Good stay and the ambience of the hotel is really good. The Restraunt and dining experience is at the mark and hospitality right from the reception and from Mr. Ahmed during the dining is really appreciable. Food served is really of good quality and quantity. Value for the money

This is probably one of the best hotels in Port Said. I tried few in one week business trip usually. It is kind of morvellement, set of blocks with mini apartments. Two clean bedrooms, kitchen and small living room. Good internet. Nice breakfast comparing to other hotels. I will swap to that one for my next stays most likely.

Rooms are spacious, fully furnished. However the pool area is very noisy till midnight, very loud music that they apparently like very much. Rooms are overcrowded with guests which cause extra noise. Receptionists never help. Food is great, however the breakfast buffet is over crowded.

The hotel is so good, the rooms are fantastic and very clean and comfortable, the food is beyond amazing, and the pool and sea are amazing and the location of the hotel is great, the workers are so friendly and welcoming, and the chef is so good, and the service is also beyond amazing, and the pool is so clean and the workers care so much about the cleanliness and the quality of the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel for families.

Very good hotel apartment resort in PortSaid.
Some of the rooms are sea view and some are gardens and pool view
Apartments are neat, clean and new and has all needed facilities. Staff are very helpful and cheerful
The hotel isn't directly on the beach and what I didn't like is the public beach behind the hotel which is totally not organized to fit tourists.
Place is very safe and weather is amazing. Port Said is a lovely city which has Suez Canal in it's heart.

4 Families with kids and mothers left at midnight due to the lack of hospitality!!!
Absolutely zero to no safety. No hospitality nor welcomeness. From the moment i entered the hotel the staff was extremely blunt and unwelcoming . Night hotel manager was horrendous and wanted to fight, and he did infact fight and raise his voice and was very aggressive. Its not safe at all.
If you want to visit the place, i suggest not. You will not feel welcomed at all. Horrible Experience and had to check out due to the lack of respect from the Night hotel manager.
Dont waste your money on this wicked place.

The overall experience was better than expected .. rooms are spacious and clean .. wifi coverage everywhere in the resort .. sohour menu has a good variety to choose from .. The grill house staff were very welcoming especially Mr. Mahmoud who was very professional and always trying his best to fulfill all our requests . Housekeeping service was immediate and available 24/7 thanks to Mr.Ezzat . The only drawback is that the pool was not heated as promised which was a big frustration to the kids .. Definitely visiting again .

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Palma Hotel. Upon arrival, I was informed that I couldn't wear my UPF 50+ shirt by the pool, which I rely on for sun protection. This policy made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable during my stay. As a guest, I expect to be able to dress in a way that ensures my safety and comfort. I urge the hotel management to reconsider this restrictive policy to accommodate guests who prioritize sun protection.
