We had a hard time each time we wanted to open the door of our room.I think the locks should be changed.
Perfect location, close to rail services, local buses and 5 mins walk to shops and restaurants..
So far very polite and helpful staff. The food is beyond expectations, delicious. Absolutely worth the price. I requested disability friendly room and the bathroom is adapted the best way possible to my needs. Also the room has no view, but its own patio instead. Very quiet. I value that. Close to all businesses and the metro is in front of the hotel.
Could not have booked a better hotel,, it was perfect, friendly helpfull reception staff, lovely bedroom with on suite & comfy bed, very quiet too. Great to find a lovely bar & restaurant adjoining hotel, the food was superb !! As was the local wine & beers,, Situated just a 10 minute walk from centre of town, & 35 min walk from bus station,, Had a fantastic time, will definitely recommend to anyone...
The rooms are spotless, is very well located and you can park your car and move around by taxi, bus, or metro station right in front. The service is great and very professional
Great location to visit Granada. The room was very spacious and clean. The reception was helpful and attentive.

Really really good breakfast! Overall great hotel that is centrally located walking distance to everything.
Fantastic hotel. Very easy to get to as right off the motorway but no traffic noise at all in the rooms. Bed extremely comfortable and room spotlessly clean. Nice bathroom with amenity kit and good high pressure shower. Room service was very nice and not as expensive as you'd expect in a 5 star. Breakfast was good, nice selection of hot and cold options and all hygiene measures were enforced by the...
Lovely junior suite helpful staff breakfast delisious only wasn't impressed with half board dinner menu good location relaxing spa and massage was great 💆😊👍
Amazing staff and great breakfast
Other than the breakfast they serve, the hotel misses most of the things 5 star hotel should have. ( serious wi-fi connection issue, very small gym. A tiny pool, loud reception area etc.)
Great experience. Perfect accommodation, perfect breakfast and very helpful and friendly service. It was my wife's birthday the day we checked in. The hotel arranged for a beautiful bouquet of flowers (paid by myself) and dessert and champagne in the room was on them.

My rating here is strictly for the breakfast buffet, as we were staying at the sister hotel next door. The breakfast buffet is the best we’ve had at this trip from portugal onto and across spain. Great variety, super friendly staff, and delicious food overall Priced at 16 euro for adults, half price for kids
Highly recommended hotel in the heart of Granada. Good location, great service, luxury rooms. Restaurant, Gastrobar, great staff, Federico helped us choosing an excellent wine, very good recommendations on our food, Katherine, Julio, very attentive. We had a very good experience in this hotel, it was not in our plans to stay here, but thanks God we did. Try the “jamon ibérico” is a must.
I didn’t stay in the hotel, as I live locally, but I used the Spa services. I wanted to specially commend Giovanna, the massage therapist who helped me get rid of some back and neck pain I was experiencing. She was fantastic; I felt completely restored after the massage. Very recommendable!
Very good hotel with nice rooms and good breakfast. 15 minutes walking from the center. Spa is good, although the massage service can be improved. Parking, 15 EUR per day. Recommended!!
Very nice hotel, a bit outside the city very center (10-15 minutes walk, 50 minutes from Alhambra), but still a good position to start from. The room was good, well furnished, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was also very good, with a good variety of products. I'll consider coming again to this hotel if I ever come back to Granada :)
My partner and I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was very helpful. Special shout out to Rocio from the front desk team who accommodated our needs accordingly. Breakfast was excellent - you couldn’t have asked for more food choices! The gym room was small but had everything one needs to work out for a couple of days. Lastly, the pool area was lovely too with a great space to sunbathe!

4 stars hotel. Very good location and nice staff. Good breakfast.
Good location, nice enough hotel with a buffet breakfast and air conditioning.
Granada train station is 10 minutes walk away which is convenient. Bed is good. Room is clean. AC is noisy for me. To turn on the AC, you turn the knob clockwise 90 degrees for low speed fan. To increase fan speed, turn clockwise another 90 degrees. The AC knob is old and the instruction on it is more or less rubbed off. Elevator is tiny. And it is quicker to take the stairs if there are a few people...
Very nice hotel in a quiet area unfortunately no evening meals offered and tapas bars closed in the evenings. Unusual for June!!!
This hotel is centrally located which is nice. But as someone who is 6'6" the rooms, beds, elevators and bathrooms are tiny. The breakfast buffet was average. Having Netflix on the TV was a nice touch, but when the hotel was full the internet was not fast enough to handle the streaming.
there is HUGE difference between room and bathroom between the advertised pictures on zenhotels and the reality!

I think you cannot have a better hotel location than this one. Just in front of the main path to go to Alhambra and close to everything. Good coffee from the machine. Room was very nice. Fridge din't work :(
Get room 301 if you don't have lots of luggage. It's a bit of a climb but amazing room
Very nice hotel, excellent location. Many restaurants, shops and flamenco tablaos just outside the front door. Our room was perfectly clean, and was very large for European standards. Helpful staff. They have a small restaurant, which we did not try. No negatives during this stay.
Excellent hotel right on Plaza Nueva. Very central. Car parking is available 25 meters away at €25. The hotel send your vehicle details to the Police so you are authorised to drive into the central zone. Rooms are quite large and have a small fridge and bathroom with plenty of toiletries. Taxi rank and bus stop in the square. If you visit Alhambra, it is a 10 minute walk downhill to the plaza. I...
I’m really surprised that it is one star hotel. This place is beautiful. So charming and authentic. Room was great, lots of space, breathtaking views from the balcony. Staff was really nice and helpful. Location is perfect. 15 minutes walk to Alhambra, 10 minutes to Cathedral. Plenty of good restaurants around. Very important! We really enjoyed our stay in this cute hotel. The staff are beyond helpful. The location is great, everything is in walking distance. So close to great restaurants and bars and yet still quiet, although I go to bed early (much earlier than closing time) I couldn't even hear the night life outside and I was only on the 1st floor, a solid sleep every night. It's an old building so there is a bit of...
Not a bad choice but not exactly up to the rate. Good location but a bit noisy. Rooms are old. We found it just too expensive for what it was.
In a historic building though the original interior was removed and totally reconstructed. Room is standard. Good location and friendly staff. But soundproofing is really poor. I had a room on second floor facing the street. Can’t get asleep on a weekend evening with all the drunkies on the street…
Lovely hotel! We had some train issues and had to leave early, but enjoyed our time here - the room was nice and clean, both in the design and actual cleanliness of the place. This is a fun location to stay in - great food all around and a short(ish) walk to the Alhambra.
Clean and central hotel but still a 3 star. The receptionist on the fist day was not very friendly.
Delightful boutique hotel right in centre of Granada old city. Lovely room and modern chic decor. It would get five stars but for the fact it's right next to night club and made it impossible sleep on a Friday night.

Very kind and professional staff. It feels peaceful and has a nice aroma when you walk in. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Overall a great value and excellent location.
This stunning hotel is located right in the historic center of Granada. The lobby is beautiful and the rooms, which have been recently renovated, are very clean. You can clearly see the attention to detail in the style. The entire hotel is filled with pleasant aromas (a very appreciated gesture); unfortunately for me, the chosen scent upon my arrival was cinnamon, which I find very irritating. The...
Beautiful building, great service. If you’re looking for: historic building, beautiful lobby, excellent 24/7 concierge who will help you with whatever you need, this is the place for you. This charming small hotel in a converted historic building is perfectly located in the historic center of Granada. Lovely boutique hotel that’s an oasis of peace in a busy city. The rooms are well kitted out and beds comfy with amazing shower pressure. Staff super helpful and loved the wish tree! Excellent location and surprisingly quiet, we were overlooking the main Tapas Street, but beware, rooms 115, 215 etc are next to the elevator and behind the elevator which pings and talks 5 times on every floor, but the real problem for us was that there is an automatic light in the hallway of the bedrooms which comes on every time you or your partner uses the bathroom, which is a problem if you've...
Alright hotel. Prices too higher for the level of service and you can see the hotel is not being maintained properly. Staff is nice and helpful but very little English. We really enjoyed our stay here.. comfortable and clean rooms, both front desk and bar staff are extremely courteous and helpful.
I had stayed here recently (September 2021). Although the general staff members are very cordial and helping, the barman in the bar and a few helpers the cafe seemed very rigid. Very decent hotel in an ideal location for accessing Alhambra and also El Albaican area, and near to bars / restaurants. Worth paying a little extra for a balcony room. Good breakfast and Yolanda and her team were always friendly and welcoming.
The location of the hotel is perfect when visiting the Alhambra, the Granada cathedral and the different mirador. Adequate clean room. Sometimes the water (in the sink, shower) would randomly smell really bad. Thin walls. Good location. Close to a lot of shops and restaurants. really nice hotel, great locations and nice rooms, balcony is also a big asset. I give 4 stars instead of 5 because the windows in the bathroom were not isolating and need some renovations and thus it was freezing when taking a shower. Otherwise great :)

Nice, clean, affordable and excellent place, they needs to add such a staff to the room, like a refrigerator, safe box, boiler for coffee and tea then the tv its too small.
Advantages: Good location, in the center, nice personnel. Disadvantages: the shower was not working properly, the hotel was not providing slippers and shower caps
Clean, simple accommodations. Convenient location within walking distance to everything to keep you busy for a few days.
No frills hotel in good location. Being refurbished. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Good size shower. Breakfast was good value too, with reasonable choice.
Room was big, clean and had a good system but the walls were really thin so everything could be heard from neighbouring rooms. Received two single beds instead of a double bed, and was given the wrong room (we walked in to an occupied room.) Breakfast was okay, coffee was really good. Great location in the middle of everything.

Best hotel in Granada. Centric but silent, thanks to a limited access street and the fact that it’s located in a convent, a palace and a 16th century house.
