Nice hotel with a decent selection of food and drinks, good sized pools and range of activities for the children. Could be improved with more slides and perhaps having the pool side bar open longer so children can get ice creams but overall a good family hotel

We booked this last minute as a little getaway. My mum fell ill on the 1st night so we had to call out the doctor. Jose on reception was absolutely amazing, he kept us up to date on when the doctor was coming and for the few days we were there, he always asked how mum was and nothing was too much trouble. Staff, entertainment and facilities are great however please be aware if you are traveling with young children the rooms do not have fridges and the basic rooms are not suitable for children under 3. You can rent a fridge and you can upgrade however please be aware. Overall experience was really positive

Just back from a weeks family holiday here. Hotel and rooms are kept clean and tidy. Food in restaurant is buffet with plenty of choice and selections. For the small children there was even sandwiches made up for dinner and lunch. Quick food and drinks plentiful at pool bars. Plenty of sunbeds and a very good pool lifeguard who was particularly watchful.

Had a fabulous time. Staff are all so so hard working and exceptionally polite. Will definitely return.

Great holiday nice hotel , good service, nice staf , I will com back again

This was the first time that my kids actually would attend a kids club as in the past they've hated them however they loved this one. If I was the director of this company I would want to keep Sofia and Sarah as employees as they truly incredible, not only can they speak so many different languages but they are friendly, professional and clearly love their job.

The entertainment was really good and there was plenty to do throughout the day. I would definitely recommend for families.

This would have getting 5 stars for the rooms, the cleaning service gets 5 stars.If you do bed and breakfast their is no way of making anything in your room, you have to hire kettle and mini fridge. There was no option to do any cooking in the room.

Wow, this hotel is 10/10. The room was big and clean. The cleaners don't mess about. I swear they must have a PhD in cleaning they are so efficient. The pools and sun beds are nice, nice little gym, great location, family vibe, beach not far. Would definitely stay here again.

There is no 24h reception and they dont always answer the Phone so the service is a bit lacking. Rooms are nice and clean. Es Cana is a very family-friendly location, a bit far from the young-people spots.
