IBEROTEL Costa Mares

The scenery is great. There are many meals to choose from. You can snorkel just by swimming out of the beach. There is also a diving center where you can dive. Although I didn't see dugongs, there are also yoga and zumba classes every day.

Unfortunately, we didn't see any dugongs.

The weather was very warm for the month of April, around 28 degrees, the hotel is new, with wonderful and friendly staff, ready to help you with everything at any time, the food was uniquely delicious, we have no complaints and we would gladly come again, everything was great!

The hotel was one of the best we have had in Egypt. Especially the bay with it`s Sea Turtles and Dugongs made it unique. The staff is very friendly and helping, the gardens are kept clean and planted with wonderful flowers. And most of all the food was excellent not only in the buffet restaurant (Coral) but also in the Snack Restaurants during the day as well as the à la carte dining in the evening.

The room is old. The environment is good. The service staff suddenly opened the door without knocking and I was startled. Then I complained to the front desk. The attitude was OK. I feel that the attitude of Chinese people is not as good as that of Europeans.

A huge thank you to all the wonderful staff at Iberotel Costa Mares for making our stay so special! Everyone looked after us so well, especially when our son wasn’t feeling his best—we truly appreciated the care and kindness.

The resort is beautifully kept, offering such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The food was fantastic, with plenty of delicious choices—there was always something tasty for everyone!

It’s a very safe and welcoming place, perfect for families. With so many great activities to enjoy, there’s never a dull moment.

It’s a really great hotel. It’s not to big and the people are amazing. The rooms are very clean, the food is very good and there is are allot of variety. We love the drinks in uncle bar. The animation team is really great, they have a lot of activities. They are really nice and amazing with the children. We love Simba so much!!

Saw dugongs and turtles. Very good experience. Overall, everything was good. The room was cleaned and they helped fold the clothes. The white food was very rich, but not suitable for Chinese stomachs. The desserts were delicious. The waiters may think that we Chinese people don't speak English very well, so they don't talk much or take the initiative to serve, except for the staff on the beach. When I left the hotel, I was asked to give a good review on another platform and I did. An episode was that I booked the Asian restaurant next door at the front desk on the first day I arrived, but I was not told until the evening of the second day that I didn't book it, and the time was changed from 6:30 to 7:30. Then I went through a lot of trouble to find this Asian restaurant, and was told by another hotel river? (new hotel suggested booking this, good service and took the initiative to send me) back to the front desk. After I was a little angry, the front desk used a battery car to send me back and forth. The battery car took a long time to drive, and it was so far that they told me that I could walk to the beach, and they didn't provide a map. I wondered if they couldn't take the initiative to send me there at the beginning. I also gave all the tips I should give. I think it is also possible that too many compatriots don't tip, so they are too lazy to serve. What's worse is that the manager of Jaz amara Asian restaurant had a smirk from the moment I entered the door. He looked like he didn't want to answer anything. I wanted to curse him in the restaurant. This Asian restaurant has the worst service in Egypt in 2 weeks. I want to say to the manager, "Be happier in your work, OK?" The 2 stars for service are mainly for the front desk and this Asian restaurant.

The hotel "Iberotel Costa Mares" is truly of a very high standard when it comes to the service of all staff. Everyone is helpful, I can't complain about anything. The environment is nice, clean, and constantly maintained. The beach is right next to the hotel and is also ideal for diving, where you can observe coral reefs, fish, and turtles. The entrance to the sea is gradual.
The food was varied and very tasty, everyone was sure to find their favorite.
The rooms were cleaned every day, and the services of animators were also a good quality.
Every evening there was a program of singing or dancing.
I definitely recommend this hotel.
