I have to start with the excellent service from the reception to the. Leaning staff. The breakfast buffet topped the score. Rich healthy and all in between. The nespresso machine was serving all types of coffees but was nesspresso. Thanks to all for your curtesy. The dinner at the 6th floor was a bliss. Staff friendly and meals excellent.

A great hotel, but it lacks important services and facilities, such as an indoor pool, as well as a spa, a barbershop, and a coffee shop.

The Hotel is very clean, the Beach is very Good,Breakfast is very perfect.

Amazing location, polite staff but you won't get 5 star amenities unless you ask for them. For a double room, you may find one toothbrush and no slippers. No welcome fruitbasket in the room. They have everything but apparently don't care to provide the service except if you ask for it. Very nice hotel, excellent hotel decorations & room furniture, comfortable beds, clean bathroom, nice balcony with great view, helpful staff, breakfast buffet is acceptable, ordered my special Turkish coffee from room service and it was great exactly as I ordered. The hotel is well-located and it is easy to navigate to any place in Ras el bar from it. However, the cleanliness of the rooms was subpar. Surfaces were dusty and the floors underneath sofas and beds were not clean. We ordered housekeeping on our second day and thankfully they took care of everything.
