Tropitel Dahab Oasis

‏I recently stayed at this Hotel and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations.

‏The food was a major letdown. The quality was poor, and there was a lack of variety in the options available. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected much better dining experiences.

‏The beach was another disappointment. It was rocky, making it impossible to dive or enjoy the water comfortably. This significantly affected our beach experience.

‏The hotel only has one pool, which was constantly overcrowded. There was no where for kids to play, and to make matters worse, the children's pool was not clean. It was quite off-putting and unsafe for young ones.

‏Overall, I would not recommend for families or those looking for a pleasant and relaxing vacation. There are many areas that need improvement, particularly in terms of food quality, cleanliness, and facilities

Need to express my disappointment with the experience my friends and I had during our recent stay at your hotel. Despite our initial excitement about visiting your establishment, we encountered several issues that greatly impacted our overall satisfaction.
Firstly, the service we received was subpar. We found the staff to be inattentive and unresponsive to our needs. Additionally, the attitude of some employees was quite off-putting, leaving us feeling unwelcome and undervalued as guests.
Furthermore, the quality of the food provided was far below our expectations. Not only was the variety lacking, but the taste and presentation of the dishes were also unsatisfactory. This was particularly disappointing, as we had hoped to enjoy some delicious meals during our stay.
Given these circumstances, I kindly request that you take immediate action to address these issues. It is my hope that by bringing these matters to your attention, you can make the necessary improvements to ensure that future guests do not have a similar experience.

Our recent stay at Tropitel Oasis was nothing short of a nightmare. The hotel staff were shockingly rude and unprofessional, speaking to guests in a manner that was downright disrespectful. Instead of being helpful, they seemed more interested in displaying their bossy attitude, making any request feel like a burden.

The buffet experience was equally disappointing. The food's presentation was a mess, the variety was minimal, and the taste was simply terrible.
One member of our party fell ill after breakfast, spending the entire trip bedridden with severe stomach issues. Despite our concerns, the staff's response was cold and dismissive, refusing to acknowledge any responsibility for the incident.

As if the service and food weren't bad enough, the state of the rooms was terrible. We had to call maintenance multiple times for various issues including malfunctioning fridge, AC, water sewage problems, and frequent electricity outages because of short circuits. The constant inconvenience of having our room keys deactivated multiple times a day added to our frustration.

Even the simplest requests were met with neglect. Basic amenities like water, which should have been complimentary with our half-board booking, were consistently ignored.

It's clear that Tropitel Oasis lacks not only in hospitality but also in basic customer care.
