Hotel Coral Beach by LLUM

Had a week here from 14th-21st June. On arrival there was ham ,cheese,bread and fruit left out for us as it was after dining room had closed. I had requested a pool view which I had got,it was a twin for single use, so had plenty of room, beds very comfortable, clean bathroom, shower,bath,bidet and washbasin. The hotel is clean with very efficient staff, friendly and helpful. The pool was good warm once you were in, pool bar and snack area were good. Food was plentiful, not cordon bleu, but always something to tempt. Entertainment was ok,but not worth staying for. Lovely promenade area near hotel with benches to walk around listening to the waves lapping. All in all a very enjoyable time.

A great stay overall overlooking the Balearic sea.dont forget the adventurous boat,ferry and so much more trips just to the east.you cannot miss the incredible staff who treat you honestly like king and queens.The bedrooms could maybe have some improvements like a mini fridge or some wall paintings but I would definitely recommend this hotel!!!

I am currently here with my 5 year old and my partner, what a lovely hotel it is, the rooms are very clean, the food is exactly what you would expect from a 3 star hotel. But most of all, the staff are the best thing about the hotel, so polite always happy to help. The 3 entertainers during the day are wonderful for the children, constantly games, getting everyone involved, my shy 5 year old has never sat down and that has made my holiday. Highly reccomend.

Nice and spotlessly clean hotel. Breakfast and lunch was nice enough, dinner abit hit and miss. Limited choice but you won't go hungry. Drinks seem weak but not a bad thing. Beds in the room were comfortable . Beautiful location with the beach minutes away. Beach is stunning. We really enjoyed our stay,,we used it as a base and went on lots of trip. Lots of restaurants nearby. We enjoyed our time there.

We had a great holiday in this lovely hotel, food is delicious definitely 10 out of 10, the staff are amazing, always dressed to perfection,pool area and pool cleaned every day, Snack bar made fresh while you wait, only the chef there is very miserable,& quiet rude, pool bar is great lots of selection plus lolly’s ice cream wafers, cornet, boys very happy. Annimaton team are excellent, only 2 things let’s it down, Aircon in whole hotel is basically none existent, plus they need small fridge and Kettle in each room, but we had an excellent stay and would recommend to others

We got back last night after a 5 night stay and I honestly do not know why some of the reviews are so negative. We got the hotel for a bargain price and we honestly can’t complain, we were chuffed with the place. The only issue we had during our stay, was that we didn’t have any hot water from our shower for the first half of our stay. The hotel were aware of the issue and proactively offered us an upgrade to the all inclusive premium package from the half board package we had paid for- we were very impressed with this. The room was very spacious, and the housekeeping team work very hard- our room was done every day to a high standard. Would have been nice to have a kettle/fridge but not a big issue. The pool area was brilliant, no matter what time we went for a sunlounger, we always got one. This is a huge positive for me, as there is nothing worse than the 5am wake up for a lounger. The animation team work very hard and the pool bar staff are great too. The food is quite basic but we always found something to eat and I don’t think you can expect more for the price we paid. The restaurant staff work very hard and are all lovely. We went out of an evening so didn’t stay for the entertainment but I do think it would have been nicer having the entertainment outside. The inside venue was a little dreary. The area is lovely, lots of lovely bars and restaurants a short walk away, with a nice beach. We got the local bus from the airport and it dropped us off a 5 min walk from the hotel. On the way back, the local bus picks you up right outside the hotel- a good way to avoid expensive taxis plus the taxis in resort can take a long time to come. This bus also takes you into santa Eulària. Please don’t get too worried about the negative reviews!

My friend & I had a wonderful stay at moon dreams on arrival reception was very friendly we were on the 5th floor overlooking the pool & we could see the sea too, our room was bright & modern bathroom a bit dated but worked perfectly. We couldn’t get to grips with the air con so asked reception & a lovely young lady came straight away & sorted it & it was great all week. I think this hotel is better than budget as it is very clean & the lady’s doing the rooms are lovely & friendly, the pools great we were very happy with the food & the dining room staff are lovely there was lots of choice. Our TUI rep Julie was so helpful & lovely the reps were there every day am & pm. Drinks were good & the entertainment staff were fun but it wasn’t in your face & just a bit of fun! We took a travel kettle instead of renting one & we didn’t need to hire a fridge as we had everything we needed at the hotel. The location is great just a 6min walk to beach & if you walk round the bay you get to the small town area with a few shops & bars great fun at night. We can’t wait to come back & bring our other friends too x

Dissapointing start when we emailed to request a certain room and they confirmed this, then when we got there they had given room to someone else! Not the start of the holiday we wanted. Been to this hotel on numerous occasions over the past few years and it's changed owners again. New sunbeds and parasols were a welcome addition and Estrella on tap. Room on 5th floor was nice and spacious with pool and partial sea view room. Hotel has had a complete overhaul of staff with only a couple there from last year, they were all very welcoming and helpful. Cleaning staff are a credit to this hotel and have been since we have been visiting. Es cana is beautiful and this hotel is a great base, we will be back again.

Still here at the hotel. After pool closing today it's out with the old in with the new. New sun loungers delivered and being put out.. Visible management presence around the hotel over the last few days. Seems to be very positive going forward.
