Hotel Serawa

Lovely hotel it was in a great place , no where to chill downstairs and a few things wrong with room shower door was not shutting properly and the terrace door was sticking and making a noise but they were very good and sent someone although the terrace door wasn’t fixed . Also no British TV . Aircon was great ! But overall good stay and I would stay again

Really nice hotel in the heart of Alicante, close to beach and restaurants, shops, buses. There is a parking if you bring the car, wich will have a discount. The rooms were modern, huge, mattress was very comfortable. The toilet was big and modern with all the necessary toiletries. The breakfast was tasty with healthy options. Will definitely come back :)

I had an excellent stay. Very polite and friendly staff. Breakfast is great, a lot of options.

Great service and location
Great location and very helpful staff. Modern, comfortable room (standard, 2307) with a good bed and nice common areas. No breakfast included.

The air conditioning did not work, making the night uncomfortably hot. I was offered a new room for the last night, but it came too late to be useful. I was given a fan instead. A water station in the hotel would also have been appreciated.

Nice place, decent value for money and great location. Would happily stay again.

Our family with two children stayed in a top-floor family room. The hotel is very new, and the bathroom was large, new, and clean.
It's very convenient to the beach and the city center. There's also a 24-hour convenience store downstairs.

In one word, IMPECCABLE! Michelin 5 star and the food, the atmosphere, the staff... Every detail catered for👌🏻 We met the chef, Sergio Sierra and congratulated him on the spectacular quality of his establishment. Dennis and Carlos looked after us, Dennis ensured that my specific dietary requirements were met plus went the extra mile to recommend me dishes and ensured the meals were done to perfection. Fantastic! Andrea the sommelier nice and friendly also. The place was exquisitely decorated to Moulin Rouge style - plush and decadent. The music jazz and hip, didn't disappoint. And the food was Amazing... The 2-colour tuna starter - Very good. The Angus beef cooked to perfection, just off blue , accompanied by potatoes - sublime - and a plain lettuce salad! Beers for my husband, good Brut cava for myself. And, the piece de resistance - the puddings... Arabian cake for him & mascarpone with berries for me. Good coffee and tea to finish with. Definitely recommend it - excellent - well worth the amazing experience! 💯
