A delicious breakfast buffet is freshly prepared for our guests each morning and made-to-order hot dishes and an early bird breakfast are also provided upon request. Our welcoming staff will provide recommendations for well-regarded local restaurants and our Open Bar offers you refreshing drinks and delicious snacks. There's also a compact gym onsite. NH Barcelona Diagonal Center has 5 meeting rooms which seat a maximum of 100 people. We are pleased to host events both large and small, and with advanced notice our special events services will assist in event organization as well as menu planning. Additional event amenities include audiovisual equipment rental or an EV (electric vehicle) charging station onsite. Our professional 24-hour front desk is on hand to meet further guest requests.

When I went down to reception to make a complaint and ask for an explanation, they just asked me for time to investigate, then they immediately called me to my room, apologising for the cleaning lady's mistake and offered me a free breakfast.

The breakfast was okay – nothing too special, but acceptable. The eggs were a bit dry, and the coffee wasn’t very good.
My biggest issue was with the hotel key cards. They didn’t work properly at all. I literally had to go to the reception every day because my card wasn’t working. It turned out to be my fault, as my phone was erasing the card. I’m very sorry, but this wasn’t the first time I stayed at a hotel, and it never happened to me before. Imagine having to go to the reception EVERY DAY for a new card. I must emphasize again that this wasn’t the receptionist's fault, but rather an outdated card system or something similar.
The area around the hotel is unattractive – very ugly and smelly. On the other hand, it is quite convenient, with everything you need close by.
You can hear everything what is happening in the hotel while you are in your room. So you get earplugs as a gift.
If you want to stay in this hotel because you go to razzmatazz you will be ok. If you want to stay longer, it might be a bit uncomfortable.
So, why only two stars? I’m also very disappointed. Overall, the stay wasn’t *that* bad, but I found a cockroach in my room, which is simply unacceptable.
No bar, breakfast was OK. Didn’t really have a lot to do with any staff
It’s in a rough area with a lot of homelessness, scrap metal trolley men, rats and cockroaches
