My rating here is strictly for the breakfast buffet, as we were staying at the sister hotel next door. The breakfast buffet is the best we’ve had at this trip from portugal onto and across spain. Great variety, super friendly staff, and delicious food overall Priced at 16 euro for adults, half price for kids

Highly recommended hotel in the heart of Granada. Good location, great service, luxury rooms. Restaurant, Gastrobar, great staff, Federico helped us choosing an excellent wine, very good recommendations on our food, Katherine, Julio, very attentive. We had a very good experience in this hotel, it was not in our plans to stay here, but thanks God we did. Try the “jamon ibérico” is a must.

I didn’t stay in the hotel, as I live locally, but I used the Spa services. I wanted to specially commend Giovanna, the massage therapist who helped me get rid of some back and neck pain I was experiencing. She was fantastic; I felt completely restored after the massage. Very recommendable!

Very nice hotel, a bit outside the city very center (10-15 minutes walk, 50 minutes from Alhambra), but still a good position to start from. The room was good, well furnished, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was also very good, with a good variety of products. I'll consider coming again to this hotel if I ever come back to Granada :)

My partner and I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was very helpful. Special shout out to Rocio from the front desk team who accommodated our needs accordingly. Breakfast was excellent - you couldn’t have asked for more food choices! The gym room was small but had everything one needs to work out for a couple of days. Lastly, the pool area was lovely too with a great space to sunbathe!

Rooms are very outdated and not sound proof. I can hear my neighbour talking sound and clear. Breakfast is average but they do offer a big range choices. Scrabbled egg was dry as beef jerky and pastry were unfortunate also dry. Covid cleaning are thorough on tables and chairs but there was only 1 ‘invisible’ hand sanitizer for the entire breakfast area

Breakfast, service and location excellent. The mini gym is just 3 cardio machines, no even a pair of dumbbells. Room was very good, “clean”, with a very large terrace. “Clean” as we found a pair of boxers from previous guests in the wardrobe while we were packing for leaving… otherwise everything was ok.

We celebrated a family event recently. Great venue and food but most importantly, the staff really went the extra mile for the hosts and guests. We'll done Dina and team!!!

This is probably the best hotel we stayed in while we traveled in Spain. It’s very centrally locates. Close to lots of great sites, and lots of shopping. I think it’s super safe too. I walked around alone at night and didn’t feel scared

The hotel itself is alright. The location is super because it's right in the middle of the city center. My only comment is the knowledge and capabilities of the staff. It often happens that I have questions for the front desk staff and they either don't know, don't want to answer or are not even able to express themselves properly in English.

A lovely hotel. The reception staff were very helpful and pleasant. Our Executive room was lovely and the bed was extremely comfortable. The coffee machine was awful. I was extremely surprised that there was no iron in the room and that they were unable to supply one.

I like how the hotel had some historical designs. You can see its a bits of these touches around the hotel. Rooms were pretty comfy. Service was ok. When we arrived we dined at the restaurant and the food was great.

We were very pleased with our stay here. Staff were helpful, attentive, and professional. Very comfortable. Rooms are a good size, and the bed was excellent, providing a good night's sleep. Only taken a star off for location as just a little outside centre, but not really a problem, just a 5 minute walk across the river.

Good place to stay. The hotel is close to the city centre and it's definitely walking distance. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was perfectly fine although all in all I have to say that it's definitely not the most modern hotel, it's a bit old and could benefit from an update. Nonetheless, a good place to stay.

The hotel room was clean and serviced every day. The bathroom was spotless. Even though I requested 2 single beds, the bed was so big and comfortable that I didn't mind it. The only criticism I have is that there are some details that show that the hotel is over 30 years old and needs touches of renovation here and there, but other than that I would happily stay here again.

This is more like a 3.5 star Hotel. Building is nice from outside and very plain inside. Comfortable but outdated rooms. Seems a little run down but for a 50€ per night room is OK, it does have a very good restaurant and that was the highlight of the stay. Do not expect much but if the price is right stay.

Hotel is starting to show its age although the rooms are comfortable. breakfast was very good but if you are booking to enjoy the pool and hot tub you have to pay $22 euros an hour. It doesn’t say that when booking and we were very disappointed since that is why we booked here. Pay parking of 20 euros a day. Definitely not a luxury hotel.

Overall, everything was great. The breakfast was excellent, the location was just 15 minutes from the city center, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only area for improvement is the rooms, which could benefit from some renovation. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Booked a room with a terrace, which gave an amazing view over the whole of Granada and the Sierra Nevada mountains. Hotel staff were very friendly and helped organise our days out. Very close location to the Alhambra, within around 1 minute walking distance. Also the C3 bus was very close to the hotel and travelled to the centre of Granada, and made travel easy, although it only ran till 11pm.

Great hotel in the center of Granada!! It is walking distance from all major sightseeings, bars and restaurants. Rooms are spacious, in excellent conditions and have great views. The wi fi was weak. Only good for e-mails, but any whats app or telegram calls - it didn't work. I mean video or even audio calls. So all 4 nights I almost couldn't use wi fi! It was very disappointing. And two tiny elevators are not enough for this kind of the hotel - it is always busy or one of them out of work because cleaning lady every day keep it on the first floor and it was like every day.

The rooms were spacious and clean. What I was disappointed with was that there was no self-serve coffee / tea available in the room nor even a complimentary bottle of water as we had had at all the other four star hotels we'd stayed at in Spain. The hotel is amazing, clean, and gives you a feel of being a five-star hotel. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need and you can ask for any additional amenities. Cons: it's a 10 minute walk to the center, near all the action, so make sure your wearing comfortable shoes. The parking is a bit narrow and expensive and you have to pay for room service. Awesome hotel in a great location. Rooms very nice and great amenities provided which you don’t see often. Car Park is only downside as it’s tiny and if you have a big car don’t enter. There is a newer car park not far away near the shopping centre which is easy and quite cheap too.

However, we stayed there in November at it was still warm, so we tried to turn on the air conditioning and it was completely useless; we couldn't sleep. The hotel is well located: very close to the train station and some bus/metro stops. The staff are friendly. The room is very clean and has a really nice view and a balcony. Although the hotel seems aged but the lobby is modern and the room is well facilitated. But the wifi is pretty poor, my iPhone can’t even find it in my room. Delightful boutique hotel right in centre of Granada old city. Lovely room and modern chic decor. It would get five stars but for the fact it's right next to night club and made it impossible sleep on a Friday night.

Older, but clearly once very beautiful hotel. Our room was clean. The breakfast area was HUGE and there were many foods to choose from (even gluten free bread and muffins). The area is a little run down, and a little hard to get to with a car, but we managed just fine.

Great value hotel in Granada! I paid around 50€ per night in a last minute deal with no meal plan. The breakfast and dinner buffets look great if you go that route. There’s a gym and rooftop pool, which makes this property an exceptional value for the price. Great hotel! Historic rooms with the Marriott comfort you expect. Our room had mudejar arches and a view of the very traditional courtyard. This hotel is excellent. Excellent two underground carparks. Staff are very helpful. Roos are clean and smart. The bed is huge and comfortable. Bar area is excellent for a drink in the evening. Did not use the restaurant for breakfast as many bars and cafes close by and a LOT cheaper. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Overall..I have returned and will return again.

Really enjoyed our 4 night stay here. The rooms are immaculate and the staff are very helpful. The A/C is also nice and powerful which was vital for us. There is a bus stop right around the corner which brings you to the heart of the city for a low fare. The science park is also a very short walk from the hotel which was a great experience. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Perfect location, quiet area, the spa is amazing for that price, plenty of pools saunas and maximum 10people at the time. Parking is affordable and plus point for cleaning our car s windows🙏🏼

Wonderful hotel!. Park area with plenty of space/ benches outside the front. Great place to stay if going to the theatre across the road. The spa in the hotel is fantastic. Bar is ideal for relaxed drinks and snacks. Huge rooms.

This is a beautiful spa hotel in the centre of Granada. The rooms were big and well appointed. The spa was really nice with different pools, sauna, steam room. Nice, fresh breakfast. Will definitely be going back. There’s a lift for cars to the car park !

The staff is amazing and the most helpful. All the staff went out of their way to help us in all ways possible. The rooms were amazing and the spa is incredible. They were very kind to our 7 year old twins and made them feel very welcome and special. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This is a beautiful hotel and the staff are super friendly, helpful and efficient. The room was brilliant. We ate in the restaurant one night and found it excellent. The spa is small but we used it twice and really enjoyed it. Our only negative comment was about the breakfast - compared to other "Hospes" hotels where we have stayed what was offered here was very limited.

We could not make a better choice! The hotel is charming, and the staff were extremely polite and professional. They also upgrade us to a luxury suite ❤️ The spa adds a special touch to our stay. I loved the two large swans standing by the entrance 💕 If you visit Granada, this landmark is a perfect place for an excellent vacation.

This is a beautiful very nicely renovated hotel centrally located in Grenada. Excellent service and pet friendly! I had a delicious breakfast there the room is spotless and very nicely decorated and Roomy. I would definitely stay there again. I didn’t get a chance to use their spa

Staff really friendly. Rooms clean. Pool small but clean and fine for a dip. It 42 degs outside. Hotel cool and relaxing. Excellent!
