It was a beautiful property with very clean rooms and an extremely accommodating staff. A perfect get a way location. It had plenty of activities to do on the property (beach, pool, tennis etc) but it was also an easy drive to town. The restaurant was very good and the included breakfast was fantastic. I would highly recommend it.

We booked two Garden View rooms back in April 2025, however when we checked in we were told the ‘garden view’ rooms were located in an annexe, 300 metres on a steep incline from the main hotel ! The rooms were on the 3rd floor and there was no lift !! Instead of a ‘garden view’ our rooms overlooked a car park ! Why were we not informed of this at the time of booking ? The rooms were totally unacceptable...

Everything was excellent. The only thing that wasn’t very impressive was the size of the beach and the sand condition. The sea water wasn’t as clear as the pictures but not terrible. Staff was exceptional and very friendly. The ocean view from the room is an idea to be considered for who stays here because it is magical!

Amazing location, amazing amenities, very nice Spa and a spectacular view, great breakfast. Unfortunately, the service was amongst the worst I have experienced so far. I would still recommend it, but whoever is considering a stay here should be aware and not expect too much in terms of friendliness of the service ;)

Recently completely refurbished, this 4 star hotel has a modern, minimalistic vibe. Airy & light with comfortable seating. We only visited the bar, so I can't say anything about the rooms & as it was night time, I couldn't really see the garden but I will definitely return during the daytime.

Fantastic value. Worth staying a couple of nights at least for those travelling around Spain. Small beach which effectively almost private. Restaurants on the beach are closed for winter. Path following the coast for those who enjoy a stroll

Stayed for one night with half board meals and spa entrance. We did a massage in the spa which was great and not too pricey. Bernat runs a beautiful hotel. The relaxed atmosphere is felt throughout this spacious setting, breakfast served on the terrace under the shade of an architectural canopy of green. Rooms have a view over Aiguablava and mornings are greeted by a chorus of cicadas. The azure waters of the Mediterranean are a hop away. A gem on the Costa Brava.

Great position close to the beach and restaurants etc. only two minutes and you are on the sand.Bonus they have parking which is hard to find if you are staying in other accommodations in the area. Would recommend and return! Mas Ses Vinyes was an incredible hotel, we went as a group of 4 girls. The hotel is located well, and quite close to a lot of places, like restaurants, beaches, golf clubs, and smaller villages with ceramics. Well located for driving to a bunch of different places located on Costa Brava. Would return.

I checked in here 2 days ago. I booked with booking .com. I wasn’t expecting much even though the price is not low, however, my room was at the entrance, isolated, not much sun nor air and smelt like humidity. Location very beautiful in an isolated valley with stunning sea view. The food is very good, the personnel is incredibly friendly, especially the receptionist/manager who is absolutely a special person. Recommended, ideal also to go and visit Begur.

We loved this charming boutique hotel in Begur where we stayed 3 nights. It is so conveniently located yet super quiet. Our room was a nice size and even had a little patio with a sitting area. The bed was very comfortable, breakfast wonderful and staff so friendly and helpful. It couldn’t have been better! They have shuttle to beaches abs towns also. We will be back here!

I can only speak to their restaurant as I was not a hotel guest. If the food and hotel service are anything alike then you are in very good hands. The restaurant provides a lovely outdoor seating area surrounded in greenery and if indoor seating is the preference they used glass floor-to-ceiling walls so you can still feel like you’re outdoors. Gem in Begur city center Victor offered the best service and the property is so centrally located. Loved being a block away from all the action but still quiet and calm. The breakfast was delicious and I so appreciated all of Victor’s lovely local tips and efforts to go above and beyond - suggesting hiking routes, coordinating local taxis, etc. A hotel not to be missed!

This place is trying hard to be quaint and charming and chic, and mostly succeeds. It has perhaps seen better days however. It requires some tender loving care. The rooms could do with repainting, the shower recess should be tiled, the floors redone (regrouted) and sealed again so they can be properly cleaned...etc. I can't however see an easy solution to the problem of the bedroom doors - very noisy...

A quirky, beautiful hotel in the middle of Begur. We booked a room with a terrace which had no shade in the afternoon. We asked Maria and Vincent if we could have a sun umbrella but the manager refused to supply one. As we were there for seven days and temperatures were up to 40 degrees we were then unable to use it. We were shown to the downstairs inside breakfast room as an alternative!

Perfectly lovely hotel. Situated in an old house in the old quarter of town it was full of charm with stone floors, high ceilings and we could hear the church bells chime the hour and a cellar where breakfast is served. Beds were so comfortable with simple modern ensuite. Breakfast was light and offered artesan cheese, meats, membrillo etc. Great for a short stay.

The couple who run it are very nice and attentive. We had the largest room that has the wall of the tower, and the bathroom is very spacious. Very clean, comfortable, modern and a very complete breakfast, with homemade products. We have been in November and we did not enjoy the pool, but in summer it must be great!

This hotel is very special in an old Catalan farmhouse. A truly luxurious experience - really loved it. The staff were super nice and there were loads of free parking options around which seems quite rare on the Costa brava.
