A huge thank you to all the wonderful staff at Iberotel Costa Mares for making our stay so special! Everyone looked after us so well, especially when our son wasn’t feeling his best—we truly appreciated the care and kindness.

The resort is beautifully kept, offering such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The food was fantastic, with plenty of delicious choices—there was always something tasty for everyone!

It’s a very safe and welcoming place, perfect for families. With so many great activities to enjoy, there’s never a dull moment.

We had an amazing time—thank you again! We’ll definitely be back!

It’s a really great hotel. It’s not to big and the people are amazing. The rooms are very clean, the food is very good and there is are allot of variety. We love the drinks in uncle bar. The animation team is really great, they have a lot of activities. They are really nice and amazing with the children. We love Simba so much!!

The hotel "Iberotel Costa Mares" is truly of a very high standard when it comes to the service of all staff. Everyone is helpful, I can't complain about anything. The environment is nice, clean, and constantly maintained. The beach is right next to the hotel and is also ideal for diving, where you can observe coral reefs, fish, and turtles. The entrance to the sea is gradual.
The food was varied and very tasty, everyone was sure to find their favorite.
The rooms were cleaned every day, and the services of animators were also a good quality.
Every evening there was a program of singing or dancing.
I definitely recommend this hotel.

Beautiful resort. Fantastic food! So many choices every day. There are not many resorts I think who have the food quality so good as here. The people are very friendly the do everything to make your stay unforgettable. Our waiter Sherif makes our stay Fantastic! The resort is new and very clean. We look forward to come back next year!

We had a wonderful time at Iberotel Costa Mares. From the exceptional welcoming until the last day we were amazed by the quality of the service. The hotel stands out by it's classy, elegant style and subtle decoration. The rooms are clean and spacious, the food delicious with lots of options (vegetarian, gluten free, kids menu, etc.) and the staff is extremely kind and helpful. The entertainment team is the best (Simba!), super friendly, every day there is a different show, games and fun! It is a perfect place for all who want to enjoy a quiet rest on a beautiful beach in an exceptional venue. Highly recommended!

The hotel is super. The animation is top notch, the guys are great. Every day there is aqua aerobics, volleyball, children's animation, evening shows, children's shows. The cuisine is delicious, the rooms are clean, the staff is very attentive, friendly. The hotel manager is super, he comes up to you and asks if everything is okay. Very nice. The sea is clean, the coral reef is nearby, you can see turtles, a lot of fish, take a mask and fins. The hotel is great for a family holiday. Thank you very much, we are very happy.

We are currently staying at this hotel. The hotel is good. New, clean, well-maintained, the room is quite spacious (we have 2 adults + 2 children). The sea and the beach are gorgeous. Total delight. The hotel is located in Turtle Bay. Also, dugongs swim to this bay in the afternoon. This is a separate delight! The entrance to the sea is sandy, you need to swim to the reef (not far). The coral reef is no worse or better than in Sharm. The food is good, by Egyptian standards it is generally excellent. There are not many dishes, but everything is delicious. The only minus for us is the very weak animation (there is practically no onamation). Everything else is excellent. I recommend it.

The hotel area is clean, small, but very cozy, there are 2 swimming pools (adult and children's), and several bars, at the reception there is a Russian girl Olesya who will help solve any problem or fulfill a request, an active animation team works on the territory, there is water polo, ping-pong, table football, aqua aerobics, there is also animation for children, a Russian girl Taya spends time with children on the beach, in the pool and indoors, in the evening there is a mini disco, my son was simply delighted with it, he kept track of the time on his phone just not to be late, thanks to her for caring and responsibility for the children, after the mini disco there is also live music, dance shows, Mister Hotel, guess the melody and a party in the pool, thanks to Davsha, Coco and Thomas for this; if you like to swim with masks, I recommend asking the lifeguards about the habitats of sea cows and turtles, the guys will be happy to help! This was my best vacation, I recommend this hotel to everyone!

We felt coziness and tranquility right from the doorway! The lobby is very stylish! We were greeted with orange juice in a glass))) in general, the first impression is super!!!! We left our suitcases and went to have lunch. In the restaurant, it seemed to us, there were more staff than vacationers))) the guys were all smiling, they greeted us, offered a table, brought drinks. The staff is dressed beautifully, cleanly and neatly! They move a chair for a lady when she sits down!!! Bravo!!! We were given a room in the building that is accessed via a bridge, next time we will take another one - closer to the sea and on the first floor. In general, all the hotel rooms have a sea view) the furniture in the room is new, stylish, everything is done with taste. The room has robes, slippers, a hair dryer, bathroom accessories. The mini bar was regularly replenished. Nuts, chips and waffles were for an additional fee, everything else (cola, fanta, sprite, beer, white wine, red, four types of juice, water) - free. The guy changed our beach towels for us after 6 p.m., he brought them to our room himself. In general, you can change your towels at any time from the guys who clean the rooms. The beach. Very clean, well-kept! I have never seen cigarette butts, pieces of paper or other trash lying around. The beach is half empty, you don’t have to run around looking for free sun loungers))) as soon as you come to the beach, the guy comes up to you, spreads the towel on the sun lounger, moves everything, arranges it the way you need. Waiters walk along the beach, asking if we would like something to drink. There were no pestering, annoyingly offering their services on the beach, no, once a guy came up and offered excursions and another guy offered a massage - but it was unobtrusive. The sea. It’s just space!!! We saw them all!!!! A bunch of turtles!!!! We saw a dugong!!! What a wonderful creature!!!! And there are corals - some are very close, where it is shallow - just for those who are bad swimmers))) there are deep ones, where there are strong waves - this is for advanced, my husband swam, filmed on camera, but it seemed to me that the corals that are closer are more beautiful))) Food. Everything is very tasty and varied! Snacks, fruits and other things are laid out in small portions, when something runs out - they immediately bring out something new. There are no queues for food))) smoothies, fresh juices, delicious coffee, red fish for breakfast, soups, seafood and grilled meat - everything is super!!! We have nothing to complain about in terms of food) desserts are something unreal!!! All are different, not similar to each other, beautifully decorated) low bow to the chef!!!! Very decent!!! Animation. The guys are great, they try. I liked that they don't bother me - let's go to gymnastics, let's go to volleyball... everyone has their own rest, I don't want to move at all, I just want to lie down and contemplate))) they approached me tactfully, offered, I refused and that's it, everyone is happy) no one bothers) thank them for that! Swimming pool. There is a children's and an adult's. There are guns in the pool, you can have a great massage of the whole body) The hotel is very compact, homey, stylish, Instagram))) the designers tried! A nice girl Olesya, guest relations, works at the hotel, she will always come up to ask if everything is ok, maybe she needs some help, she will explain everything! We have been to Egypt more than once, this hotel is the best! We are already planning our next trip here) Thank you for a wonderful time and we wish the hotel to keep its brand!!!

I have to mention the animators—they were the best I've ever encountered. Their work was amazing, and they brought a great sense of humor to everything. They encouraged everyone to join at least one game without being pushy, making each activity enjoyable. They even made a video with me and my friend to capture our memories.

We also enjoyed fantastic service from the barman, who was attentive and always made great recommendations. The beach itself was stunning, with beautiful views and soft sand, perfect for relaxing. We definitely want to come back because they really enhanced our experience and made it so much fun. It was nice that there weren't daily trips, so we didn’t just spend all day tanning. I’d give it a 10/10; if you’re looking for a hotel with exceptional service, Costa Mares is the way to go!
