Very good for business and families

Room was clean, reception staff very helpful. Used as a base for visiting local area. Well placed for the metro.

Checked in at 9pm and checked out at 12pm. So can't comment on the hotel to much, the rooms it's self were dated. We stayed this December, during the Christmas period. This was a one night stop off after an 8 hour drive so it did the job. When we came out the hotel, there was a few places to eat and mcdonalds and a few shops. I hadn't done much research in terms of the location so can't comment on if it is good or not. Pool was shut, reopens in the summer. Gym was open. For the price we paid for one night we cant really complain.

I’m surprised at the level of four star hotel. Far away from tourist destinations and surrounded by freeway.
Poorest shower facilities I’ve ever seen.
The breakfast is okayish considering it’s a buffet for sandwiches.
Btw, uber and taxi here is strange. Everyone told me it’s a price and finally we always got double prices.

I’m a bit miffed with some of the bad reviews here.
The authors are idiots !
This hotel is great value for money.
You have safe underground parking for cars and motorcycles. The rooms are spacious and clean. Bathrooms feature the sophisticated Japanese style toilets. The building is a clever piece of design. Staff are uber helpful and speak all languages.
Sure, some parts are “ageing” (especially the gym !) but please … for the money this is outstanding.

I stayed in this hotel for almost 3 weeks.
The rooms are clean but the furnishing style is from the 90s. The wood paneling is very worn and the showers are no longer the nicest.
The breakfast is OK but nothing more.
But what bothers me most is, that the carpets in the hallways between the rooms look like they haven't been cleaned in decades. This is disgusting.
In addition, the fitness area is very poorly maintained. The devices are ancient and every second one is defective.
The spa area in the basement has been permanently closed, probably for years...
You can tell that nothing has been invested here for several years.
All in all, I am not convinced about this hotel and will avoid it in the future.

The building on the outside looking good. The reception area looking good. But when you take the elevator to go to the rooms is a complete different story. Room is tired and stuffed. No curtains, some dirty filthy blinds. Bathroom with mold in the corners and grout. Not all lights working. Carpet along the hallways dirty and with stains, very tired and having a lot of wholes. For a 4stars hotel is extremely disappointing. I don’t recommend it.

Worst hotel I ever visited from my lifetime as someone who travels a lot. I've never seen a hotel where they save their electricity bill by not having the air conditioner on in the lobby at 40degs. Even the room air conditioner didn't work properly, and it smelt bad cus they never cleaned it or replaced one.
The shower was fine, but I saw a few cracks on the wall. So this place seems to be old.
I have also never seen a hotel that takes your passport while u stay as a forigner.
Foods are horrible, too. I'd rather go out to a bar outside the hotel. Cheap hotel like this yall should avoid.

Hotel must have been absolutely beautiful when new. Carpets are now tattered and dirty. Our door had jimmy marks on it. Pool was dirty. No coffee maker in room and coffee vending maching was not working. Underground parking was nice. Close to bus stop and metro.

Unbelievably they shut the air conditioning off at night. When people inquired why they said that the nights in Granada are so cool open the window. Then you have to deal with so much noise you cannot sleep. So I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
