Granada, Plaza Manuel Cano, 2 (Esquina Arabial) 🧭 Map
In the morning, first thing in the morning, there were cleaners (we woke up) in the hallway talking in loud tones discussing which rooms to clean depending on whether there were guests or not, a disaster. Otherwise, it was great.
Everything was great
Thank you
Beautiful hotel. I would definitely stay there again.
My rating here is strictly for the breakfast buffet, as we were staying at the sister hotel next door.
The breakfast buffet is the best we’ve had at this trip from portugal onto and across spain.
Great variety, super friendly staff, and delicious food overall
Priced at 16 euro for adults, half price for kids
Highly recommended hotel in the heart of Granada. Good location, great service, luxury rooms. Restaurant, Gastrobar, great staff, Federico helped us choosing an excellent wine, very good recommendations on our food, Katherine, Julio, very attentive. We had a very good experience in this hotel, it was not in our plans to stay here, but thanks God we did. Try the “jamon ibérico” is a must.
I didn’t stay in the hotel, as I live locally, but I used the Spa services. I wanted to specially commend Giovanna, the massage therapist who helped me get rid of some back and neck pain I was experiencing. She was fantastic; I felt completely restored after the massage. Very recommendable!

We had a lovely stay at this fine hotel. The room was large and well-appointed with an amazing view. Breakfast was amazing. Staff was courteous and attentive. Amazing value - we would stay here again without hesitation!
elegant stay with stunning rooftop views
From the moment I arrived at the Barceló Granada Congress, I was impressed by the professionalism and promptness of the staff. Their attention to detail made the check-in process seamless and set a positive tone for my stay.
The highlight of the hotel is undoubtedly the rooftop pool, offering some of the best views in Granada. Whether you’re taking a refreshing...
The hotel is a certain distance from the Agong, and you need to take a taxi. The location is not advantageous for independent travelers. The hotel's check-in policy is very strange. Ctrip orders and passports are not acceptable. Each guest is required to fill in personal information on the card, with details such as the house number, to check the household registration! And it needs to be filled in...
Loved this hotel. Room was very quiet with a nice view and a comfortable king size bed. Excellent breakfast especially the made to order egg station service. Great staff and nice location if you are coming to Granada with a car. Hotel parking was a plus with ample of large parking spaces. Food and service at the bar were very good too. The gentleman at the check-in was very helpful and spoke English...
Would def go stay there when i go back to granada
Hotel is starting to show its age although the rooms are comfortable. breakfast was very good but if you are booking to enjoy the pool and hot tub you have to pay $22 euros an hour. It doesn’t say that when booking and we were very disappointed since that is why we booked here. Pay parking of 20 euros a day.
Definitely not a luxury hotel.

Everything about this was perfect. Hotel was next to a Carrefour too.
Newly renovated hotel. Walking distance to all Attraction in Granada
This should be the best hotel for this trip. The day we arrived was the May Day in Andalucia, which was very lively. The breakfast in the hotel's executive lounge has a hidden menu, which can be ordered by scanning the code.
The Alhambra Palace is really shocking, and the Nasrid Palace, which needs to be booked two months in advance, is the essence of its art.
Our reservation was for one night only because we have another reservation in another hotel. But for one night stay we have seen enough. They provide only 2 bottles of water (300 ml) for a day !! When we asked for another bottle they refused ! 😅 we’ve never faced something like this before !
We also forgot a phone charger in the room and called the hotel after maybe 6 hours of checkout and they asked...
The hotel was in a great location, close to the bus stop where I got off the bus from the airport and the Alhambra, making it convenient for sightseeing. The hotel was also new and clean, making for a comfortable stay.
Melia is a well-known hotel chain in Spain, so you won't get into bad situations~
Breakfast is pretty good~
It's just that their big bed is two beds put together, the sheets, mattress, quilt... everything is actually two beds, so I can't sleep in the middle, so I booked a big bed, but in essence I still slept in a small single bed😂

The location is very convenient. You can walk to the cathedral and take a bus to the Alhambra Palace. There are many delicious foods nearby. The hotel is also beautifully decorated, incorporating many Alhambra elements. It is clean and sanitary, and the shower head in the shower is very useful. If you have time, you must go to the hotel terrace to see the Alhambra Palace and the Nevada Snow Mountain...
The room is very comfortable and clean, and the location of the hotel is also very good.
There is a grocery store on the basement floor of the department store right across the street.
The view from the room is also good, and the rooftop view is the best👍🏻
The staff was also very kind, so I was grateful throughout my stay🥰❤️

Great location, service and room were only okay, you don’t get what you pay for, but it’s still a decent experience.
a modern hotel which last renovated less than 3 years. Nice style of room decorations but already obvious wear and tears in the room.
travelling as couple and also giving early notice in making the room booking like everywhere we travelled, front desk wasn’t able to offer a double bed and was sent down to room upgrade option straight away for this type of request at check-in. the wife wasn’t happy...

Great experience and well-managed hotel. Everything was perfect.
Average with no service for four start
A lovely hotel. The reception staff were very helpful and pleasant.
Our Executive room was lovely and the bed was extremely comfortable.
The coffee machine was awful.
I was extremely surprised that there was no iron in the room and that they were unable to supply one.
I like how the hotel had some historical designs. You can see its a bits of these touches around the hotel. Rooms were pretty comfy. Service was ok. When we arrived we dined at the restaurant and the food was great.
We were very pleased with our stay here. Staff were helpful, attentive, and professional. Very comfortable. Rooms are a good size, and the bed was excellent, providing a good night's sleep.
Only taken a star off for location as just a little outside centre, but not really a problem, just a 5 minute walk across the river.
Good place to stay. The hotel is close to the city centre and it's definitely walking distance. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was perfectly fine although all in all I have to say that it's definitely not the most modern hotel, it's a bit old and could benefit from an update. Nonetheless, a good place to stay.

Despite the facilities the hotel offers, it is quite economical.
Good location, acceptable facilities, very correct cleaning service, one observation is that the smell of the carpet is difficult to hide

Overall, my experience at the hotel was excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. It's also very conveniently located near all the main attractions. This really made our trip to Granada wonderful. Highly recommend it!
The location couldn't be better, directly across from the Alhambra and just a 2-minute walk away. Conveniently, the Alhambra's car park is right opposite, and 22 Euros for a full day isn't bad, though the hotel itself doesn't offer parking. The room felt quite dated; apart from three beds, a table, and a sofa, it was pretty basic. The bathroom only had a shower over the tub. The bed only came with...
The facilities felt a bit dated, particularly the bathroom. However, the hotel's location is excellent, being very close to the Alhambra, and the city center is just a 15-minute walk away. The staff were friendly and promptly assisted us with parking. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely recommend it to friends.
I just realized I forgot to take photos when writing this review! However, the hotel's exterior looked exactly like the official images, and the room was even tidier than I expected. I had originally braced myself for an older, perhaps slightly dated, hotel (like some guesthouses back home), but upon checking in, I was pleasantly surprised to find the facilities were excellent – not old-fashioned at...
Excellent location and incredibly attentive service, from the front desk staff to the parking attendant. The dining experience at the restaurant was quite enjoyable, with both the food quality and prices being excellent. The Alhambra is just a 5-minute walk away.
Our first stop in Spain! The hotel is ideally located right next to the Alhambra Palace, a mere 5-minute walk away, which was absolutely fantastic. The entire hotel has a lovely historic charm, and it's clear they take great pride in its meticulous maintenance. Both the breakfast and the buffet dinner offered excellent value for money. An excellent hotel not in the middle of granada on the outskirts but one bus or if you fancy a taxi ride away from the centre big very clean rooms bar and restaurant if you want the most attentive staff for what you pay outstanding value I'm very lucky I've visited many hotels around the world and this without doubt is in my top 10 not because it's very expensive but because it's very good for the...
My recent stay at this hotel was comfortable overall. The room provided a nice, relaxing space to unwind.
However, a few things fell short. The complimentary bottled water wasn't restocked daily, which was a minor inconvenience. The breakfast buffet was quite limited, lacking the variety you might expect. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was out of service for the entire first day of my stay, which made it...
The hotel is quite outdated, and the air conditioning doesn’t work very well. Parking costs €14 per day, which I find rather expensive for a hotel. That said, parking seems to be an easy way for the city of Granada to make money, as prices are high everywhere.
Nice and comparably spacious rooms, everything is very clean, very polite and helpful staff in every function. Good breakfast buffet. Perfect location to get to by car, buses and taxis are very cheap, so it's very easy to get to the city center. And all of that at a very reasonable price.
We stayed at this hotel for one night as a group of six people and had a very positive overall experience. 🏨😊 We also purchased breakfast separately for an additional fee, as it wasn't included in the room rate.
Considering the price we paid, the decor, atmosphere, and cleanliness of the hotel were definitely above expectations. The service quality, the flavor of the breakfast, and the friendliness...

This hotel was a pleasant hotel with friendly staff, beautiful interiors and beds etc at the standard of a 4 star hotel. The location is good and within 15-20 mins walk to the city, close to the main train station of Granada. The location of the hotel is great 🌟 The Granada Cathedral is opposite the gate. There are many shops, restaurants and a market around the hotel. Not bad for a short stay in Grenada. We were primarily there for Alhambra, and the hotel is within a 10-15 minute gentle walk up the hill.

Comfy room and bed, convenient and walking distance to Alhambra, nice view of the city from the hill. Overall a comfortable stay and we would definitely choose it again in future.
