Wow, what can I say...what a lovely hotel! Your staff are your asset...all hard working...friendly. I am not sure what the other review means how they don't speak other languages..they did! When I tried speaking Spanish they spoke English! They all deserve appreciation by the manager as it is hard to find staff committed to their customers in this day and age. Ok..the food was a bit repetitive but it's a all inclusive and expect no more. Best daytime poolside entertainment I have ever experienced.
..these 2 young men get to know everyone on a personal level and made the sunbathing at the pool less of a boring experience! All pools opened on the Sunday and we arrived on the Saturday...always got a sunbed without a fight! Roof top lovely...beautiful views although could be a bit windy for sun bathing..staff could not do enough for you! Keep up the good work guys!

We had a wonderful holiday in Sept 24. The rooms were clean food good and service excellent. A special thanks to Roberto. Lia and reception manager who dealt with a small problem quickly and professionally, always with a smile.

Let's split things up into what was good what could be improved. As there is no such thing as bad.
Great location. Just 10 minutes from the airport.
Food was better than I anticipated but just to clarify that is because I am a big seafood/fish fan so was very happy with my meals.
Breakfast was amazing! Loved it.
Big pool fully functioning including 2 roof top pools
Drinks available all day including hot drinks that were very nice.
Service was good. Everyone qas very friendly.
Entertained team was very involved with guests and made us feel very welcome.
Plenty of sun beds and all get sun pretty much all day.
Now the things to Improve
When we arrived our room's AC was not working at all.
It only started working after 2 nights.
The 2nd pool was being renovated. I feel that they should have tried to sort it before busy holiday period as there were too many in the one pool available.
The entertainers were trying their best but it could improve as it lacked creativity.

Not a bad hotel at all, especially for what we paid. All inclusive, food was decent enough although a bit repetitive at times, but that's all inclusive for you. Bonus was that they don't stop you from using all inclusive on your last day like most hotels, which is great when you're not flying home till 9pm at night. The rooms were clean and tidy. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The pools could do with some refurbishment as the paint is all peeling, although it's not a big deal.
Overall, we would definitely come back again.

Very good hotel with very helpful staff. Two nice swimming pools, that have a life guard. All inclusive is a great bargain. Interesting entertainment in the evenings. Good selection of food at breakfast, lunch and evening meal. The only improvement would be orange juice being provided at breakfast.

Truthfully I wasn't expecting a lot after reading some of the older reviews, but I can honestly say that we had a wonderful stay at this hotel.
Fairly basic accommodation a little rough round the edges, but comfortable and adequate.
The inclusive food was very good, a better choice than I expected, plenty of fresh veg and fruit all day and various choices of cooked food at lunchtime and evening meal. Snacks in the corner bar, such as burgers, chicken nuggets, biscuits and little ice cream pots you helped yourself to.
Drinks were "local" but (not being any kind of connoisseur) they were as good as the branded and plentiful.
All members of staff were polite and friendly. They also had to work very hard, most working in various parts of the hotel all day and into the night.
The entertainment was very basic, but that was fine for us. It meant all was quiet by 11pm and a good excuse for a last drink and bed.

The people here are lovely. Rooms are really clean and nice. Our balcony view wasn’t the best however still made the most of the balcony. Staff are really respectful. I met a lady who works in the entertainment department called Valentina she goes above and beyond for the guest. She comes up and chats to us which is nice. She sang with me on karaoke. Her and Alice also then sang happy birthday and made my day extra special. Honesty the animation team are lovely but she is just a beautiful soul in and out. The swimming pool is heated so really nice in the breeze to go in. The beach isn’t a far walk at all. Shops are close by. It’s a just lovely hotel and place no complaints at all from me and the partner we both had an amazing birthday here so thank you
