The food in this resteraunt was absolutely delicious and unbelievably well priced. We had 3 courses a soft drink and a coffee each for 18 euros. You must eat here the food is extremely tasty and well priced.The staff are also incredibly friendly. Have the cheesecake for pudding 5 stars!!!!!!

This place is absolutely fantastic Food is wonderful, full of flavour, and an exceptional chef!! Staff are friendly and helpful, a shout out to Lucia and Josie!! And so reasonably priced! The salmon was cooked to perfection, my partner had the BBQ ribs twice as they were so tasty! The lamb is beautiful too, a flamed grilled taste with loads of flavour 😋 Definitely be back. We ifter stay here, ideally located with easy access to town. However, this visit was lacking the normal service. Very tired room, lacking towels, poor shower.

Great location near the train station, reasonable price, and the rooms are clean. This was the second time we stayed there and they gave us a free upgrade to a bigger room with a balcony. It's convenient to have a restaurant next door. The people that work there are very nice. I recommend this hotel.

room was very clean and had a great view of the street and surrounding area. Big windows that opened wide onto a small balcony. everyone we dealt with was helpful. the restaurant seemed to be very popular with what I assumed were local business people and was right on the sidewalk so great place to have a coffee before setting out for the day. every meal we had there was very good.

We booked this hotel when visiting Cartagena. The location of this hotel is perfect, near to most sites etc. The staff are very inviting, friendly and eager to make sure guests are comfortable. The hotel is a big hotel with parking available at the price of 12 euros a day. The hotel room we got was on the 3rd floor facing the car park. The view was ok but the room was a bit old. The pillows were horrible and the cover sheet on the bed had stains on them. There was a mini fridge and a few accessories- comb, a little soap...no toothpaste, clean towels. They have the old fashioned air conditioner - the vents would not oscilate, I had to open them manually. The air condition seemed to even chip ot one night. Woke up sweating. So we slept with the sir on AND the window open which was so much better. The room we stayed in needs upgrading. There were 2 elevators to our floor. One broke down while we were there. HA! Maybe request a room facing the entrance would have been smarter? Thank you for your service!

This was our third visit to this hotel with the previous two visits in lovely rooms facing the front.( I requested a front room if possible, when booking.) However we were given a back room 330 overlooking a litter strewn small car park.The bathroom shower was almost inaccessible at our age due to having to climb in to a massive vintage hot tub with controls falling off.The food and staff were good and we love Cartagena,but the room was depressing.Shame.

Hotel is lovely and bright in lobby. But the rooms are very dated. The beds were hard as rock. The shower has to be held in one hand or else water sprays everywhere. Room was clean but badly needs painting.Staff were very friendly and helpful. Avoid th

Great value for money. Room was spacious, clean and even had a terrace. Great location, staff friendly.
