I am very satisfied with the clean interior and the friendly service of the staff. All the staff were friendly and always greeted me with a smile. There are great restaurants nearby, and all tourist attractions including the Alhambra Palace are within walking distance. However, the room lighting was a little inconvenient. Next time I come to Granada, I will stay at this hotel. Thank you^^

Clean rooms, very close to the center ( no need for bus) the best service i have got in spain, they let me and my friend keep the luggage in the hotel for an entire day after we checked out and they were too nice about it especially christina.

This was the 2nd time we stayed here. Nice boutique hotel. The location is great and the price was right. There are good restaurants within walking distance.

Adequate clean room. Sometimes the water (in the sink, shower) would randomly smell really bad. Thin walls. Good location. Close to a lot of shops and restaurants. Employees are friendly and helpful and were able to help us with everything we needed. However there aren’t words to describe how bad the Wifi is. I’ve never experienced slower internet connection, even in the early 2000s. If you don’t have a cell data plan do not rely on this place to have Wifi. Seriously. This Wifi truly stands out as the worst I’ve ever been on. Other than that it was just a fine hotel.
