Staff, entertainment and facilities are great however please be aware if you are traveling with young children the rooms do not have fridges and the basic rooms are not suitable for children under 3. Just back from a weeks family holiday here. Hotel and rooms are kept clean and tidy. Food in restaurant is buffet with plenty of choice and selections. For the small children there was even sandwiches made up for dinner and lunch. Quick food and drinks plentiful at pool bars. Plenty of sunbeds and a very good pool lifeguard who was particularly watchful.

Had a fabulous time. Staff are all so so hard working and exceptionally polite. Will definitely return.

This was the first time that my kids actually would attend a kids club as in the past they've hated them however they loved this one. If I was the director of this company I would want to keep Sofia and Sarah as employees as they truly incredible, not only can they speak so many different languages but they are friendly, professional and clearly love their job.

The entertainment was really good and there was plenty to do throughout the day. I would definitely recommend for families.

A very nice hotel, very well maintained, clean, friendly staff, the spa is very good and open all day, the gym is also quite complete and the breakfast buffet is very complete, we have no complaints, the rooms are very spacious, the ideal would be for the TVs to have apps, but even so, everything is perfect.

Location is great if you like a quiet getaway and a beautiful city with calm beaches. Furniture may be outdated but it doesn’t affect your stay at all and the staff are amazing at cleaning and maintaining the room. Amenities are great, good facilities to use like the spa and pools. Could not think of one complaint during my stay here. I got what I paid for.

Great holiday, loved Es Caná & this hotel with our 4 year old. Went in June, great as all kids were 4 & under. Beach next door was perfect. Loved the choice of food at breakfast. Our little boy enjoyed the Kids Club activities he joined in with, I’d just say advertise them a bit better as not everyone knew :)

We stayed in the suites. They were spacious and clean. The pool was great plenty of sunbeds. We stayed on the higher numbers side (06-12) which over looked the small supermarket opposite the hotel, however a bar did open there during our stay which was extremely noisy after 11 pm until at least 2:30am in the morning. Overall a very pleasant stay. The food is great , the hotel is clean , staff very nice and helpful and perfect location. Room is bit small and the noise isolation is almost non existent. You can ear the people on the other room like they were inside your own room. Other than that, I totally recommend the hotel.

Excellent hotel, great area by the pools, with good wooden loungers. The hotel seems big, we were there in early August, but there are no crowds by the pools and in the lobby, everything is very measured and calm. No one takes the loungers in the morning, you can always get a fresh beach towel by the pool. The bartenders are friendly, the breakfast is excellent!

Just returned from an excellent short stay. Officially a 3 star hotel but “punches above its weight. Refurbished, clean, spacious rooms with lots of storage, comfortable beds & modern en-suite. Excellent buffet breakfast. Daily choice of ‘free to guests’ keep fit classes were a bonus. Our visit was made all the more enjoyable thanks to the helpful & friendly staff.
