Lovely staff, excellent breakfast. Slightly dated, but very clean, comfy and spacious rooms. The mattress could be improved (too hard and springy) but we've had worse! Easy to get into town and plenty of free parking available.

Nice hotel with good spacious rooms. Service was very good, food prices reasonable. Would have liked tea and coffee and water in the room even for an extra charge. A bit inconvenient to keep going to reception for a coffee, it was free though.

Great location with easy access to Motorways. Clean and friendly hotel. Good breakfast at a great price. Have passed this hotel over many years and don't know why we haven't stayed before. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice little hotel, only 8 minutes drive away from Cartagena town. The room was spacious, and well sound proofed (it was pretty much next to the motorway, and we couldn't really hear the cars). The bathroom was clean, and the room smelled so nice when we checked in. The bed wasn't the most comfortable bed ever, but good enough if you're only staying a night or two. There was a mini fridge where we put our bottles of water to keep them cool, that was quite handy. It has free parking just outside too, and you can walk to a shopping centre with lots of shops and fast food places. There is supposed to be a bus leaving every 30 minutes, but we waited for it and it never came (maybe they don't really run at the times it says?). Breakfast was quite limited to mainly continental options, but okay if you're only after a light bite. They had a coffee machine with decaff options too.

The hotel has a nice "old atmosphere". I personally found the general area on the first floor (where we stayed) very attractively decorated.
I also found the hotel room itself appropriate in terms of the "atmosphere".
Elevator present.
Free street parking.
Excellent tram connection to the center of Granada (20 minutes)
Good breakfast/lunch restaurant next to the hotel!
Points of improvement:
In "our" room unfortunately only high windows without a view.
There were no lamps in the bedside lamps, so only a large light in the room.
There is a problem with mold in the sealant seams in the bathroom. That's a really big downside. Hopefully something will be done about that soon!
Furthermore, there was no reception employee behind the counter at check-out. We rang the bell twice and waited for a while. Then the key slid through the hatch in the screen. (Payment was already arranged).

Visited over New Year period. Very quiet due to Covid. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good but social distancing and using the same utensils to serve food wasn't good. The dining room notice says they check Covid passports but I was there 3 times and not checked once. Overall a good stay and good location for shopping centre, city and rural areas. It is also very close to Santa Lucia hospital and I would consider staying there if my wife was in hospital and needed to be available.

Excellent location for business and tourist 5 minutes from the city. Structure in the large rooms, clean and organized, friendly and prepared staff. I advise.
