimming and of course the reef and ability to scuba or snorkel safely

disregarding the service towards the guest and not helpful. Rooms are different on photos and in reality. Restaurant service is tragedy and they don't respect cleanliness. the pools look old and sometimes neglected

All the Staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel and the beach and pool are clean. The food is testy, the booz is Ok. The room is clean and comfortable

Very disappointed with everything, not for English people, we r the only ones in hotel, staff very unsociable, no decent alcohol, rooms are very dated, big animation team only seen on beach once, that was on there break resting, restaurant is free for all, run the gauntlet, so have to go certain times, would not like to be here height of season, best bit is beach and staff down there, will not return

Reconstruct the main heated pool, as there are many holes and dangerous tiles that could cause injuries. Most of the staff were great, except for the seaside bar staff who were not very friendly

Waking up to the view of the sea is really very relaxing

The best hotel i have ever been. All entartaiment his amazing, but Mario is the best. I think that the water taxi is very good idea. The location is supe. Roomster are very big and clean witj the view at marina. ❤️

5 from 10 they have all what i need open buffet and snacks whenever I asked for extra cheap price with good quality it's so calm place few minutes walk to the marine between palms and flowers so it's stories time 😄 They have an amazing diving center #sambo it's my first time and surely not the last 💕

i really like food and the hotel have amazing atmosfer. I really like it. The beach is a short walk from the hotel and is really beautiful.

Our stay as a family was amazing. The staff are very helpful and always smiling. They helped me to give my wife a surprise birthday party and even made a traditional show for her. The kids had fun with multiple pools

The entertainment team is the best (Simba!), super friendly, every day there is a different show, games and fun! It is a perfect place for all who want to enjoy a quiet rest on a beautiful beach in an exceptional venue

There are many meals to choose from. You can snorkel just by swimming out of the beach. There is also a diving center where you can dive. Although I didn't see dugongs, there are also yoga and zumba classes every day

The waiters may think that we Chinese people don't speak English very well, so they don't talk much or take the initiative to serve, except for the staff on the beach

You get your money's worth! The Italian food was also very tasty! The seafood restaurant is next to the sea and it is very relaxing to hear the sea while you eat. 🌊 The staff are very nice and accommodating

The complex is modern and clean. 👌🏼 The room was clean and was cleaned every day. The rooms are modern and large. We had the deluxe sea view room with dressing room. The food is delicious and always fresh

The drinks were always brought to the pool. Ali and Sayed always try to encourage people. The two are very helpful, both with questions and to have fun🏓 The pool area is cleaned several times a day

We had a a little problem with restaurant becouse they cooked usually the same food. The timetable was quite bad for me, but it’s only my problem becouse I’m sleeper, so it is not a defenct of the hotel
