Strongly Do Not Recommend – Stay Away from This Hotel!!!
This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had, and I urge everyone not to stay here.
First of all, the room key card stopped working every single day. We stayed for three nights and had to go to the front desk to reactivate the card three times! The staff at the front desk were extremely unfriendly and acted like we were bothering them every time we asked for help (especially the female staff member with black hair). They kept repeating that we shouldn’t keep the key card near our phones (which we made sure to avoid), but the card still didn’t work. It was extremely frustrating and inconvenient.
Secondly, the room was filthy. There was a strong, musty, moldy smell as soon as we walked in. The towels and bed linens were stained and had hair all over them. It was honestly disgusting, and I couldn’t believe they would let guests stay in such dirty conditions.
Lastly, the location is terrible. It’s in the middle of nowhere, with nothing around and very inconvenient transportation options. Even getting a taxi or public transport was a challenge.
Please please please…DO NOT stay at this hotel! The service, cleanliness, and location are all awful. Save yourself the trouble and choose somewhere else. I completely regret booking this place and hope no one else has to go through the same experience.

Simple but good breakfast. Simple room and bath with shower. Stayed with my son of 12 year. Fare-enough. Not in the centre of the city, but good to reach with public transport and then 10 minute walk. Also convienent restaurants and shops nearby in the SPLAU shopping centre.

only complain was related with door RF ID card systems broken so fast and need more time to wait in the reception to renew it every day.Sometimes you have do it 3-4 times a day.this is too much. I already comment it to reception but it seems they are not willing to upgrade the system.

The hotel was lovely and it was so tranquil. The room was very clear and comfortable. Food and drinks was very tasty and many options were available. The customer service was outstanding but I would like to specially thank Mr Luis Sanches (the restaurant staff/supervisor who helped us with travelling tips and information which made us reach our destinations easier. Definitely recommend.

Spacious room. Located within walking distance to a shopping mall with plenty of shops inside. Only downside is its quite a distance from any metro or train station so be prepared to add that few dollars for taxi/uber

Avoid at all cost. Just been on the phone to my insurance company about the way I was treated with an 11 year old after missing our connection. Asked the reception what time main meal was and they replied so we went down got completely ignored got told we couldn't get anything to eat as 2 coach parties were in we would get told when a table was available as we had nothing to eat from the morning. 2 hours later still was waiting for table nobody came anywhere near us we ended up having a kit kat out a half empty vending machine . Absolutely disgusting service even from bar staff ignoring a woman with a child wanting water saying they did not understand what I was saying.

Everything one can expect from a 3-star hotel. Room was clean, small but tidy. Room service did their job every day. Kind of a continental breakfast with a Spanish drift but there were literally no vegetables (only tomato sauce). Early in the morning dishes are warm, a bit later not so much. Bar closed in the evenings (but not so far there is a place called Enjoy). Good place to sleep, staff is nice.
