I have to start with the excellent service from the reception to the. Leaning staff. The breakfast buffet topped the score. Rich healthy and all in between. The nespresso machine was serving all types of coffees but was nesspresso. Thanks to all for your curtesy. The dinner at the 6th floor was a bliss. Staff friendly and meals excellent.

A great hotel, but it lacks important services and facilities, such as an indoor pool, as well as a spa, a barbershop, and a coffee shop.

Amazing location, polite staff but you won't get 5 star amenities unless you ask for them. For a double room, you may find one toothbrush and no slippers. No welcome fruitbasket in the room. They have everything but apparently don't care to provide the service except if you ask for it.
If you get a room with pool & seaview make sure there is no wedding reception by the pool or else it will get really noisy in your room. There's a shuttle bus to the beach but it's very small and with limited trips each day so it becomes a challenge to get on it.

Unfortunately, I had the bad luck of choosing Steigenberger Ras El Esan for my vacation. I was given a room right in the middle of ongoing construction, surrounded by concrete works. The worst part was how little the hotel staff seemed to care about my complaints.
Neither I nor my little daughter could get any proper rest, as the construction noise (drilling, hammering, and heavy machinery) started at 6 AM and continued until 9 PM every day. Despite asking several times to change to a quieter room away from the construction site, no action was taken.
If you are looking for peace, relaxation, and a pleasant holiday, I strongly recommend you do not choose this hotel.

I stayed at Steigenberger Hotel El Lessan for 5 nights. The location and views are incredible—you can see the old and new lighthouses, the Nile, and the Mediterranean Sea. The hotel itself is beautiful, and every staff member I interacted with was friendly and helpful.
Breakfast had plenty of options to choose from, which I really appreciated, but the restaurant felt a little cramped for the number of guests.
A few small things could make the experience perfect:

• The face towels are a bit rough—softer ones would feel nicer.
• Housekeeping could be a bit more thorough, with a quick final check after cleaning.
Overall, it’s a fantastic hotel with stunning views, and I’d happily recommend it.

The hotel is very clean especially the rooms which are well kept and comfortable, The breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of options, and I really enjoyed it. However, the facilities are limited to a small swimming pool only, and while lunch and dinner are available, the prices are quite high, which makes many guests prefer to eat outside the hotel. There are no natural views or additional recreation areas. Overall, it is a good place for those looking for clean rooms and a nice breakfast, but the extra services could be more reasonably priced.

Its location overseeing both Nile and Mediterranean is genius but this frankly all about this hotel! Literally, nothing else. Boring city in addition to hotel with very very basic amenities. One small outdoor pool, no game room, terrible restaurant despite its nice view but extremely limited and poor menu. Literally nothing to do at this hotel at all, booked two nights first night i roamed the nearby Bazar then I decided to check out early as nothing to do for the second night. This should have been an inclusive resort with the facilities for the people to stay and enjoy not a very basic primitive hotel.
