A real disappointment. I was so excited to be staying here after growing up locally and seeing the recent renovations. Unfortunately it’s not quite what it’s trying to be. The rooms do not look like the CGI images on the website, they are only half-refurbished with old furniture remaining. Parts of the hotel are still being worked on too and are quite messy. We also paid for a ‘partial sea view room’ but there was no sea to be seen at all, only neighbouring roadworks. Photos attached which are much more realistic to the experience. We were met with complete refusal from the receptionist to even try and find us a nicer room however polite I tried to be. The worst part was the room smelt of raw sewage and was told they’d look into it. Looking at previous reviews now, it seems they knew about this long before our arrival but still have done nothing about it. With a heavy heart I have to say I would avoid this hotel as there are plenty better places to stay in Los Cristianos.

Had a bit of a modernisation. Still love it. Rooms are a bit more up to date. Reception changed quite a bit. This is our first night so unsure of breakfast ( which was alwayss excellent).

Lovely hotel with clean and spacious rooms with a balcony, nice rooftop pool area and decent breakfast. A drink was offered on arrival which was a nice touch. There was extensive renovation works going on on the second floor which we were surprised to see whilst walking up and down the stairs, perhaps it would have been good to mention this on arrival. Also, when we asked how the aircon works we were told it didn’t work. Our room was 27 degrees at one point and although we were given one fan for the room, it was uncomfortable to sleep in the heat every night. It would have been best to know about the broken air con ahead of our arrival.

I booked this hotel as the 'adult only' environment appealed to me.
The hotel is in a very good location and the breakfast was excellent.
Rooms are comfy with plenty of storage space. I liked having a room facing the church.
A nice pool area on the roof with good views of the surrounding area. Sandwiches salads and drinks brought to your lounger.
The only word of caution is that the coach drops off approx. 5-6 minutes walk away and I had to ask directions to find it.

Perfect location. Close to shops, restaurants beach and bus station! Very good service, our room was clean and comfortable. Simple but tasty breakfasts. Friendly and smiley receptionists. We were happy to stay here for our holiday. Absolutely recommend this hotel!

This was our second stay in a fairly short period and it was wonderful. The staff are so friendly and efficient. We loved our room which was comfortable and kept beautifully clean. The breakfast staff were lovely especially Mrs. Li who is delightful and also gave great service around the pool area. Cant wait to come back . Thank you for a really special holiday.

We thought the hotel was lovely. It was a far better experience than we could have had in one the of the huge, modern, character-less places so common in major resorts. It is small and quiet and yet on the main boulevard with its various restaurants and its evening activity. The decoration is very Spanish and full of character. The staff were efficient and friendly.

Great location, a minute from the beach. Central to all shops. Taxi stop opposite front door. Nice bars and cafes right outside hotel. Hotel itself has lovely character. Place is spotless. Room was big and comfortable. Black out blinds excellent if u want to sleep on. Staff very friendly and polite. Breakfast was refreshing. Pool is ideal if u want quiet and plenty of sun. Comfy beds, life guard who is friendly polite and always working at something. Couldn't fault this hotel. €20 in taxi from airport. 15/ 20 min journey that drops u at door.

I had no hot water in my room and was eventually moved to another .The second rooms tv did not work.When i took this up with the manager she was unpleasant and arrogant.I paid 127 euro a night for b&b.

Well located, lovely retro style hotel with very well equipped comfortable rooms and superb breakfast. Roof top private pool is excellent.
