The location of this hotel is perfect. It’s an easy walk to most attractions and is in particular Albaicín and Centro. Staff are very helpful.
The furniture in the room was very dated. Also the room I was given has a window that overlooks the hallway inside the hotel. So the room was dark with no windows. That was quite annoying.
Breakfast was reasonably priced and is reasonable.

Hotel staff were very friendly and the front desk readily offers help. Location quite good- its at the foot of the Albaicin area yet just 2-3 minutes from Gran Via (Granada’s main street). Walked to everywhere except going up to Alhambra (just because I wanted to skip the uphill climb - but I walked down). Be warned that the pictures showing a balcony to your room may refer to an inner balcony, not necessarily one that has an external view. Not something u might want to open for privacy reasons.

Even though I arrived at the hotel late at night, the front desk staff were wonderful. I had no plans, but they gave me detailed information about the tourist spots, and they also searched for tickets to the Alhambra and helped me buy the last one, which made for a great trip.

The reception staff were kind and friendly. They were happy to help us store our luggage after check-out.

The front desk service was very good, but the staff cleaning the bathroom in the morning was very noisy

We stayed in room with no window to outside. Hotel is outdated and would not rste as 4 stars. Maybe a 2 star hotel, hotel is saved by the nice ladies from reception.

The ladies at the reception are very nice .
Spacious rooms and good cleaning, only negative point no brush for the toilets you can imagine the poor cleaning stuff doing it.
And the system of aeration is not working .

The rooms are tiny. There is not even enough space to sit on the toilet straight.
