One star as there is no 0. The worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Extremely noisy (the neighbors were “partying” and we thought they were inside our room). The room was dirty, the mattress dirty too, no windows, no ventilation. The previous tenants were smoking for sure. We paid 107€/ night for the worst experience ever. The parking was 17€ and we were asked to get the car at noon, which is not the case in any other hotel in Spain. I’m pretty sure even the hostel next door is better than this hotel. Don’t trust the photos posted.

Rooms are very noisy, both from within and from the streets outside, because the walls and windows are poorly insulated. Everything from the hallway and the street and the other rooms ac- units can be heard all night. Placement is central

The noise isolation in the room is horrible, people get very loud in the corridor during all nights and it's impossible to sleep.
The bath was leaking.
The cleaning lady came only at around 3pm so the room was dirty when we came back after the morning walk in town.

Very bad. Noisy. We have a horrible stay at the President Hotel in Granada, Spain.The hotel was under restoration and they began to work before 8 in the morning, and we could not sleep since them, due to the noise and dusty air. We complain for 3 days, they said it will stop, but it did not. It was horrible, we could not sleep, they not only ignore it, but they threat us very badly.

We went to vist Granada, and we book hotel president it was not cheap!! So we was thinking it should be hood place!! One we check in i can't believe how they have license to be a hotel!! Its look like a bunker! No windows no ventilation..onece we anter to room..so much noise from others rooms.. floor full of hair...funniest thing is bathroom!! You can't sit on toilet its too tinie. I add some pictures... please it you looking for good hotel! Hotel president is not good one!! They made 20 rooms fron 2 apartments...

Good service. Good location, but way too expensive for what they offer. Not in very good condition neither. Not nice looking and not many free services available. Just ok for an overnight but nothing else really.

Hotel renovated a few years ago. Comfortable rooms, good service and prices. Situated in the centre of town with ample parking. Valet parking available. No free parking nearby, but rates are good. Very near monuments, bus stops and taxi rank.
Good quality restaurant with both national and international dishes and reasonable prices.

Good price value. But the room is a bit smelly and the bathroom is narrow. There wasn't hot water th first day of arrival but it got fixed the next day. They didn't offer a price reduction though. I had the chance to have a room facing an interior square so there wasn't much noise. But you could totally hear the other room when they are talking or watching TV. The corridor can also be quite noisy
