My lovely man (he recommended this hotel, he's been here before) and I are staying to this beautiful hotel for 7 days !!! Our room is amazingly big and clean !!! The staff of this hotel is so polite and they provide assistance anytime u want !!!they are perfect from the receptionists, cleaning ladies to the maintenance guy ! The breakfast is great !!! The hotel is clean and its style is a combination of old and modern art !!!!
Only 3 klm from downtown, the town of Cartagena !!!!
One thing i love the most is that you cannot hear noise from other rooms, so u can have the best sleep ever !!

The staff (every single one of them) were amazingly lovely, kind, helpful and considerate.
When my daughter came over from the UK to visit her father she received the same thoughtful attention.
The hotel it's self is comfortable, spotlessly clean and the beds are really comfortable.
The hotel is located just off the motorway and a very short drive from Old Cartagena City centre, as well as the vast Shopping Mall with a huge Carrefour.
Most importantly for me, was the fact that The Hospital was literally a few minutes drive away saving me a 70k each way drive every day at a stressful time.
Honestly, I can't thank the wonderful staff enough.
So if anyone out there is wondering how they can be near a family member while they are in hospital, consider staying in this hotel.
Parking is free so is WiFi, it's 5 minutes drive to the Santa Lucia (or Rosell) and the staff are fabulous.
Device was excellent booking in bedroom clean and tidy no problems at all
Great hotel and excellent service, rooms are very comfortable, staff very kind and friendly, breakfast is superb for a great price, Lunch/dinner day menu delicious and not expensive at all. A******
