Where to start the staff at this hotel are very unhelpful at best. The man on reception was so not helpful almost rude, The room was big bathroom was nice but my god the nose from the road was like living in a town. Coaches , buses, lorrys and cars going up & down 24/7 . The pool doesn't open till 10am and then the bar was supposed to open at 10.30 good luck maybe 10.55 if your lucky.

Spent an expensive night here this week after my 'not so easy jet' airline cancelled our flight at the last minute and insisted we must book a 3 star hotel.

No working air con in either room and no other rooms available. When I reported that the air-con was not working I got a sympathetic shrug from the nice girl on the reception and advised to open the windows and doors.

To be fair, the next morning when checking out there was workmen including an air-conditioning engineer running about the place so looks like the air con issue was more widespread then just our rooms so I wish they had advertised that to us that they had issues. So hopefully for the next poor souls to go there may be not so hot in the rooms.

The rooms are tired and basic but the beds comfortable. Overall not very clean with someone else's hair and litter still on the floor in our room.

I would not stay again and had I known about the air con issue would not have gone there at all.

Did not eat there so cannot judge that and the late night entertainment went on till about 1am was overly loud and an out of tune poor quality singer which is fine if you like low ball cabaret but not for us.

For the price we paid (£150 plus per night per room), not worth it even as a same day booking. I am sure it is much cheaper as a package holiday.

It probably is a 3 star hotel as seems to have the appropriate functions but that does not always mean nice environment.
