Hotels in la Rovellada

In the off-season, the choice of hotels in Colera is not great. We liked this one, even though it's rather expensive. Friendly welcome, spacious room with a huge terrace and sea view. Breakfast was simple but good. Also, having the restaurant on the ground floor is convenient, but I suppose that can be noisy at times.

The restaurant is in a good location! The waitress Janna is very good at her job, her service was excellent. Also, the food was good and the portion sizes were generous! Especially the Bailey’s tiramisu :)

Wonderful culinary experience Apart from the gorgeous view, we had just the very best taste of a great chef! Everything is home made with fresh food. Fish directly from the sea in front of us, lam from the neighbouring villages and wine recommendation perfectly fitting with our dishes. The owner, a very very charming lady, just over 80 years old, stared her love for good food and service with passion...

I can't recommend La Goleta enough! We had a run of bad luck getting to the hotel but Paula saved the day by staying late to check us in. All of the staff were lovely and the breakfast was generous. We especially appreciated the gluten free bread/eggs/options etc. While the rooms weren't sound proofed (joys of older buildings) we were very comfortable.

It's a quaint B&B close to a port. The hotel itself and the rooms are very tastefully decorated. The breakfast was also quite good especially due to the fact that they serve eggs. However they have very limited parking (only 4 spaces) but they don't really mention it in their reservation page. There is free parking next to the port and it's not too far. However I am not a fan of lugging my luggage...

Excellent stay. Unbeatable value for money! The boss and the boss are very nice. The hotel is clean, the rooms are being completely renovated. Really I advise. In addition, some of the staff speak French, which is appreciable when you have never done Spanish during your studies ... It is a very nice hotel.

It is a good place for a two star hotel. So, you get what you expected: a clean, friendly staff and decent facilities. So, for the price, you have a good room, decent maitress, a good toilette, all with a Spartan and simple decoration. Good breakfast, also for a very affordable price. So, for a two star hotel, is perfectly ok!

Room was ok but very small, tired bathroom.Comfy bed. Air conditioning switched off during the night so difficult to sleep through. Very nice rooftop terrace but impossible to use during the day as too hot and no shade and at night not enough light to be able to sit out comfortably. Free parking nearby, 15 min walk to nearest beach. Friendly staff in reception

Very nice hotel, price quality cost very appropriate, breakfast includes homemade pastries, bread, and local food, staff is outstanding. 100% recommended!

Staff (young guy to be exact) was super helpfull - gave us bucket of ice to the beach, wine corkscrew opener. I was able to leave bike for whole day after check-out. Swimming pool was great. Rooms are super spacious although quite old-fashioned and some update would be nice. However, I appreciate the service more than some minor details.

We have been 5 days. For us it has been a success of choice. It is a small family hotel (few rooms), adaptation-remodeling of a private house. THE RECEPTION AND BREAKFAST SERVICE is excellent, magnificent attitude: total availability and unbeatable friendliness (despite how poorly paid people in the hotel sector tend to be at this time in Spain). Breakfast: in addition to the usual, fruit is appreciated...

Very well located. Pleasent treatment. Very old and excellent conservation... But, where is the limit of the old to consider it old? The disproportionate price for the services they offer. I will not repeat.

Hotel located in the center of town, we must highlight the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the hotel as well as the staff. Breakfast is served on the terrace and it is a luxury to be able to have breakfast watching the views offered by the port. We will repeat for sure. If you want a stay and pleasant this is your place.

Un hotel en excelente ubicación dentro del puerto , habitación cumplió con lo esperado , de formato estándar… Cama buena , ducha y baño en general bastante bueno. Limpio y ordenado. Entregan pantuflas . Desayuno es el punto más débil. Tiene todo para ser mejor, pero se ve descuidado….en la presentación y calidad de los productos . La chica que atiende hace lo mejor para dar buen servicio .

Great Location for Water Wind Sports

The rooftop terrace had wonderful views. We enjoyed that. Very clean throughout. The kitchen with a coffee/espresso machine, refrigerator, and drinking glasses was appreciated. Very nice breakfast, pleasant helpful staff. Our room was uncomfortably tight. Difficult to get around the room because the bed was too big for the space. The door to the bathroom is about a foot from the head of the bed -...

Correct rooms without major luxuries. Spacious bathroom. Proper cleaning. A good option to stay a day or two. The mattress sagged a bit and the bed was made up of two singles pushed together. It has air conditioner. The biggest downside is the noise, you can hear a lot from the adjoining room.

This hotel is an outbuilding of the Porto Christo hotel where you have the gargantuan but much less luxurious breakfast. The rooms are small but comfortable it is very clean the problem is the water pipes as soon as you turn on the tap it makes a terrible noise throughout the hotel day and night... There is a valet parking service paid but convenient parking can be complicated unless you like to walk

Two star hotel in the center of El Port de la Selva. For check in you have to to Hotel Porto Cristo just opposite. I had a nice room with no outside windows (only windows on the inside). Nice bathroom with excellent shower. Tv, airco and good Wi-Fi. The building is not well isolated, you can here what's going on in the room next to yours. There is a kitchen on the grond floor (sadly with a not working...

Nice accommodation, but very noisy.

The hotel is great. Rooms are tidy and spacious. We were there off season so I would like to think that that was the reason why you had no access to massages or the SPA. Note that the SPA area (just a jacuzzi and sauna) are paid and you have to book. Definitely not worth it. The “puerto” is stunning and the hotel is very well located behind the main road but with easy access to the beach.

Overall good value for money. Unfortunately the restaurant staff gave us a bad experience the last day. Came down to the restaurant 10 min early and was scolded for getting a coffee. Then waitress stated I could not come for breakfast with my wife having eaten earlier a light breakfast myself. Very unnecessary treatment! 😒

I had a lovely stay here. Staff were pretty friendly, room was very clean and breakfast was simple but good. The jacuzzi in the room was more complicated to operate than I anticipated and seemed to malfunction. Overall a good spot and I’d stay again.

Cal Mariner brings together all, (when I say all I mean there is none missing!) the conditions to spend a quiet, good... magnificent holiday in Port de la Selva. The rooms lack nothing. We were at the Taballera, which has a terrace facing the sea, with magnificent views. The stay is spacious, with a very good wardrobe, complete bathroom, hair dryer, air conditioning, table, chairs... It is an unpretentious...

Clean rooms with good mattresses to rest well. Privileged views of the port, we have been to the restaurant a lot and despite being hosted and with free tables we were told that there was no place...

Excellent service and very efficient and friendly staff. We got a room overlooking the beach and it had a small but very nice terrace. Restaurant in the same hotel that we did not try but that looked great. Highly recommended and also excellent value for money
