I had a nice stay at Pedro and Vera’s apartment in Cap Sa Sal. The location is absolutely breathtaking—perched on the cliffs above the sea with direct, private access to the water through a tunnel carved into the rock. At the end, you’ll find stone-cut platforms with sunbeds, plus a saltwater pool—so you truly get the best of both worlds. It’s a one-of-a-kind setting that makes a stay here unforgettable.
Pedro is an attentive host—warm, generous, and full of local knowledge. From restaurant recommendations to taxi contacts and even a fascinating history of Cap Sa Sal, he made sure we felt welcome from the start. He even gave up his parking space for us when we arrived. One of his best tips was to order the Arroz a la Cazuela at Es Furió in Sa Tuna—it was delicious.
The apartment is well-equipped, and ideal for a solo traveler or a couple.The décor is eclectic, giving it a personal, lived-in feel. While it’s a touch more furnished than in the photos, it’s still a comfortable space with an incredible view. Just note that the kitchen serves as the second “bedroom”, which might not suit everyone.
Cap Sa Sal itself offers great extras: a well-equipped gym, a bar by the pool, paddle boards for rent, and a restaurant just steps from the sunbeds for an easy seaside lunch.
All in all, this is a comfortable apartment in a truly unique location, with a very thoughtful host.

A unique experience at the historic Cap Sa Sal Resort, Spain's first 5⭐ GL, brimming with glamour and charm. Staying directly with Pedro and Vera is much more personal and authentic than booking through online booking platforms. The Cap Sa Sal restaurant, open year-round, offers excellent cuisine in a spectacular setting overlooking the sea. Highly recommended!

The modern lobby wasn‘t in the same building as our Appartement/room. It‘s seems that some of these rooms were in rent and not for hotel guests. Maybe some sort of Community or rental apartements according to internet. The huge lobby and reception (nobody there) felt like a „lost place“. Not renovated/updated since decades. Also the pool area in front of this „main“ building wasn‘t taken care of. A broken sunshade and deck chairs weren’t white anymore. At the shore there were places which were not secured anymore. For example missing safety fences which could in our opinion even be dangerous for children or even adults. It seems there was below the restaurant (which was owned by the hotel anymore), nicer rooms with separate pool, but the communication on their internet page wasn‘t clear for us at all.

Beautiful location and next to an independent lovely restaurant. Rooms (room 1) is stunning BUT unfortunately both nights we were woken approx 1am with the pungent smell of sewage, so strong we had to evacuate the room having opened all the windows for at least an hour. I reported this to staff in the morning and wrote an email the 2nd night at 1am plus pulled the night porter to see the problem. He was shocked it was so bad. It actually made you nauseous all day. He was very concerned but helpless.The management have not taken it seriously, offering a 20% discount. Bearing in mind two romantic nights were over £700 for basically a room with no sun loungers unless you went next door and these were basic plastic beds no cushions etc. Sorry but they really have no real interest in investigating the issue and a serious health hazard.

The views are amazing but the customer service is horrible. The management (the one young woman in charge) has no interest in making the stay enjoyable for the guests. In fact it seems they go out of their way to make it unpleasant. They are rude, condescending, and not helpful. The place is stunning but the rooms are dated and run down for the price.
