The best thing about that hotel was the breakfast and mostly the amazing view. Thevemployees were very welcoming and decent. But what made me upset was the level of the room service team. They are not qualified and lack experience. Room items such as slippers, bath shampoo were not available. The foid was delicious, but very much costly despite the small amount of food.

Very nice hotel, excellent hotel decorations & room furniture, comfortable beds, clean bathroom, nice balcony with great view, helpful staff, breakfast buffet is acceptable, ordered my special Turkish coffee from room service and it was great exactly as I ordered. The hotel is well-located and it is easy to navigate to any place in Ras el bar from it. However, the cleanliness of the rooms was subpar. Surfaces were dusty and the floors underneath sofas and beds were not clean. We ordered housekeeping on our second day and thankfully they took care of everything.
