Everything was perfect! From taste to presentation. Service was really professional. The best meat I had in a while. Maybe the dessert selection could improve. Though having a sorbet was a plus, for sure!

We stayed for a week, we stayed half board with buffet breakfasts and buffet dinner. They were good, with lots to choose from. Nice family rooms with one bedroom and a sleeping couch for 2 persons in the kitchen/houseroom area, two swimming pools, one with warm water.

The reception was fantastic and extremely nice and welcoming. The room and terrace was more spacious than we expected and we would be happy to return. Our wifi, however was quite slow in the evening.

VUELING delayed my flight so we spent 2 nights here. It was San Juan, and it was super fun with people dancing every night, watching firework etc. And the food is nice, and the chef even kindly recommended me what to take because I don’t know too much about the food in Catalan. Excellent clean n near to train station for airport. Only thing missing was a kettle we had to buy one for our room they don't supply one . Strange .. but ay ho we sorted it other wise fantastic place to stay . I will deffo go back thier .

Honestly ... wow That's pretty much all i can say This hotel deserves those 4 stars. Priced just right, and the rooms are extremely comfortable. They even have balconies for smoking, so you don't have to go all the way out of the hotel. You have the beach right next to you if the pool isn't enough, and there's a few clubs and bars around, if you're into that. The staff also speak perfect English...

Great place to stay. I have the last 3 years. Right on the beach without traffic or the train noise. Great view. Good service. Rooms are clean and by European standards large. Calafell is a great beach town to stay at. Its not to touristy. Very laid back. You can catch a train and be in Barcelona in an hour. They run every 30 mins. To get to calafell take the R2 from franca or passage de garcia stations...

Superb food and wonderful service throughout by Salvador and his very friendly staff. Spent two weeks at this oasis and enjoyed every moment. Ruta and the bar staff were espcially lovely.

Gorgeous place to have lunch, the restaurant is stylish and the personnel is friendly. The food was delicious and fast served. We asked for the coffee to be served in the garden. Highly recommended it. Will definitely come back and book a room.

Only place to stay in Calafell. Veronica and her family owned and run hotel are simply wonderful. Great rooms, big comfy beds, high pressure, rain shower heads. Pool area is perfect for day or night. Restaurant is full of local people which says everything about the quality in this old fisherman's seaside town.

We had a wonderful week at Camping Vandrell Platja in September. I was a little worried about railway noise however it wasn't a problem for us. It is a good cost benefit. The bangalô was clean and tight. It is very close to the beach. Good for kids with the pool and soccer field.

Professional, respectful and familiar treatment. The couple that runs the hostel are charming, as well as the cleaning lady, very friendly, who make you feel as if you were with family.

The rooms are large and clean, the double bed is a bit tight, generally good They have Wi-Fi and TV. The price is cheap

Mom and pop run and very friendly. Quiet community with beach access. A block or two from the train station that will get you almost everywhere you want to go. Be careful about getting the train pass at the Airport as it only covers a very limited area.

Great apartment, fully equipped (the AC was very welcome!), super close to the beach, owner Svetlana (Clara) is very nice and attentive, professional and responsive. We truly enjoyed our stay here (two years in a row now) ps. updated for 2021 after our second stay

The apartments are cosy, fornished with the basic / all you need to survive. The apartments facing the beach are light, the ones facing the street are a bit dark but they are fresh. There is tv, hairdryer, washmashine and dishwasher (of course cooker and fridge also) . They have bed and sofa-bed. I stayed here one month and it was totally ok, calm, no complaints.

Stayed there for 4 months: nice position, helpful staff snd an overall good experience// although we had sone minor issues here and there (furniture was kinda old and the wifi sometimes didn’t work, depending where your apartment is located), the staff always tried to help and that’s what matters
