Enjoyed a wonderful 7 day stay here, staff were super courteous and helpful, huge and varied choice of food for all meals, as we were all inclusive. Most alcoholic drinks were included and variety of cocktails,which were very generous in size,and all coffees and waters included in stay.The beach was within 5 minutes walk,and main centre within 10 minute walk,. .
The only point I'd highlight is that the rooms were a little on snug/small side
and as we were at back of hotel,the noise from main road was hard to avoid. Overall though, I would return and would recommend this hotel, especially the restaurant manager, who provided us with any items we couldn't find

Hotel with paper walls:
Big disappointment, this hotel does not have the services of a 4-star hotel!!!!!!
Positives:
✅ No music in the area, no program around the pool, peace and quiet
✅ Good location
✅Very good cibil soup
✅ Air conditioning for September ok, but I doubt that it will be sufficient in the main season... + It is quite noisy
Negative:
❌Room: not cleaned upon arrival, dirty floor, bathroom, hair everywhere
❌ Cheeky cleaning lady from Spain, dark hair, glasses, scary woman,
❌ There is no kettle, tea, coffee, sugar in the room.....
❌ 100-year safe for a large key for a fee
❌ very poor TV program , old TV without Netflix, YouTube, Prime video, etc.
❌ POOL cold to icy water
The area around the pool is clean, but there are no umbrellas available, which is a big problem. People buy their own umbrellas, then leave them on the premises and the staff throw them away.. horrible
❌Sleep is guaranteed only until 6:30, after which the hotel turns into a noisy horror... The paper walls will reveal every neighbor's secret to you.
❌ Elevators... Outdated, no air conditioning, endless waiting
❌Snack bar ... Competes with a 4* hotel but only with prices!!!
❌ KITCHEN + DINING ROOM = disaster
Long lines, waiting for a table, waiting for food.
The food is cold even if you are one of the first... Dirty plates, cutlery, glasses, mugs.... Slow cleaning service..... Slow filling of pastries....
Breakfast is always the same... Great poverty in the area of fruit... The whole week there was no banana at all....
The iconic dish Spanish PAELA is just some seasoned rice with leftovers from the previous day....
The lady who makes eggs should change her job, no nice person..

Amazing had a great time, stayed for a week. Real authentic Spanish food with a huge selection, people only complain because they aren't being served chips and nuggets all day. Plenty of fresh salads, meat and all kinds of rice and potato.
Rooms are amazing, clean and comfy beds
Pool also great, with a deep and shallow end.

Great location, good rooms and staff. Only challenge was noon availability of decent vegan options. You will have workarounds but not proper meals. Glad I did half board only.

For a 4 Star Hotel they really NEED TO DO SOME impovements (REALLY)...
We spent 7 nights there.
1st the Room 421
There are really No Highlights or flare.
Pool view yes. Our cleaning Lady was SUPER (thanks for your Service).
The shower head did Not hold any position it falls down. That should be fixed.... Luckly we did Not experience the smell out of the Tolilet as we heard people complaining about.
The Refrigerator takes forever to get Cold making it Almost impossible to have Cold drinks in you room. Our safe in the room but no key.
A deposit for the Safe key of 10 Euro thats find. But an extra payment of 3 Euro per day to use the safe. That Could be inclusive in the Booking price.
Leaving the room to Use the elevators was an adventure (slow) How long was the wait?... at Times it was better to use the stairs..

The hotel bedroom was fine the staff seemed nice enough but didn't have much to do with them, the hotel was rated 4 star, jet 2 rated it 3 star I thought it was more a 2 star, the all Inc for kids is a joke no ice cream just half price to pay if you wanted one, my niece used the snack bar more than the dining room, I can honestly say in all the years of going abroad the food here is the worst I've ever had , not a lot of choice, cold, meat on the grill tough as old boots, one moment you can have pancakes at breakfast the next moment you can't, had to ask for butter lunch and dinner , spoke to guests who have been coming to this hotel for years but have said they won't be back.

The rooms are not bad for the price but the food was pretty bad. Do not book with dinner if you are vegetarian, there were no options(beside the lettuce/tomatoes). Bread was dry, pasta clearly warmed up several times already. I completely lost my appetite when I saw the bowl of moldy pineapple. No idea how certain things were even brought out because you clearly couldn’t eat them any longer.

The worst hotel I've ever been to. Very dirty in the restaurant, very dirty tables and chairs, unfriendly restaurant staff. The food in the evening is not tasty, the cut vegetables are dirty. The only pleasant memory is the girl from Ukraine at the reception.

Overall good 3 star hotel for it’s price.
Located in 6 minutes from beach.
Good quality of food, expensive alcohol. Rooms are clean enough but a bit old.
2 slow lifts makes your journey from 8th floor to 0 rather time consuming.
Restaurant system with assigning tables in live mode is unclear and causes queues.
System with cards for plastic multi time use cups is ridiculous.
No free water in bottles even if you have all inclusive.
Hotel staff is doing their best.

No free water in bottles even if you have all inclusive.
