It is my first time visiting Strand, I have travelled here on a solo trip to relax. And what can I say, from day one its been an amazing experience. They look after you so well here. Nothing is too much for them. I felt safe and taken care of. The Hi5 animation team are absolutely wonderful too! Always cheerful and ready to party and entertain everyone! They dont stop! I love that they dont pester you to join, they let you know whats on and let you decide in peace. Food and drinks are great. They even bring your drinks to the beach! Every 15/20 minutes! I was shocked at how amazing the service is! They all work so hard here. really shows! Weal, Ahmed, Magdy, Islam, are a fee that have made my trip so far amazing! The room cleaners are also great. Mohammed did amazing everyday at refreshing my room. They are all so lovely!!! Every team member. Apologies if I didnt mention everyone but they were all amazing. I will definitely coming back again for my next relaxing trip!

I’ve been a repeat guest at Strand, Taba Heights Hotel for more than 10 years, and every time I come back, I leave with more happy memories. The hotel offers a peaceful, beautiful atmosphere, but what truly makes it special is the incredible team who always go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. I’d like to sincerely thank Mr. Bahrawy, the Reservation Manager, for his constant support and professionalism. Also, a big thank you to Mr. Sidik, the F&B Manager, for managing everything so smoothly and for always checking on guests with care. Yasser, the barman at reception, is always friendly and attentive — it’s a pleasure to see him every visit. In the restaurant, special thanks to Hasan, Mohamed, and Mr. Fathi, and truly to all the restaurant team, who are always helpful, welcoming, and provide excellent service every day. At the pool, I’d like to thank Shazly and Islam, the pool bar team, for their kind service and positive energy. A big thank you also to Mr. Salah and the entire pool guards team, especially Riad, for making the area feel safe, friendly, and well-managed at all times. Special appreciation goes to the Housekeeping Team, who always keep the rooms spotless and comfortable, and to the Animation Team, who add so much joy and life to the stay with their fun and engaging activities. My Second time at the Hotel and it didn't Fail my expectations. I am a regular guest in taba heights different resorts but I really enjoyed my second time at the Strand resort. The receptionists are very welcoming and helpful and special thanks to Zaki and Mohamed for their great help. The rooms are spacious and clean and has all our needs. The restaurant is well taken care of with variety of food and drinks and there is always something for everyone. The snack bars are all over the place with different options for kids and adults. The pool is very good and the life guards are always there and they are doing a great job. The animation team never failed to entertain whether it is by the pool or by the beach at night. The lagoon is a real good place to enjoy your quiet night there. The beach is very good but it's a rocky one. The gardens and the green areas are very well maintained and the gardeners are doing super work with keeping such a vast area well taken care. The room service and the waiters and all behind the scenes workers are really great. All in all .A wonderful Experience.

This is a lovely hotel and the staff make this a 5 star experience. The customer service is fantastic and all of the staff are so courteous and polite. Menna (Guest Services) was so incredibly helpful and an absolute pleasure . Shebl (Restaurant and Bar Manager) was so lovely and really went out of his way to make our stay special. Both were absolute shining stars and nothing was too much bother. If you are looking for a relaxing beach holiday in a lovely hotel with spectacular service, then I would recommend this hotel +++++

I would like to start by saying that I was a guest at the hotel for about 3 months. The hotel structure is really very beautiful, even if it needs some small improvements. A note of praise goes to the woman who deals with the "complaints" of the customers, a truly very professional person who managed to make our stay more comfortable by ensuring that our requests were carried out immediately. The room is very welcoming and the staff members are almost all friendly and helpful. The entertainment staff is poor and the same can be said for the quality of the food, which on some occasions caused health problems.

We had a wonderful stay at Strand Beach Hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, and the whole experience was so relaxing and enjoyable. A special thanks to Mr. Mohamed Bahrawy for his kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality. We will definitely come back again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and amazing vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, particularly appreciating the complimentary upgrade to a suite upon learning of our honeymoon. Ahmed Soliman, our housekeeper, and the entire staff provided exceptional, friendly, and polite service. Our honeymoon was truly memorable thanks to your team, and we look forward to returning.

We stayed at the Strand Beach and Golf Resort in Taba Heights for four nights, arriving very late on a Thursday and checking out after lunch on Monday. The idea was to fully relax for a few days, and in that sense, this hotel delivered exactly what we wanted. The journey, however, was long. We had a two-hour drive to Gatwick, then around three hours waiting at the airport before a five-hour flight to Sharm el-Sheikh. Once we landed, we had a shared shuttle which dropped one other guest off before heading to our hotel – that leg alone took just under four hours. With no internet, very tired legs, and the usual lively Egyptian driving style, it felt endless. There was a short stop at a fuel station to grab a drink and stretch, but by then we were desperate to just arrive. That said, when we got to the hotel around 1am, there was food waiting for us in the room – a really thoughtful touch. The hotel itself is stunning. The infrastructure is excellent, the pools are fantastic, and the beach – though not soft white sand – is well maintained and cleaned daily. Everything was spotless. Our room was large, the bed was huge (not the most comfortable, but decent), and the bathroom could do with updating, but nothing major. We brought a few flash drives with films, so evenings in were lovely and cosy. One of the most surprising parts of the stay was how empty it was. At most, we saw two or three other guests. With 500 rooms, it genuinely felt like we had the place to ourselves – a surreal but brilliant experience. No queues, no rush, just complete peace. At times it felt a bit eerie, but mostly it was amazing. Because of how quiet it was, only one restaurant was open. The food wasn’t bad, but the variety was very limited. Understandable, of course, with so few guests, but still a little disappointing. There were no chicken nuggets as such – just basic chicken dishes. My 11-year-old had fries and chicken for lunch most days but struggled a bit at dinner. Desserts also weren’t up to the usual five-star Egyptian buffet standard. We’ve been to Egypt several times and always rave about the food, so this felt a bit underwhelming in comparison. There were activities on offer, but again, most were closed. The mini-golf, pool tables and a few other areas were out of use. But there was a ping-pong table we enjoyed, a volleyball net on the beach, and a small racket game set up. There was also a football pitch right on the beach. The animation team lent us a ball on the first day, and we ended up buying our own to make the most of it. We played a bunch of games and had a great time, even without the full entertainment schedule. The staff were fantastic. So warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. We’ve visited Egypt five or six times now, and the people are consistently lovely. If you tip them, they’ll go above and beyond – but even without that, they genuinely look after you.
