It was the BEST decision I've ever made in a hotel stay. I went on a solo trip and have never been to this location or hotel before, so I knew it was going to be a gamble but staying here is a WIN all around. The staff was so polite and courteous; I paid for breakfast prior while I booked it and that was also a glorious addition to my stay. The rooms are very well kept; the AC works wonderfully; the...
Nice 4 star hotel, I would recommend it.
Rooms were very clean, and the beds were comfortable.
The double room had a minifridge (although nothing was complementary in it), water boiler for tea/ instant coffee, hairdryer, safe, TV, desks, etc.
The sink had a bit of a weird placement.
The AC kept turning on by itself in the middle of the night, even though we wanted it off as it was placed in a way that...
This is a beautiful hotel on a street away from the hustle and bustle of the night life, but within walking distance of the Albaicin district. The hotel had a comfortable, modern feel, and the rooftop is very well done. My husband had a homemade sangria at the bar that he is still talking about. Highly recommend this hotel, and visiting the city of Grenada!
My daughter and I loved everything about the hotel. It was easy to get to from the train station. While it’s not in the center of everything, it’s just on the outside of all the action. So it’s a nice walk through the old town. The entire staff was attentive, accommodating, professional and friendly! This includes front office/reception at check in and check out, restaurant/bar staff for breakfast...
I stayed at this hotel with my family on 4/8/24. Good location for walking around and seeing the sights of the city. Easy to walk to the best areas to explore, although the Alhambra is a long walk up a hill so we took a taxi there and walked back. Good restaurants close by in walking distance. Staff was friendly, check in was very easy and quick, beds were comfortable. Bathroom was nice, shower was...
I can only agree with the reviews about the noise. Its a nice hotel and good value for money but the noise in the morning is pretty ridiculous. Sleeping in on your holidays is not possible at this hotel but that said, the location is good, about 10 mins walk to city centre.
Staff is friendly and the rooms are super clean, I can recommend this to anyone travelling to Granada :)

Really really good breakfast! Overall great hotel that is centrally located walking distance to everything.
Fantastic hotel. Very easy to get to as right off the motorway but no traffic noise at all in the rooms. Bed extremely comfortable and room spotlessly clean. Nice bathroom with amenity kit and good high pressure shower. Room service was very nice and not as expensive as you'd expect in a 5 star. Breakfast was good, nice selection of hot and cold options and all hygiene measures were enforced by the...
Lovely junior suite helpful staff breakfast delisious only wasn't impressed with half board dinner menu good location relaxing spa and massage was great 💆😊👍
Amazing staff and great breakfast
Other than the breakfast they serve, the hotel misses most of the things 5 star hotel should have. ( serious wi-fi connection issue, very small gym. A tiny pool, loud reception area etc.)
Great experience. Perfect accommodation, perfect breakfast and very helpful and friendly service. It was my wife's birthday the day we checked in. The hotel arranged for a beautiful bouquet of flowers (paid by myself) and dessert and champagne in the room was on them.

My rating here is strictly for the breakfast buffet, as we were staying at the sister hotel next door.
The breakfast buffet is the best we’ve had at this trip from portugal onto and across spain.
Great variety, super friendly staff, and delicious food overall
Priced at 16 euro for adults, half price for kids
Highly recommended hotel in the heart of Granada. Good location, great service, luxury rooms. Restaurant, Gastrobar, great staff, Federico helped us choosing an excellent wine, very good recommendations on our food, Katherine, Julio, very attentive. We had a very good experience in this hotel, it was not in our plans to stay here, but thanks God we did. Try the “jamon ibérico” is a must.
I didn’t stay in the hotel, as I live locally, but I used the Spa services. I wanted to specially commend Giovanna, the massage therapist who helped me get rid of some back and neck pain I was experiencing. She was fantastic; I felt completely restored after the massage. Very recommendable!
Very good hotel with nice rooms and good breakfast. 15 minutes walking from the center. Spa is good, although the massage service can be improved. Parking, 15 EUR per day. Recommended!!
Very nice hotel, a bit outside the city very center (10-15 minutes walk, 50 minutes from Alhambra), but still a good position to start from. The room was good, well furnished, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was also very good, with a good variety of products. I'll consider coming again to this hotel if I ever come back to Granada :)
My partner and I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was very helpful. Special shout out to Rocio from the front desk team who accommodated our needs accordingly. Breakfast was excellent - you couldn’t have asked for more food choices! The gym room was small but had everything one needs to work out for a couple of days. Lastly, the pool area was lovely too with a great space to sunbathe!

I think you cannot have a better hotel location than this one.
Just in front of the main path to go to Alhambra and close to everything.
Good coffee from the machine.
Room was very nice.
Fridge din't work :(
Get room 301 if you don't have lots of luggage. It's a bit of a climb but amazing room
Very nice hotel, excellent location. Many restaurants, shops and flamenco tablaos just outside the front door. Our room was perfectly clean, and was very large for European standards. Helpful staff. They have a small restaurant, which we did not try. No negatives during this stay.
Excellent hotel right on Plaza Nueva. Very central. Car parking is available 25 meters away at €25. The hotel send your vehicle details to the Police so you are authorised to drive into the central zone.
Rooms are quite large and have a small fridge and bathroom with plenty of toiletries.
Taxi rank and bus stop in the square. If you visit Alhambra, it is a 10 minute walk downhill to the plaza.

I’m really surprised that it is one star hotel. This place is beautiful. So charming and authentic. Room was great, lots of space, breathtaking views from the balcony. Friendly staff, great location, nice rooms although tiny, good toilet, somewhat overpriced.
Very centric and nice staff. Room is really clean and bathroom is very spacious
Excellent location and surprisingly quiet, we were overlooking the main Tapas Street, but beware, rooms 115, 215 etc are next to the elevator and behind the elevator which pings and talks 5 times on every floor, but the real problem for us was that there is an automatic light in the hallway of the bedrooms which comes on every time you or your partner uses the bathroom, which is a problem if you've...
Alright hotel. Prices too higher for the level of service and you can see the hotel is not being maintained properly. Staff is nice and helpful but very little English. Luckily I can get around Spanish but for tourists it would be an issue.
Parking near is impossible which does not make the experience better.
If the hotel was maintained and the parking better, this would be a good 4 star.

Good service, good location, good prices. The breakfast is continental and local specialties.
We really enjoyed our stay here.. comfortable and clean rooms, both front desk and bar staff are extremely courteous and helpful.
I had stayed here recently (September 2021). Although the general staff members are very cordial and helping, the barman in the bar and a few helpers the cafe seemed very rigid. The food needs to be upto the mark, was really disappointed with the breakfast menu. No one seemed to care to re-stack the foods that were over. The fruits did not look appealing. Their menu needs to expand, they just serve...
The hotel is great! The room was huge, very clean and the staff was lovely. The mattress was divine!
I do recommend to book in advance the spa/Turkish baths because it is not only open for hotel guests but for everyone and sadly, we couldn't find an opening for our staying (you do have a special price if you are staying at the hotel). The parking was around 15 euros/per day.

Excellent cleaning and covid protocol. The hotel seems to have just opened, without flaws, everything is of the highest quality and fantastic design. The staff matches the hotel. We will repeat

The service is impeccable, treated like a queen, the breakfast brunch was superb. The dinning needs improvement such as high end hotel should provide a more international menu. The shower is complicated, and hard to set the temperature. Unless you are in excellent shape walking to the hotel is out of the question.
Very nice and scenic hotel which has the „Alhambra flair“. And it’s quite close to the Alhambra itself - which can also be a little disadvantage as you always have to walk down the hill to go to restaurants etc.
The rooms are very spacious and nice, it’s just a little noisy (as nearly everywhere in Spain). Also the hotel doesn’t have a pool, which I found a little disappointing considering the category...
This is one of the best hotels I visited. Decoration and atmosphere is just like Alhambra palace. The details are courageous. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We spent 3 nights our experience was extra ordinary.
The location is great very close to Alhambra palace and old town. Just 5 min walk. And the view from everywhere is speechless.
Thanks to hotel management and all staff for making this palace...
From the time we stepped foot into the Alhambra Palace Hotel, we were treated to personalised service at reception. A special commendation for Maria Teresa who was super helpful and opened the breakfast buffet early especially for us on the day we had our early morning Alhambra tour.

Me and my wife stayed there for 2 nights, one week ago. It was a great experience. The hotel was charming in fact it decorated very well. This was the 2nd time we stayed here. Nice boutique hotel. The location is great and the price was right. There are good restaurants within walking distance.
Adequate clean room. Sometimes the water (in the sink, shower) would randomly smell really bad. Thin walls. Good location. Close to a lot of shops and restaurants. This is a nice hotel. Very clean with friendly staff. Having said that, our room could do with a bit more light (natural and artificial) and a few spare sockets (there weren't any...).

really nice hotel, great locations and nice rooms, balcony is also a big asset. I give 4 stars instead of 5 because the windows in the bathroom were not isolating and need some renovations and thus it was freezing when taking a shower. Otherwise great :)

Nice, clean, affordable and excellent place, they needs to add such a staff to the room, like a refrigerator, safe box, boiler for coffee and tea then the tv its too small.
Advantages: Good location, in the center, nice personnel.
Disadvantages: the shower was not working properly, the hotel was not providing slippers and shower caps
Clean, simple accommodations. Convenient location within walking distance to everything to keep you busy for a few days.
No frills hotel in good location. Being refurbished. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Good size shower. Breakfast was good value too, with reasonable choice.
Room was big, clean and had a good system but the walls were really thin so everything could be heard from neighbouring rooms. Received two single beds instead of a double bed, and was given the wrong room (we walked in to an occupied room.) Breakfast was okay, coffee was really good. Great location in the middle of everything.

I chose this hotel for being close to the bus station as i needed to travel with my bike bag, and i requested the hotel to keep the bag while i did a few days tour with my bike. Not only they accepted my request but also helped me in any way they could to mount / dismount my bike and make my stay as pleasant as possible. Top hotel especially if you are visiting by bus, then you can leave your luggage for free.
Very clean and have a very pleasant smell all around the hotel.
Room and breakfast have been excellent.

Nice and helpful staff at the reception.
During our road trip in Spain, we stayed here twice and had breakfast both times. We didn’t have high expectations since we were just looking for a place to sleep. The rooms are very spacious. Excellent location within safe walking distance of everything. Helpful staff with valet parking. Fantastic food from room service. They even have washcloths, which is unheard of in Spain! Highly recommend.
Best hotel in Granada. Centric but silent, thanks to a limited access street and the fact that it’s located in a convent, a palace and a 16th century house.

The hotel is very charming. However, be aware of the steps in the room, which I think the step is due to the building structure, but still if you want to go to bathroom during the middle of the night, you got be careful. Great location, comfortable hotel. Don't waste money on the breakfast, there are tons of better and cheaper options in the vicinity. If driving, recommend calling and asking for directions as google Maps routed me down a pedestrian zone and then down a street my car almost didn't fit.

Breakfast was decent. Location was okay.
The hotel is amazing, clean, and gives you a feel of being a five-star hotel. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need and you can ask for any additional amenities.
Cons: it's a 10 minute walk to the center, near all the action, so make sure your wearing comfortable shoes. The parking is a bit narrow and expensive and you have to pay for room service.

Awesome hotel in a great location. Rooms very nice and great amenities provided which you don’t see often. Car Park is only downside as it’s tiny and if you have a big car don’t enter. There is a newer car park not far away near the shopping centre which is easy and quite cheap too.
