Leonardo Royal Hotel Ibiza Santa Eulalia

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Leonardo Royal Hotel Ibiza Santa Eulalia, and it exceeded my expectations. The hotel’s beachfront location in Es Canar offers stunning sea views and direct access to a beautiful beach, making it an ideal spot for relaxation. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with modern amenities and balconies to enjoy the scenery. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The buffet meals were delicious, catering to different dietary preferences. The pool area was nice, and the entertainment team ensured there were enjoyable activities for both adults and children. Overall, it was a fantastic experience !

Great holiday, loved Es Caná & this hotel with our 4 year old. Went in June, great as all kids were 4 & under. Beach next door was perfect. Loved the choice of food at breakfast. Our little boy enjoyed the Kids Club activities he joined in with, I’d just say advertise them a bit better as not everyone knew :)

We stayed in the suites. They were spacious and clean. The pool was great plenty of sunbeds.

We stayed on the higher numbers side (06-12) which over looked the small supermarket opposite the hotel, however a bar did open there during our stay which was extremely noisy after 11 pm until at least 2:30am in the morning.

We did have a pleasant stay however, and probably would return however would not want to be on the side of the suites due to the noise.

Overall a very pleasant stay. The food is great , the hotel is clean , staff very nice and helpful and perfect location.

Room is bit small and the noise isolation is almost non existent. You can ear the people on the other room like they were inside your own room. Other than that, I totally recommend the hotel.

Just got back from a weeks stay. What a fantastic time we had. Staff were amazing, the animation team in particular were brilliant. The hotel was lovely, great facilities and slap bang on the beach. Food was excellent, really fresh with a good variety. Family room was perfect, children had their own room and bathroom and the lovely cleaning ladies came most days. Highly recommend for a family holiday.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Ibiza! The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to help, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely return on my next trip—highly recommend!

Nice hotel, very clean and spacious room. Animation team is super enthusiastic and lovely! We chose half board and enjoyed a variety of food for the value. View from the balcony is quite lovely and right next to the beach. Overall positive experience with the hotel.

The only issue was we got a different room (a downgrade) and hotel did not explain and only until I complained they tried to offer compensation. For anyone booking from platforms please make sure you check the room matches what you paid for.

Very friendly staff!
Only minus is the parking space. There is not a lot around, even in low season october. Hotel has a parking space but its 15€ a night and bit of a walk from the hotel.

Returning to hotel for 2nd time this year, May and Oct.  Upon booking requested 2 rooms close together as bringing elderly parents in 80’s away with us after great stay in May. Also telephoned prior to arrival and was told a note was made of request. Upon check in my parents were located in block other side of hotel and receptionist was disinterested in our request which was disappointing, we couldn’t have been put any further apart. Pool area was crowded with guests saving beds early in morning so no chance of sitting around pool in afternoon when returning to hotel after a morning out. Lots of beds with towels but no one on them. Food selection good and catering staff work hard and are friendly. Just felt lacked customer service from reception staff upon check in and departure. Will not return again as no customer loyalty.

Ideal location. Clean and sparse room. Big swimming pool with beach view.
