Didn't like apt on ground level ,always got a smell in apt like damp or drains ,to much of inclined not suitable for any one with mobility issues wouldn't return

First time here, arrived late. They had some bags of food for us. ( nice touch). Rooms great, had 2 studios loads of space, tea and coffee, flat screen TV.
Hotel is 5- 10 min walk from everything, ignore "heart attack" hill, says more about the bone idle.
Been impressed with this place.
Food is very good.

Where to start the staff at this hotel are very unhelpful at best. The man on reception was so not helpful almost rude, The room was big bathroom was nice but my god the nose from the road was like living in a town. Coaches , buses, lorrys and cars going up & down 24/7 . The pool doesn't open till 10am and then the bar was supposed to open at 10.30 good luck maybe 10.55 if your lucky.

Brilliant hotel staff are very helpful and do what the can for you while you are staying there. Brilliant facilities. We upgraded to a 2 room apartment and the apartment was massive and well worth the extra money. I cant comment on the food as we didn't eat in the hotel. The location isn't the best right at the top of a BIG hill and about a 10-15 minute walk to the main strip if you want to walk if you don't there is a taxi rank right outside the main doors with them coming quit regularly and only costing around €3 to the strip . There are also a few bar and restaurants on the BIG hill near the hotel and also a supermarket right near the hotel with everything you could need. I will definitely recommend this hotel and would go back again.

Spent an expensive night here this week after my 'not so easy jet' airline cancelled our flight at the last minute and insisted we must book a 3 star hotel.

No working air con in either room and no other rooms available. When I reported that the air-con was not working I got a sympathetic shrug from the nice girl on the reception and advised to open the windows and doors.

To be fair, the next morning when checking out there was workmen including an air-conditioning engineer running about the place so looks like the air con issue was more widespread then just our rooms so I wish they had advertised that to us that they had issues. So hopefully for the next poor souls to go there may be not so hot in the rooms.

The rooms are tired and basic but the beds comfortable. Overall not very clean with someone else's hair and litter still on the floor in our room.

I would not stay again and had I known about the air con issue would not have gone there at all.

Did not eat there so cannot judge that and the late night entertainment went on till about 1am was overly loud and an out of tune poor quality singer which is fine if you like low ball cabaret but not for us.

For the price we paid (£150 plus per night per room), not worth it even as a same day booking. I am sure it is much cheaper as a package holiday.

It probably is a 3 star hotel as seems to have the appropriate functions but that does not always mean nice environment.

We have just come home from the most amazing holiday here! We were greeted warmly by Sara who’s name badge i made sure to remember as she was so lovely and made whole experience amazing! It was myself and my boyfriends first time travelling alone, but she put us at ease straight away and gave us plenty of suggestions on activities as well as directions to the town. Thank You Sara for being so welcoming and lovely!
The room was immaculate and there were plenty of facilities to use on site and within the room. The kitchen came with all utensils all ready to use. We asked for our room to not be cleaned as we prefer to do this ourselves however we still had fresh towels and toilet paper delivered on the daily which was a nice touch. The hotel is stunning with well kept gardens and a quiet atmosphere. We stayed on the other side of the road and it was pure bliss! There was never more than 4 people in the pool at a time and it was peaceful at night. The hotel is a close walk to the old and new town, we went out atleast twice a day and found we could be where we wanted in 10-15 mins. The hotel also offers free buses to and from the beach.

It's a very nice hotel. Very friendly/helpful staff and extremely clean. Two large pools and a kiddies pool. Lifeguards on duty from morning to 5.30pm. Our rooms were cleaned every day. Bed sheets changed twice a week, and beds made every day. We were there in the 1st two weeks of June '24, and the restaurant was under reconstruction. It is adjacent to the main pool. The noise was unreal, and continued all day every day, throughout our stay. We weren't given this information when booking. There is not a lot of room around the pools if you don't get there early, to sunbathe.

So far so good. I'm part way through a ten day stay whilst diving. The staff are super helpful & friendly and the place is spotlessly clean. The pool area us great and there is entertainment on an evening. The breakfast offering is buffet style and everything is great.

The walk into the old town takes about 15 minutes but it us a bit of a steep pull back up.

Liked the accommodation,
Double bed would have been preferable for couples. Great for transport availability as taxis & buses very reasonable (hilly for people with walking difficulties) handy shopping on site for guests. Facilities great overall.
