The best thing about that hotel was the breakfast and mostly the amazing view. Thevemployees were very welcoming and decent. But what made me upset was the level of the room service team. They are not qualified and lack experience. Room items such as slippers, bath shampoo were not available. The foid was delicious, but very much costly despite the small amount of food.

It was a wonderful short vacation that I spent at the hotel. The location is the best. The hotel breakfast has huge varieties and all with great taste. Room service are very helpful. Staff asked repeatedly if our experience was good but when I gave feedback nothing happened. Room AC temp is set to 24 c and we couldn't reduce it further. Had the unpleasant experience of four visits from technicians to check the AC, but apparently it is centrally controlled. Very pleasant friendly staff and good location

The hotel is well-located and it is easy to navigate to any place in Ras el bar from it. However, the cleanliness of the rooms was subpar. Surfaces were dusty and the floors underneath sofas and beds were not clean. We ordered housekeeping on our second day and thankfully they took care of everything. It's a very nice and luxurious hotel with a nice breakfast but the cleanliness of the room was totally lacking. Crumbs, hair on the floor. Toilets were not clean. Disappointing considering this is a high-end hotel.
