In the morning, first thing in the morning, there were cleaners (we woke up) in the hallway talking in loud tones discussing which rooms to clean depending on whether there were guests or not, a disaster. Otherwise, it was great.
Everything was great Thank you
Beautiful hotel. I would definitely stay there again.
My rating here is strictly for the breakfast buffet, as we were staying at the sister hotel next door. The breakfast buffet is the best we’ve had at this trip from portugal onto and across spain. Great variety, super friendly staff, and delicious food overall Priced at 16 euro for adults, half price for kids
Highly recommended hotel in the heart of Granada. Good location, great service, luxury rooms. Restaurant, Gastrobar, great staff, Federico helped us choosing an excellent wine, very good recommendations on our food, Katherine, Julio, very attentive. We had a very good experience in this hotel, it was not in our plans to stay here, but thanks God we did. Try the “jamon ibérico” is a must.
I didn’t stay in the hotel, as I live locally, but I used the Spa services. I wanted to specially commend Giovanna, the massage therapist who helped me get rid of some back and neck pain I was experiencing. She was fantastic; I felt completely restored after the massage. Very recommendable!

Great experience and well-managed hotel. Everything was perfect.
Average with no service for four start
A lovely hotel. The reception staff were very helpful and pleasant. Our Executive room was lovely and the bed was extremely comfortable. The coffee machine was awful. I was extremely surprised that there was no iron in the room and that they were unable to supply one.
I like how the hotel had some historical designs. You can see its a bits of these touches around the hotel. Rooms were pretty comfy. Service was ok. When we arrived we dined at the restaurant and the food was great.
We were very pleased with our stay here. Staff were helpful, attentive, and professional. Very comfortable. Rooms are a good size, and the bed was excellent, providing a good night's sleep. Only taken a star off for location as just a little outside centre, but not really a problem, just a 5 minute walk across the river.

We had a lovely stay at this fine hotel. The room was large and well-appointed with an amazing view. Breakfast was amazing. Staff was courteous and attentive. Amazing value - we would stay here again without hesitation!
elegant stay with stunning rooftop views From the moment I arrived at the Barceló Granada Congress, I was impressed by the professionalism and promptness of the staff. Their attention to detail made the check-in process seamless and set a positive tone for my stay. The highlight of the hotel is undoubtedly the rooftop pool, offering some of the best views in Granada. Whether you’re taking a refreshing...
The hotel is a certain distance from the Agong, and you need to take a taxi. The location is not advantageous for independent travelers. The hotel's check-in policy is very strange. Ctrip orders and passports are not acceptable. Each guest is required to fill in personal information on the card, with details such as the house number, to check the household registration! And it needs to be filled in...
Loved this hotel. Room was very quiet with a nice view and a comfortable king size bed. Excellent breakfast especially the made to order egg station service. Hotel is starting to show its age although the rooms are comfortable. breakfast was very good but if you are booking to enjoy the pool and hot tub you have to pay $22 euros an hour. It doesn’t say that when booking and we were very disappointed since that is why we booked here. Pay parking of 20 euros a day. Definitely not a luxury hotel.

This so-called 4-star hotel left me with a bad impression. Mainly because the air conditioning was not turned on, I had to sleep with the window open at night. The hotel is right next to the highway, and the car noise only died down in the second half of the night. How can I rest? The bathroom has no ventilation, and the hotel parking lot charges guests staying in the hotel. It is obviously stingy...
The hotel is quite spacious and has paid parking spaces, which is quite convenient. The breakfast is rich. We were in a hurry and arrived at the hotel at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night. The car was parked and people checked in, which was very smooth.
The location is outside the city, at the foot of the hillside of the Alhambra Palace. It is a bit far to go to the old city for eating, drinking and shopping, about 5 kilometers by car ~ but the price and room size are much better than the hotels in the old city
We were a large group and eveything went well
The room was large but the bed was a bit small. Cleanliness was OK but could be improved. There were some water stains but the hotel looked old. Conveniently located at the end of the highway with a beautiful mountain view. Only a 5 minute drive to the main parking lot of the Alhambra
It was good. There was a bus in front of the hotel, so transportation was convenient. There was bus number 33.

Newly renovated hotel. Walking distance to all Attraction in Granada
This should be the best hotel for this trip. The day we arrived was the May Day in Andalucia, which was very lively. The breakfast in the hotel's executive lounge has a hidden menu, which can be ordered by scanning the code. The Alhambra Palace is really shocking, and the Nasrid Palace, which needs to be booked two months in advance, is the essence of its art.
Our reservation was for one night only because we have another reservation in another hotel. But for one night stay we have seen enough. They provide only 2 bottles of water (300 ml) for a day !! When we asked for another bottle they refused ! 😅 we’ve never faced something like this before ! We also forgot a phone charger in the room and called the hotel after maybe 6 hours of checkout and they asked...
The hotel was in a great location, close to the bus stop where I got off the bus from the airport and the Alhambra, making it convenient for sightseeing. The hotel was also new and clean, making for a comfortable stay.
Melia is a well-known hotel chain in Spain, so you won't get into bad situations~ Breakfast is pretty good~ It's just that their big bed is two beds put together, the sheets, mattress, quilt... everything is actually two beds, so I can't sleep in the middle, so I booked a big bed, but in essence I still slept in a small single bed😂

The room was spacious and clean but smelt like someone had been smoking in it and the drain in the bathroom smelt a bit as well. The cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel rooms nice and clean, staff and management will do their utmost to ensure any issues are resolved to your satisfaction
Booked a room with a terrace, which gave an amazing view over the whole of Granada and the Sierra Nevada mountains. Hotel staff were very friendly and helped organise our days out. Very close location to the Alhambra, within around 1 minute walking distance. Also the C3 bus was very close to the hotel and travelled to the centre of Granada, and made travel easy, although it only ran till 11pm.
Excellent hotel! The location was perfect for access to Alhambra and an easy walk to bus stops or into the city. Our room was beautiful, and the staff was very helpful.
Right next to Alhambra, you can enjoy it until it is closed. Breakfast is served from 7:00. But, it could start earlier. From here to city center, take C2 bus; from city center to here, take C4. It costs 1.4 euros. Without taking a bus, it could be a long walk over uphill from city center. It is quite good a place accessible to Alhambra. But, it is a little far from the city center without a bus. Bus...
A very beautifully decorated 4 star hotel very near the Alhambra with great views. Well communicated with the town centre. Bus stops and taxi rank nearby. Outdoor parking with security guard. Only a ten-minute walk to the city centre. Rooms are spacious and reasonably priced. Good restaurant, service is reasonably quick and prices are what you would expect from a 4-star hotel.

Wonderful place to stay!!! The hotel is very clean and modernized.
Hotel are new and clean . Only downside is WiFi is not so good but highly recommend this hotel . Definitely good deal
It was Holy Week when I checked in. There were many activities to see. There was a restaurant on the rooftop which was OK. The main thing was that the view was good. You could watch the sunset and the Alhambra Palace from a distance. It was also nice to fly a drone.
The wi fi was weak. Only good for e-mails, but any whats app or telegram calls - it didn't work. I mean video or even audio calls. So all 4 nights I almost couldn't use wi fi! It was very disappointing. And two tiny elevators are not enough for this kind of the hotel - it is always busy or one of them out of work because cleaning lady every day keep it on the first floor and it was like every day.

It was nice staying at granada center. Around 15-20 minutes by walk to granada cathedral. Friendly staffs
This hotel was a pleasant hotel with friendly staff, beautiful interiors and beds etc at the standard of a 4 star hotel. The location is good and within 15-20 mins walk to the city, close to the main train station of Granada. Excellent location, clean "modern" rooms and good price. However, we stayed there in November at it was still warm, so we tried to turn on the air conditioning and it was completely useless; we couldn't sleep. The hotel is well located: very close to the train station and some bus/metro stops. The staff are friendly. The room is very clean and has a really nice view and a balcony. Although the hotel seems aged but the lobby is modern and the room is well facilitated. But the wifi is pretty poor, my iPhone can’t even find it in my room. Generally, it would be nice to stay here again.
The hotel was perfectly located very closely to the train station and within walkable distances to most of the sites including the Alhambra. The room was moderately spacious and clean. The furniture, bedding and room amenities were pretty basic quality ones though. The hotel lobby was clean and tidy. The staff at the reception desk were welcoming and attentive.
Great hotel, friendly staff, even had an admin who spoke Russian, which pleased. The room is clean, cool, bath and soap-rylnye accessories, white towels, bed sheets clean.
