It was a wonderful short vacation that I spent at the hotel.
The location is the best.
The hotel breakfast has huge varieties and all with great taste.
Room service are very helpful.

Our recent visit to Steigenberger Hotel in the Ras El Bar area was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Every aspect of the stay was excellent, and we were thoroughly impressed by the quality of service and hospitality.

We had a wonderful time at Steigenberger Hotel. Every member of the staff was cooperative, friendly, and dedicated to making our visit memorable. We left with a sense of satisfaction and happiness, and we can't wait to visit again. Everything was truly excellent, and the service was impeccable.

Staff asked repeatedly if our experience was good but when I gave feedback nothing happened.

Room AC temp is set to 24 c and we couldn't reduce it further. Had the unpleasant experience of four visits from technicians to check the AC, but apparently it is centrally controlled.

Had diarrhoea after eating at the hotel, reported it to reception with no response from the hotel staff.

Other than, that the hotel has a great location with an amazing sea view. Nicely arranged room and staff are generally friendly.

Ms Gina was particularly helpful. Great customer service.

It’s a great experience I discovered in that hotel that keeps me visiting them over and over again every year summer and winter,
Great sea view, clean comfortable rooms and the most friendly and highly professional staff everywhere; at the reception, restaurant or room service.
I liked the breakfast, it’s nice, tasty with multiple varieties for every taste,
However, I didn’t like much the main courses at the in room dining or the restaurant, but overall it was good, clean and nicely served.

I have visited many hotels inside and outside of Egypt, and truly, this hotel is one of the best I have enjoyed staying in.
- All the staff are highly professional and courteous.
- The food is excellent, with a variety I've never seen before.
- The rooms are very clean with a stunning view.

I only have 5 comments about the hotel:
- Around the swimming pool, there is a very smooth ceramic surface that is often filled with water; it should be covered as soon as possible.
- The swimming pool is very small for the number of guests.
- There should be an entertainment team.
- The elevator has no fan or air conditioning.

Overall, the place is more than wonderful. Thank you to all the staff.

Super cool hotel with stunning views of the Mediterranean sea and the River Nile .
Very welcoming atmosphere and very decent staff.
Breakfast was amazing, yet super crowded on the weekend with like 20 minutes waiting time to be seated.
Check in and out was super fast.

it’s one of the most luxurious hotels that exists here, you will enjoy such a nice food with an astonishing amazing view ,and clean polished rooms.
just a little problem: there is a manfluction in the conditioner of the sweet , and i have reached the maintenance , but nothing changed , hope you check this… thank you.
