People, this hotel is so nice. What really makes it is the hard working staff. Nothing was of trouble to them. They happily did what they could to help and I am grateful. I will happily return.
The breakfast was surprisingly good. Eggs were available including spanish omelette, also there was cereal, different teas, coffee machine and importantly Lactose free milk. Like is this really one star?? Lemon water drink available throughout the day after breakfast also which is nice to rehydrate. Plenty of free street parking nearby also.
I also liked the outdoor seating area including the eco area. Very relaxing to sit and smoke or just pass some time with a drink.

We spent three nights at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, starting with the information on how to get from the airport to the Hotel. They gave us useful insider information about places to eat and how to visit like a local. *5 stars to the staff!*

Very disappointed with my stay at Ibis this time.
I had booked a room with breakfast, but upon check-in, I was informed that breakfast was unavailable due to kitchen renovations. While we understood the situation and received a refund for the breakfast, the problems didn’t stop there.
The next morning, I was woken up at 8 AM by loud renovation noise, which continued throughout the entire day. When I complained, explaining that I had come to the hotel to sleep and rest, I was told there was nothing they could do.
The staff were friendly, but unfortunately, that did not make up for the overall poor experience.
Honestly, I would rate this stay a 0/10.

No catering onsite due to kitchen renovations. This fact was not clearly advertised on website and was only discovered on arrival. The works were very noisy and the premises, including courtyards, dusty and dirty as a result. The air-conditioning worked only sporadically, leading to one very uncomfortable night before we left for a different hotel. Ibis hotels are normally basic, but good. This one is perhaps the worst of the franchise we have ever seen.

We stayed for one night in June 2025 and had an excellent stay. The room was spotlessly clean with toiletries and towels supplied. We went for dinner in the restaurant area but had not noticed that they weren't serving until later due to having a large party of guests booked in. The staff were good enough to fit us in and serve us the menu del dia ( pork in tomato sauce with chips and salad) and it was delicious. We were really grateful for their attention and service as we were tired and hungry.
The pool on the roof was a welcome relaxation spot and, again, was spotlessly clean.
Overall, a lovely stay, we would stay again and would highly recommend.

The Ibis provided me with the ideal short getaway. The location was superb. I strolled to the Nevada Shopping Centre. Although the historic center is quite a distance away, the excellent public transportation links made it convenient. Nevertheless, I relished the leisurely walk through the parks, followed by the vibrant city life with its array of shops and restaurants. Immersing myself as a tourist in the historic district was a delightful experience, showcasing a harmonious blend of diverse cultures. The walk proved to be exceedingly enjoyable.
At Ibis, the staff exuded a warm welcome, the room was impeccable, and the breakfast was superb. I opted for the hotel parking, even though there was a possibility to park outside for free. However, given the bustling nature of the area, free parking spaces were scarce.

Although this is classed as a budget 1 star hotel the actual experience is more of a 3 star hotel. The rooms are clean and functional. The staff are very friendly and helpful and professional. The breakfast is good with variety and there is an evening menu available which is also good. The location is close to the Granada ring road allowing easy access to the Alhambra and city centre as well as access to the autovia for onward journeys to the south or north.
