Palacio de Santa Ines

We absolutely loved our stay at Palacio de Santa Inés. The staff were wonderful and immediately responsive to any queries and requests, such as storing our bags after check-out until we were ready to leave. The location is excellent, with a plethora of food and drink options within easy walking distance, and a truly magical view of the magnificent Alhambra from our window. Our only regret is that I’d thought the room would be more spacious. If we’re lucky enough to have another visit, we would happily book Palacio de Santa Ines but select a suite. Thank you for looking after us so well!

Very pleasant hotel that is conveniently located. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is an old building so it can be a little dark in places and the steps a little uneven. But it is also very historic and gives a real feel for how some folks lived in Granada in the past. But our room was comfortable and had nice amenities. The breakfast was fine.

We stayed in one of their Alhambra-view rooms for four nights. The location is great, sitting along the Darro River at the bottom of the Albycin. The hotel is old - obviously - but is charming and has eclectic art on the walls, which we appreciated. Our room was a third floor walk-up, so if that is an issue for you, be careful. The room was a bit quirky, but the view saved any flaws. Excellent, helpful staff with good English skills. The breakfast room is small and although the staff work hard to keep things moving, it was less than relaxing.

A small hotel on the fringe of the chaos that can be Seville. Hotel was great. An easy walk to all sights without the stress of parking a car and driving down those streets. The staff we encountered were always helpful and friendly. The breakfast provided in the restaurant next door was simple but good. Our room was quiet and large enough for a family of 4 with a small private patio and a large Roman tub with shower in the ceiling. I would stay there again in a minute.

The hotel is in a great location within walking distance from the main square. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They were very helpful and gave good advice on restaurants and places of interest to visit. Our room was excellent, quiet at night and cleaned thoroughly with coffee and tea replenished daily. The breakfast room was light and airy with a really good choice of food. It had a relaxed atmosphere and a great way to start your day. We had a brilliant time and would certainly recommend it and hope to return in the future.

We had a fabulous stay. Customer Service was amazing. Attentive kind and always willing to help. Breakfast was great. It was nice not to worry about that in the morning. Rooms were comfortable. We stayed in a family room and it was perfect for a group of 4. Location could be a bit hectic if traveling with small children. Overall, if traveling to Granada again we would stay here.

What a beautiful hotel! It really is the perfect location for staying in Granada. Close to the town and also the Alhambra. I would still recommend getting a taxi there though as it is very steep upward walk. The taxi for us in high summer was only €4. The reception staff were super helpful with recommendations of where to see and also restaurants. The rooms are basic and traditional but very comfortable which is what we wanted from our stay. The breakfast was delicious too. Thank you for a lovely stay ❤️

Perfectly located quaint little boutique hotel. The decor is beautiful and old world. Recommend getting a ride to the Alhambra, but walk back. Everything is walkable. The rooms themselves are small, but this should be expected giving the location. Air conditioning was a so needed and had zero issues. Loved our stay.

We paid extra for a view of the Alhambra and it was well worth it. The room was nice and very clean and quiet and a good size. There was an elevator which was good as we were on 3rd floor. The floor in the lobby was uneven with 3 stair of different heights which could be easily fixed. And the hotel was up a set of steps which made it a bit difficult to get up to the entrance from the main street with a heavy suitcase. Staff were very nice and explained the system of parking your car and getting a taxi to the parking garage (do follow the instructions they send you in advance they are very good and easy to follow). The breakfast was just adequate and the least impressive of the several hotels we stayed at. The location was great for visiting the city sights and it was easy to get taxis for the trip up to the Alhambra.

This was such a gem. The layout of the rooms was wonderful, open to views of the Alhambra. We could see our hotel from the Alhambra. There is no lift and you must go up stairs even to get to the hotel. This is a given for most hotels in Granada. The staff was beyond helpful, with reservations for dinner and for flamenco. Speaking English very well. The service was great, housekeeping very fast. The rooms had great air conditioning, a seating area. The bed was comfy and pillows nice. Breakfast was included and was delicious as well. Highly recommend
