We visited in October when temperatures were still approaching 30C. Comfortable rooms with all the regular mod cons. Plenty of choices for restaurants even if the food choices were often common between the different venues. Felt safe and comfortable all the staff very helpful. Great beach, swimming and of course the reef and ability to scuba or snorkel safely.

Overall, it is a very beautiful resort, but unfortunately, it has become quite dated in many areas (e.g., the lagoon pool). The rooms are functional, but the air conditioning regularly had a strong unpleasant odor, and the water in the shower drained very slowly. Urgent repairs are needed here. The staff were generally very attentive, but some required a tip before providing good service. The food was overall mediocre—too little variety, no themed offerings, and the quality was sometimes lacking. This was particularly true for the drinks, where most alcoholic beverages were hardly drinkable.
As a family with two children (aged 11 and 13), we were given a converted suite, even though we had booked two rooms. We had to pay the full adult price for our children, the same as four adults with two separate rooms. This is incomprehensible and contributes to our decision not to return, as the value for money as a family is not acceptable, especially when we were given an improvised room with only one bathroom for everyone.
The resort has great potential, and the new pool adventure area is fantastic. It doesn’t need much—some renovation, better quality and variety in food and drinks, and a bit more service quality, and you could have a top-notch property. Make use of that potential!

Nice People, nice and clean hotel. Good food. Not so good: Some horrible ruins like some fountains -this should be repaired asap. Even the doors to the bathroom should not be "saloon"doors - Most of the people wants privacy on the toilet.

The hotel is very nice. The employees are smiling and ready to solve any problem.
We liked it very much, but after 3 days we noticed that the food was repetitive. I expected to eat more often. You should also introduce some international drinks. The only thing we didn't like was the animation. It's a shame that for how big the hotel is, you don't have a big amphitheater where you can do beautiful shows like most hotels have. In this respect, the hotels in Turkey give you class. The linen is not was changed not even once in our room, but it didn't bother us. In conclusion, we had a nice and relaxing vacation, it's a shame that when you leave, when you enter the airport, you feel as if Hurghada no longer needs you. The airport employees are very arrogant and indifferent, all-encompassing misery, beating from the bottom... But we will definitely recommend you... Only good and to as many tourists as possible. We kiss you from Romania.

Thank you for your time and very high quality service. Especially for people which are directly contact with tourist like reception staff, waiters, bartenders, room service, cooks and those which are not visible but perform perfect quality job: hotel service, kitchen service, gardeners!!!, beach service, etc. This was lovely time. Quality in the hotel is on the best class. Hotel is very clean, service is always polite and helpful. Food is very delicious with large selection. There are two coral reef on the beach. Water in the Red Sea is.....transparent, even on 20+ meters with beautiful sea animals: colour fish, turtles, crabs. We will recommend this hotel everywhere and see you soon.

The hotel is very nice but not excellent. I was in better hotels at the same price. But still I think it's one of the best choices in this area. Food is fine but you have to be careful when you eat beef. Very often Kofta isn't well grilled or fried. Sometimes meat is a bit raw... Sodas served from plastic bottles often are warm. The rooms are nice and tidy. Restaurants managers don't give a s#it about the ppl in swimsuits during meals.

Out stay was very Enjoy!
Family friendly hotel, very nice rooms, great pools, good food, good drinks 🙂 Hotel service at a good level.
The only problem was the situation with the suitcase that was left at the hotel. It was not packed onto the bus. The suitcase was not in front of the hotel when I left it. I thought she was put on the bus by the man who was takich her from my room. I had to come back from the airport to get my suitcase.
We will definitely comeback someday!

The hotel is very nice and the work team is excellent, very polite and very friendly. The food is varied, the rooms are clean and the place has a lot of activities that make the trip enjoyable.
The sea is very beautiful and the beach is great and there are a lot of very beautiful coral people that there are no like in the world.
I added another 4 days to my trip because of the beauty and splendor of the place.
I'm planning another trip to this wonderful place.

Well maintained hotel with amazing beach :)
We visited the hotel in May and the hotel was a great choice. It was very clean and spacious. Swimming pools and aqua park were perfect to relax and have fun.
Staff was extremely hard working, very welcoming and always ready to help. Best regards to the best bartender Marvin from the pool bar

The village is really nice and well maintained,excellent food and very nice staff.
The room is spacious with a beautiful view on the lagoon .
Pools are big and beautiful as the water park that included slides for adults and kids.
Even if there was lot of people the village is very quiet.
Beaches are very big and as the rest of the village are very clean.
It’s very difficult to find a defect in this amazing village,the only thing that i can suggest to improve is the schedule of animation,i would include the places where the shows are,the place is very big and the first days we were a bit confused about where the shows would be.
Anyway out stay has been fantastic and this is one of the best village I have ever visited.
