Palacio de Santa Inés hotel in Granada

Our family of three recently stayed here and would absolutely recommend. First, the location is fantastic to access the Alhambra. Second, the staff is friendly, helpful, and available 24 hours, which was great when we had to checkout very early. We stayed in the family room/duplex, and it was perfect for our needs. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Would stay here again.

Excellent location that just requires a short walk from the plaza. Staff was exceptional and made excellent suggestions for food and sightseeing. Breakfast has a wide assortment of quality food. Definitely something for everyone. The rooms with the lofts were great for the kids. Definitely recommend.

Great Hotel at the start of the Albecin historic district. Room was superb with two large sets of windows framing spectacular views of Alhambra, a seating area & a huge bathroom. Staff very friendly and helpful. Note of caution- It is a hotel in a beautiful historic building and up some steps from where Taxis drop you. Once inside there are a few more steps if you stay in the section with a lift. Staff helped us inside hotel but we had to manage to and from taxis ourselves.

This hotel is located in the old town and was a perfect location to walk out and enjoy the area. Close to the Alhambra, restaurants, shopping. Breakfast was included and made it so easy to start your day. The hotel is original and very beautiful. Tour groups were stopping in just to see it and admire. Our room was one of the larger ones - like having a studio with a living room!

We stayed for two nights in this beautiful hotel and enjoyed it very much. The atmosphere of the old palace is really great and lovely. It's the best position to start through the city of Granada or go up to the Alhambra. Service is good and very friendly. The breakfast has everything you need and is also located in a wonderful room. If you arrive by car, it's better to use the parking garages announced from the hotel and use taxi transfer to the hotel. It's easy.

We absolutely loved our stay at Palacio de Santa Inés. The staff were wonderful and immediately responsive to any queries and requests, such as storing our bags after check-out until we were ready to leave. The location is excellent, with a plethora of food and drink options within easy walking distance, and a truly magical view of the magnificent Alhambra from our window. Our only regret is that I’d thought the room would be more spacious. If we’re lucky enough to have another visit, we would happily book Palacio de Santa Ines but select a suite. Thank you for looking after us so well!

Very pleasant hotel that is conveniently located. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is an old building so it can be a little dark in places and the steps a little uneven. But it is also very historic and gives a real feel for how some folks lived in Granada in the past. But our room was comfortable and had nice amenities. The breakfast was fine.

We stayed in one of their Alhambra-view rooms for four nights. The location is great, sitting along the Darro River at the bottom of the Albycin. The hotel is old - obviously - but is charming and has eclectic art on the walls, which we appreciated. Our room was a third floor walk-up, so if that is an issue for you, be careful. The room was a bit quirky, but the view saved any flaws. Excellent, helpful staff with good English skills. The breakfast room is small and although the staff work hard to keep things moving, it was less than relaxing.

A small hotel on the fringe of the chaos that can be Seville. Hotel was great. An easy walk to all sights without the stress of parking a car and driving down those streets. The staff we encountered were always helpful and friendly. The breakfast provided in the restaurant next door was simple but good. Our room was quiet and large enough for a family of 4 with a small private patio and a large Roman tub with shower in the ceiling. I would stay there again in a minute.

The hotel is in a great location within walking distance from the main square. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They were very helpful and gave good advice on restaurants and places of interest to visit. Our room was excellent, quiet at night and cleaned thoroughly with coffee and tea replenished daily. The breakfast room was light and airy with a really good choice of food. It had a relaxed atmosphere and a great way to start your day. We had a brilliant time and would certainly recommend it and hope to return in the future.
