Friendly, helpful staff. Location is slightly more remote than expected. Taxi is approximately 35+ euros from Ibiza town. The hotel is not as 'pretty' as in the website photos. This is not a 4 star hotel as advertised, more like 3. We made the booking knowing it would accept kids and we thought a couple of them won't hurt. Staff, entertainment and facilities are great however please be aware if you are traveling with young children the rooms do not have fridges and the basic rooms are not suitable for children under 3. You can rent a fridge and you can upgrade however please be aware. Overall experience was really positive

Just back from a weeks family holiday here. Hotel and rooms are kept clean and tidy. Food in restaurant is buffet with plenty of choice and selections. For the small children there was even sandwiches made up for dinner and lunch. Quick food and drinks plentiful at pool bars. Plenty of sunbeds and a very good pool lifeguard who was particularly watchful.

Had a fabulous time. Staff are all so so hard working and exceptionally polite. Will definitely return.

Great holiday nice hotel , good service, nice staf , I will com back again

This was the first time that my kids actually would attend a kids club as in the past they've hated them however they loved this one. If I was the director of this company I would want to keep Sofia and Sarah as employees as they truly incredible, not only can they speak so many different languages but they are friendly, professional and clearly love their job.

The entertainment was really good and there was plenty to do throughout the day. I would definitely recommend for families.

Good food, 2 nice pools, good location. Beds are a bit hard for me. Drinks and snacks are good too, kids loved ice creams and chocolate milk at the pool bar. Staff are all friendly.

A very nice hotel, very well maintained, clean, friendly staff, the spa is very good and open all day, the gym is also quite complete and the breakfast buffet is very complete, we have no complaints, the rooms are very spacious, the ideal would be for the TVs to have apps, but even so, everything is perfect.

Location is great if you like a quiet getaway and a beautiful city with calm beaches. Furniture may be outdated but it doesn’t affect your stay at all and the staff are amazing at cleaning and maintaining the room. Amenities are great, good facilities to use like the spa and pools. Could not think of one complaint during my stay here. I got what I paid for.

Just returned and couldnt be happier, we were unfortunately moved hotel on arrival due to a flooding, good food and clean rooms but the entertainment is where the real fun is, all of the entertainers were great and very friendly but Milan is the man, fun with all ages and works hard to keep everyone happy, great guy and the reason we would return, hotel is very kids friendly. We had a great stay for five nights. The location is great with beaches, restaurants and bars around the hotel. The room was clean and rather modern. The pool area is nice and seems to have redone recently as it looks different on google maps. Very nice hotel. Excellent customer service. Not the typical ibiza crowd. Mostly 40+ aged crowd. The entertainment is quite cheesy but most of the area seems to be so. The food here is outstanding and a great value when included in your room. The quantity and variety blew us away. The room itself was also very nice. We would definitely stay here again.
