Steigenberger Hotel El Lessan

I stayed at Steigenberger Hotel El Lessan for 5 nights. The location and views are incredible—you can see the old and new lighthouses, the Nile, and the Mediterranean Sea. The hotel itself is beautiful, and every staff member I interacted with was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast had plenty of options to choose from, which I really appreciated, but the restaurant felt a little cramped for the number of guests.

A few small things could make the experience perfect:
• The shower design lets water spill onto the bathroom floor.
• The face towels are a bit rough—softer ones would feel nicer.
• Housekeeping could be a bit more thorough, with a quick final check after cleaning.

Overall, it’s a fantastic hotel with stunning views, and I’d happily recommend it.

I had an incredible experience at this hotel from start to finish. The location couldn't have been more perfect—right in the heart of the city, close to top attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. It made getting around so easy and stress-free.

The hotel is nice, the facilities are good, almost nothing to complain about. A few tweaks here and there would make it more enjoyable. The food was great but I felt it was a bit pricey for a mini bar compared to other hotels. They could really do with a ladies salon here as they do offer wedding parties. We visited in late October and the weather was nice.

It was a wonderful short vacation that I spent at the hotel.
