Beautiful peaceful hotel. Very suitable for a quiet relaxing holiday. The rooms were spacious and spotless clean . Lovely breakfast each morning, quiet adequate with a good choice. Staff were very pleasant and always helpful. Pool area was lovely and peaceful. . I would definitely visit again. Thank you to the staff who work very hard to make your stay pleasant and enjoyable

We visited the Reveron Plaza in April with friends. Arrived early morning and our room was ready. The reception staff were very welcoming. We were in room 402 , sea view. We emailed the hotel before we arrived requesting a room which did not face the church and the request was met. The hotel has recently went through a refurb and it has been very well done, keeping the original features. Pool towels are available at reception, 10 euro deposit and you can get clean towels when you want. deposit returned. Our room was cleaned each day, fresh towels and bed made. excellent service Breakfast was very good. You have all the usual, yogurts, pastries, cereals and breads. I thought the breakfast made to order was a really nice touch. Yes , it can be busy and you can wait for this to be made, but well worth the wait.. The staff at breakfast do a brilliant job. The roof top pool , was perfect. Not to busy and you don't get bothered by the pigeons. The staff came around about 11am, asking for refreshments. this is charged to your room. The hotel is in a great location, 5 mins from the beach and numerous restaurants and bars right on your door step. We will be back to this hotel and would defiantly recommend. All the staff were polite and welcoming.

I highly recommend this charming hotel. The location is perfect, the facilities are great. The reception staff are highly efficient and welcoming. The hotel is very well managed. Restaurant service is also very good. The hotel is immaculately clean. The efforts of all the staff ensure a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Very comfortable hotel. Rooms were spacious and the bed was huge and very comfortable. Great location. A few minutes walk to the beach and the lovely little bars and restaurants. Very friendly staff. Lovely breakfast. Loved the rooftop pool area. Would definitely stay again.

On arrival the two people on reception were very unwelcoming. Myself and my partner found this hotel very noisy. Paid for breakfast but not very good and long wait every morning due to it being understaffed. No pool service, cold pool and probably worst of all had to leave the pool at 5pm???? Also booked a sea view room and did not receive. Beach towels required a deposit, really ???? 4 star hotel????? Would not recommend

Stayed at this hotel for 1 week and had not one good nights sleep due to noise. Was wake up early every morning by the bin man outside emptying the bins and during the night by people getting out the lift (which was right next to my door) breakfast was also poor, long wait over hour and half for an anemic piece of bacon and sausage with cold beans. I would have complained but there was only one poor lady having to deal with to many hotel residents and she was doing the best she could. Bad management The last night was the absolute worst, the Apoartment opposite the hotel decided to have a party. This went on to 4pm in the morning. Looking forward to going home to get some sleep Would not stay here again, better hotels elsewhere having stayed in Los Cristianos for many years

Staff rude and unhelpful. The rooms are lovely, but any queries are poorly managed, despite good initial comms. Breakfast has changed and is much more basic, but food is of a good standard. Won’t return, not interested in petty conversations with statff.

Lovely experience from start to finish. Staff were fantastic. Breakfast was ace. Room comfortable - especially the bed. Overlooking the Plaza - noisy ? - a bit. Worth it - absolutely ! The location is perfect. Booked for December while there. Cant wait.

A real disappointment. I was so excited to be staying here after growing up locally and seeing the recent renovations. Unfortunately it’s not quite what it’s trying to be. The rooms do not look like the CGI images on the website, they are only half-refurbished with old furniture remaining. Parts of the hotel are still being worked on too and are quite messy. We also paid for a ‘partial sea view room’ but there was no sea to be seen at all, only neighbouring roadworks. Photos attached which are much more realistic to the experience. We were met with complete refusal from the receptionist to even try and find us a nicer room however polite I tried to be. The worst part was the room smelt of raw sewage and was told they’d look into it. Looking at previous reviews now, it seems they knew about this long before our arrival but still have done nothing about it. With a heavy heart I have to say I would avoid this hotel as there are plenty better places to stay in Los Cristianos.

The room was nice enough but everything else was terrible. The swimming pool on the roof was like a concrete jungle, not attractive at all and no bar facilities - didn't use it at all and saw no other guests using it. Breakfast extremely basic not even fresh orange juice! Staff in faded white uniforms. Had to pay a deposit for beach towels - would only take cash. No hot water in shower on one occasion. No gym facility. No restaurant in hotel other than breakfast room.
