Hotel Serawa Alicante in Alicante

Room was big, bright, and spotlessly clean, as indeed was the whole hotel. Excellent friendly staff, and excellent location. However, as I have some mobility issues, a handrail on the 3 steps and/or short steep slope necessary to get to the lift would have been a great help. However, this is a minor fault and doesn’t detract from my overall 5* marking.

Newly renovated hotel with huge garden and pool. The spa is fantastic (it has a super cold ice bath, 2 saunas and 2 pools) and the dinner is also great. The breakfast was also good - it could be even better if they offered fresh coffee too. We will be back, thank you!

Nice hotel with friendly staff. The location is great because you have a short walking distance to many shops and to the big castle on the hill which is a must see when you visit Alicante. They also have healthy and tasty breakfast!

I must admit, I was initially hesitant to book a stay at this hotel, with a rating of 4.4 on Google. However, the photos looked very promising, and the location seemed ideal, so I decided to trust my instincts—and I’m so glad I did.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The property is beautifully designed, combining a modern aesthetic with elegant touches of stone walls that add character and charm. My room was exceptionally spacious, spotless, and tastefully decorated. The location is truly magnificent—everything is within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Alicante.

The staff provided outstanding service throughout my stay. When I encountered an issue with the AC, they immediately addressed the problem and had it resolved within an hour. Their professionalism and attentiveness were greatly appreciated.

I would not hesitate to return to this hotel on my next visit to Alicante. Highly recommended.

Absolutely stunning hotel, lovely staff and a lovely relaxing location. We absolutely loved our stay. The only one tiny thing I can comment on is the breakfast, although it all looked beautiful, it wasn’t what we are used to being from Ireland. But the staff were super accommodating and made us extra eggs.
I will definitely return to this hotel with my husband.

Very friendly helpful staff. Breakfast adequate but needs good hot plates as the ones they have not effective food was cold . Spacious suite. Hotel centrally located

Beautiful property, great staff and terrific location. Parking was a nightmare but that was the only drawback.

Lovely hotel it was in a great place , no where to chill downstairs and a few things wrong with room shower door was not shutting properly and the terrace door was sticking and making a noise but they were very good and sent someone although the terrace door wasn’t fixed . Also no British TV . Aircon was great ! But overall good stay and I would stay again

Great position.Generally a nice hotel but rooms weren’t cleaned as well as could have been.Hairs and crumbs on room floor on arrival so wasn’t the best first impression for the room.Also the room at the front of hotel was very noisy with the air con rattling away and noisy drains all night so asked to move to a quiet room which they did without any issue…Breakfast was good apart from getting locked in the toilet because the lock was faulty…Overall enjoyed our stay but could have been better.Great location tho.Close to the beach and everything so very happy with that
