Hotel Abades Nevada Palace

I’m surprised at the level of four star hotel. Far away from tourist destinations and surrounded by freeway.

Poorest shower facilities I’ve ever seen.

The breakfast is okayish considering it’s a buffet for sandwiches.

Btw, uber and taxi here is strange. Everyone told me it’s a price and finally we always got double prices.

Interesting city.

I stayed in this hotel for almost 3 weeks.
The rooms are clean but the furnishing style is from the 90s. The wood paneling is very worn and the showers are no longer the nicest.
The breakfast is OK but nothing more.
But what bothers me most is, that the carpets in the hallways between the rooms look like they haven't been cleaned in decades. This is disgusting.
In addition, the fitness area is very poorly maintained. The devices are ancient and every second one is defective.
The spa area in the basement has been permanently closed, probably for years...
You can tell that nothing has been invested here for several years.
All in all, I am not convinced about this hotel and will avoid it in the future.

The building on the outside looking good. The reception area looking good. But when you take the elevator to go to the rooms is a complete different story. Room is tired and stuffed. No curtains, some dirty filthy blinds. Bathroom with mold in the corners and grout. Not all lights working. Carpet along the hallways dirty and with stains, very tired and having a lot of wholes. For a 4stars hotel is extremely disappointing. I don’t recommend it.

Worst hotel I ever visited from my lifetime as someone who travels a lot. I've never seen a hotel where they save their electricity bill by not having the air conditioner on in the lobby at 40degs. Even the room air conditioner didn't work properly, and it smelt bad cus they never cleaned it or replaced one.
The shower was fine, but I saw a few cracks on the wall. So this place seems to be old.

I have also never seen a hotel that takes your passport while u stay as a forigner.
Foods are horrible, too. I'd rather go out to a bar outside the hotel. Cheap hotel like this yall should avoid.

Unbelievably they shut the air conditioning off at night. When people inquired why they said that the nights in Granada are so cool open the window. Then you have to deal with so much noise you cannot sleep. So I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

The food was good the staff was good but someone in Management needs to be REPLACED

Rooms: climate control did not operate correctly. Cleanliness not great. Lack of plugs near beds. Only one pillow.

Food: Fair at best.

Location: Fine.

It feels like a place that wanted to be more but it never worked out and now, just dies the bare minimum.
