Very nice pleasant clean and modern furnished hote
Pleasant stay, comfortable bed and amplespace in room, which was very clean and tidy with nice modern bathroom. The breakfast was ample and decent variety. I only dissatisfaction was that I was meeting friends from the USA during the day and there were no facilities to purchase coffee or tea or any snacks at all but would recommend a hotel and would...
Large but dated rooms. Area is good. Staff is very helpful even though they have limited people.
We only stayed one night but I have to say that this hotel thrilled me. Very friendly reception staff. The room we received, large and beautiful. The breakfast, superb. Fresh and quality products. The coffee. Possibility to choose different pods with the Nespresso machine.
We arrived before normal check-in time with the intent of asking to just drop our backpacks until later in the day. However, the front desk staff, without prompting found an available room and checked us in early. This allowed us to securely stow our bags, freshen up, and head out to explore for the rest of the day.
Excellent stay. All staff were helpful and friendly.
Front desk team including Vanessa were very efficient.
Excellent hotel and location was perfect , the from desk team were incredibly helpful and polite so a big thank you to Francisco, Vanessa , Jesús and Antonio

We just stayed at AC Cartagena, and overall we had a really good experience. The location was excellent, close to everything, and perfect for exploring the city on foot. The parking situation was definitely interesting. You have to use a small car elevator to get to the garage, which was super tight, but luckily we had rented a small car so it worked out fine. The hotel itself was very nice. Our room...
A new hotel from the Mariott Group. Nice rooms and bathroom well thought out. Friendly staff and helpful. Food was excellent in restaurant and nice cocktails too. Tried a new one, New York Sour, which the Columbian bartender introduced me to. We stayed for 6 nights and were very happy. The hotel is perfectly situated for everything.
The hotel has recently been completely renovated and one or two teething problems are inevitable. The garage probably does not take SUVs, for example. The superior room we had (509) was spacious and quiet and the bed was enormous. The balcony was also enormous, with some great views, but curiously bare and lifeless. The bathroom and attendant facilities were excellent. We did not try the restaurant...
Great stay!
The hotel and staff are lovely. The parking is super handy. The breakfast was nice and the rooms are spacious and comfy. And you can’t beat the location! Would definitely recommend
This hotel is overpriced with very small rooms. You have to scrape along the wall from bed to get out. The balcony has a huge step up with absolutely basic furniture. The breakfast is terribly overpriced for what it is. You can walk a hundred yard across the road and get a much superior breakfast for half the price. The parking is fine if you have a tiny car that can fit in the lift to take you down...
We have no complaints about this hotel. Check-in was easy and welcoming, although we were never given a WiFi password. Our room was a corner room on the 4th floor. It was fantastic. One window looked out to the mountains and the other had a view over the building in front of us to the Port. Each morning was a delight. Breakfast was good and varied with fresh fruit, pastries, bread, an egg station...

Manolo Hotel is clean, the staff are really pleasant. We booked late as we’re arriving from Murcia airport late. So they found us a parking space even though hotel was fully booked.
Clean and good location. Ample services and friendly staff. Great food in cartagena
If you accept the fact that you will need to catch the bus to the port abd city centre then Hotel Manolo is a good value, clean and comfortable place to stay in Cartagena. It is either a 3km, 40 minute walk to the port or €1.20 on the number seven bus! The room was clean, spacious and comfortable with air conditioning and a fridge (which is a bonus in a Spanish hotel). The staff were courteous and...
Great hotel, scary part of town but safe. Comfortable and quiet
Close to football stadium with free parking
Chose this hotel as it was close to the encampment set up for the Romans v Cartagenians annual reenactment. 20 minutes walk.
On arrival our room was upgraded by the very helpful and friendly receptionist.
Room was spacious, comfortable and clean.
Great value and would certainly return
Very clean, espacious and quiet room, the male receptionist was extremely kind and welcoming, time was taken to explain to us a bit of history of Cartagena and adviced on places to visit.
small dogs are accepted which was our case. (Not on buses though!)
Sweets and coffee offered at our arrival.

The hotel is very nice, no noice (I had the patio room) with modern rooms and very good standard.
The best for me was the breakfast.
Thanks a lot to the professional staff that runs it, specially the breakfast manager who acted quickly by helping with the morning breakfast for The Ocean Race Team.
Stayed May/June lovely hotel great location. All the staff (Isabel, Francisco, Dinhoa and Jose) were very polite and helpful. Rooms were very clean and the hotel offers a great breakfast. Would highly recommend.
Totally exceeded expectations. All staff reception breakfast buffet and housekeeping friendly and helpful.
Rooms spotless with housekeeping service every day.
Location excellent. Our rooms on the 8th floor were quiet at night and the air con worked wonderfully.
Would recommend to all.
We loved everything especially Isabel at reception. Who went above and beyond to make our stay fabulous. She is just so customer orientated, friendly with a bubbly personality. We're glad you had a lovely birthday Isabel. The others at reception Francisco Jose Ainhoa y Loli were also great.
Breakfast choice is amazing noone could be disappointed. All fresh, well prepared and well presented as well...
Great hotel
Really enjoyed our stay at the sercotel carlos 111 hotel. Hotel was spotlessly clean and staff were very helpful on reception. Room was rather large with plenty of storage space for clothes and spotlessly clean. Big bathroom with a great shower.
Central Hotel which was very clean and near to all attractions. Room was very spacious and clean with a really good shower. Breakfast was plentiful with hot and cold items. Reception staff very helpful and very friendly especially Isabel, Francisco, Andres and Mariano. Would definitely stay here again and would 100% recommend this hotel.

I have stayed in this hotel several times now as a Lady on my own, my husband having been admitted to the hospital not far down the road on each occasion.

When my daughter came over from the UK to visit her father she received the same thoughtful attention.

This place is absolutely fantastic Food is wonderful, full of flavour, and an exceptional chef!! Staff are friendly and helpful, a shout out to Lucia and Josie!! And so reasonably priced! The salmon was cooked to perfection, my partner had the BBQ ribs twice as they were so tasty! The lamb is beautiful too, a flamed grilled taste with loads of flavour 😋 Definitely be back. We will most
We ifter stay here, ideally located with easy access to town. However, this visit was lacking the normal service. Very tired room, lacking towels, poor shower.
Great location near the train station, reasonable price, and the rooms are clean. This was the second time we stayed there and they gave us a free upgrade to a bigger room with a balcony. It's convenient to have a restaurant next door. The people that work there are very nice. I recommend this hotel.
room was very clean and had a great view of the street and surrounding area. Big windows that opened wide onto a small balcony. everyone we dealt with was helpful. the restaurant seemed to be very popular with what I assumed were local business people and was right on the sidewalk so great place to have a coffee before setting out for the day. every meal we had there was very good.
We booked this hotel when visiting Cartagena. The location of this hotel is perfect, near to most sites etc. The staff are very inviting, friendly and eager to make sure guests are comfortable. We stayed a few nights with a motorhome. The place is located next to Cartagena, so it is ideal to get to know the area. It has a large pool and the area is very complete. The staff that works, super attentive and pleasant. The only drawback, perhaps, was that the pool lacked some cleaning and the sinks were very, very old.
The property has an accommodation area in a building and another for parking mostly motorhomes. We stayed for one night and we had a problem related to the high occupancy in the camping area that they were able to resolve quickly. The place is located 12 minutes by vehicle from the entrance to Cartagena west.
This place has very nice vibes and everything you need. Staff is friendly and welcoming, they also cook delicious meals (even as vegetarians we had a lot to choose from). Pitches are nice and spacious, water & electricity connection and decorated with small lights and lemon and orange trees. Only con is outdated sanitary, but is clean and has warm water ( they are building a new sanitary block)
Organic location 100% quality people, food and atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you for the love you put in your work
A good place to relax and unwind. Ablution facilities are okay. We had a nice pitch with space to put our chairs out. The pool was nice. There is a cafe onsite if you don't feel like cooking. There is also a small selection of fresh vegetables to buy. They also have rooms available if you are not in a Camper.
Réception was great. Placements are spacious. Food is delicious. I had red cabbage soup... and beet fries... Yum ! 6€ to wash and dry a load of laundry. You won't be disappointed to stay here.

It was a nice hotel and room especially for 3 stars accommodation. We faced the problem with a door key during our stay but had been given a combination to open the lock, thou not a big problem. The service and cleanliness were perfect, the food was a bit scarce and there was no hot food, e.g. eggs or scrambled eggs.
Enjoyable city break. The hotel is perfectly located for all the local amenities and sightseeing venues. All staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The only negative about the room was that there was noise from the street and roads below. The breakfast was great with adequate choice. Hot drinks machine available 24hrs . Excellent value for money.
Cleanliness: We got ourselves a double room and the room was very clean. The room didn’t have any carpet which I personally would have liked.

Convenient hotel for tourists.
Large modern hotel on the edge of Cartagena. Walking distance to the touristic centre and water front. Good breakfast. Big clean rooms. Easy parking on street or in secure compound.
A little far away from city center but modern new hotel with good facilities.
You don’t have that many options for accommodation in Cartagena, so this hotel is okay for a short stay. There’s plenty of free parking around, the staff is friendly, the bed is comfy, and the breakfast is decent.
On the downside, the hotel is in serious need of renovations - there are water-leak stains in the bathroom, aging furniture and creaking floors. Also, they turn air conditioning off in winter...
The staff was really friendly and nice. Breakfast great - they had all essentials. The hotel room itself was however not really clean - if I was not exhausted I would have asked either to give another room or to clean mine. Bathroom was full of dark hair - quite disgusting. But well, the price was also super cheap - not sure if cleaning is included in the price :D
We only stayed one night but they were so welcoming and saw we were tired and were so nice. We got upgraded to a suite and slept very well. also the rooms were clean, organised and had everything needed.

This was a visit to the roof top bar which was relatively quiet but needed some music playing through speakers or a live band because it felt a bit quiet. Lovely hotel, building built in 1906 with lots of history, so it’s not modern. Right by the sea, lovely views from terrace & restaurant. My only complaint is that they did not explain they lock the building down at night and you have to use buzzed to get in. It took a few minutes to find the buzzer, all I instructions in Spanish!
We were so looking forward to staying here once again, but so disappointed with the standard this time, the tea and coffee was not replenished while we were there. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls in places. This is the oldest Hotel in Murcia apparently its a shame
Quaint hotel, very Spanish, great food and an amazing location.
Very traditional and rooms very dated , can’t swing a cat in them. I don’t mind traditional, old fashioned but it needs to be clean which it wasn’t . Only a stand fan in room it got very hot. It needs a refresh . Cockroach (dead) outside our door on both mornings. The restaurant and courtyard are great and staff friendly and polite.

Great location only a few metres from the sea. A few bars and restaurants nearby, as well as banks and supermarkets. Very old property, poor bathroom facilities and the mattress was worn and uncomfortable, ok for price but will pay more for a better experience at a better hotel next time.

Nice hotel in great location. Have stayed in Hotel quite a few times , it's starting to get scruffy, bedrooms could do with a make over , everything is getting tired looking. The bathroom door was broken, bad smell coming from the sink and shower , only 1 UK speaking channel on TV , slow wi fi , I expect more these days .
In my opinion the suites are really not worth the money, and no breakfast included. I paid over £1k for 5 nights to be told breakfast was not included. The rooms are very tired, and dark, and the bathroom essentials ie shampoo, soap etc are not good quality and there’s no hair conditioner. The pool area has no atmosphere. However the staff are lovely, pleasant and very welcoming, location is great

Lovely family room with two separate bedrooms which was unexpected as I thought it would be extra beds in a big room. Excellent customer service & very welcoming. Cannot fault the cleanliness of the hotel, & the helpfulness of the staff. A special mention for Daniel the lifeguard, exceptional competence/awareness assisting myself on numerous occasions when I struggled with steps on existing the Jaquzzi.
Lovely Hotel, you don't pay 5 star prices so don't expect a 5 star hotel. What you do get however, is a wonderfully situated hotel, right next to the beach and town which has plenty of bars to occupy your nights with. Loads of nice restaurants and fairly cheap too. Average beer 3-4 euros. The hotel is nice. Breakfast was good, lots of choice, the pool is sound, not that a group of golfers used it...

Our second stay here and the best features of the stay are the food, service staff, and location. We came with a group and the dining staff was never overwhelmed. Rooms very old and in need of refurbishment, restaurant of the hotel was nice and great access to the beaches. Breakfast was ok, good for a last minute getaway. Some lovely restaurants near by.
Top floor with great view, clean bathroom. Only weird thing was only one(giant) pillow on double bed. Breakfast was varied and fresh. Chech in staff were very helpful
Very much noise in the morning, impossible to sleep. The cleaners make noise. No minibar, cheap soaps. Bad beds, two 90cm. Bad possibilities with electricity outlets.
But amazing view.
Very good food nice service We like here nice people we will recommened every body come and enjoy the waiter name is Padam is very good he provide very good service and friendly and Haris too. We love to be here and enjoy a lot out staying during our holydays.
Hotel with great location and own beach & pool. Hotel Age is showing in rooms what are bit oldish style. All inclusive food is ok and there is enough variety in every meal. Service mostly really good, employees bit lacking english lanquage, but really friendly. There is cafeteria inside and playroom for younger people. Lots of restaurants nearby and seaside beach are marvelous to spend hile day! Looking...
The view was the best ever
The front of house team exceeded all our expectations. They were professional and clearly enjoyed their job. They gave us a tip about a local drink and a local meat speciality for my husband and a vegetarian speciality for me!

Review For Villa 72 La Manga Club Spain,,, We have just returned from a Family Holiday staying at this Beautiful Villa it is truly exceptional in every aspect, think gorgeous home from home with absolutely all the boxes ticked and everything you need for a fantastic complete luxury stay, we can’t wait to return.
Enjoyed our stay.
The villas were clean and equipped well enough for us as we only had an overnight stay but with a few additions of your own, they would be quite comfortable for an extended period. Property was well taken care of and the pool was a pleasant welcome.
Second time at this property. Fantastic. Will come again
Lovely hotel. plenty of restaurants nearby.
Found the beds to be very uncomfortable
Two-night stay, residence complete with everything, well-equipped, even with washing machine. Clean, nice pool, well-kept and ample parking. Also convenient for moving towards the sea and cities
La Manga Aparthotel Villas
We love this place 2nd time back. Ideally situated easy free parking. Super super clean and a gorgeous smell. Staff all very friendly. Little apartment has kitchen with fridge, washing machine and TV. Balcony that looks out into garden and pool. Just perfect for a few days travelling through but definitely great for longer stays too. Great buffet breakfast at 5€. Relaxing...

The bathroom had a smell and was not very clean. The breakfast, very basic. We wanted to have dinner and there were a lot of people and it was also very hot in the dining room. It has parking next door. The beach is a few minutes walk away, crossing the avenue, which is the one that was recommended to us. There is also a beach on the other side, but we did not get to know it. The pool was good and...
Food of 10 and very attentive dining room staff. The lifeguard, since they did not let glass plates into the pool (which we did not know) because at the bar they gave it to us like that, saying that we were going to drink it in the pool, the lifeguard noticed and told us that you could not enter Crystal, I see it great. Then other people came in and he didn't say anything to them. At night they did...
More variety variety of food. The breakfast is good. Everything is very clean. The room had good views. One drawback I did not like the attitude of the cleaning girl. We are delighted with Maria José, the animation girl. A cute girl
I start with the cleaning. It leaves a lot to be desired. The food has been good. Well cooked but little variety. The views from the room are perfect. The treatment of the staff. what has been raining. we have needed a little more dancing at night
A group of friends from Córdoba have been here for a week. Hemis caught a week of rain but we have been very entertained with María José, the animation girl. The hotel is very good. The food is also very good and clean. I recommend it again.
Our stay was good overall. The place was clean and the food was adequate. As usual the Spanish staff were disinterested and unhelpful.
The hotel is located at the start of Last Manga strip - about 10 kilometres of hotels, apartments restaurants and the like. This sounds like it should be an alive place. But somehow the location and the hotel are rather dead and almost desolate. We won't be returning...

A great location to stay in La Manga, right next to the beach but also has its own swimming pool. We are happy to recommend to all!
To the Director Suzanne Reus,
Thank you to you and please thank all your staff for a wonderful stay at the Galua. Once again we had a very warm welcome and we were made to feel as members of the Galua Family. Please thank all your staff at your next team meeting for helping to make our stay so good. A special thank you to Jose Miguel who dealt with a problem for us before our arrival. Thank you once...
Perfectly located in La Manga with outstanding sea views. Facilities well maintained and friendly staff to make your experience memorable. Highly recommended.
I love this hotel and will return. There is a direct connecting door to the beach. The food was of excellent quality and the staff were really friendly and accommodating.
We love this hotel. The location is second to none. The hotel was once again very clean and we were always able to get a sunbed. The staff are helpful and friendly and we were able to easily book the spa facilities.
We came last year in low season and I gave it 5 stars in every category.
This time we came in August and early September. The reason why I've not given it 5 stars for service is because...
Rooms are amazing, beautiful views. The buffet is not great. There was a big party of people that arrived while we were there and the bar staff were totally overwhelmed and we could not get a drink. Management should have been better prepared. Our room key card failed to work our room door on 5 occasions and it didn’t operate the gates to car park or from beach to pool area.
Plenty of sun beds and...
