Upon arrival on Wednesday evening, I encountered two minor issues: the safe in my room (264) would not open, and the balcony door would not close properly. I promptly contacted the reception, and a maintenance team was dispatched to address the problems immediately.
While the view from my balcony overlooked workers engaged in hotel maintenance, this did not pose any inconvenience.
The only area where improvement could be made is the dining room. It was consistently crowded, and occasionally the food was served cold or the serving dishes were empty.
On my last day, I inadvertently locked myself in the restroom and was unable to open the door. After knocking on the door and calling for help, a staff member promptly arrived and assisted me in opening the door by firmly pushing down on the handle. Although I felt somewhat embarrassed, the hotel staff handled the situation efficiently and professionally.
Overall, I had a positive experience at the hotel and commend the staff for their prompt and effective response to any issues that arose.

the location of the hotel is really good, 20-25 mins max from the airport by bus/car, 3m max from the beach and absolutely 1m from the street/shops/bars/etc.
there are 2 bigger pools outside, a bar, a stage for entertainment at nights and lots of places to sit or lay down.
towels for the sunbeds can be obtained through the reception, for deposit of 15 euro / piece.
the service and the staff were super great, always polite and helpful, so hereby i thank all of them for the handling once more. :)
had half board, so i always had breakfast and dinner. the dinner was amazing all the time, had different meals every day; they gave me a challenge to try and taste lots of different things - so the dinners were absolutely awesome!
the breakfast were a little bit tricky, there i could see some improvements. (like not starting making fresh fried eggs only at 0730)
the pools and the rooms were clean, rooms were got cleaned every day.
(one more downside about the location: especially after the weekends if you go out early, you can see trash on the street, as youngsters cannot use the trashcans.:( not the hotel's fault though!! the space which they manage were always clean and they have guards btw:))
The air conditioning was not working and a very nice girl came right away and fixed it quickly. We had a nice conversation. The buffet has very varied food and the spa is small but very complete.
The location is perfect.
We will definitely stay here again!
The hotel has excellent amenities with lots of different places to relax, if you like the pool lots of sunbeds and a lovely bar which serves food but if you want quiet time a beautiful sun terrace with sunbeds and a lovely covered area for shade with comfortable sofas.
The restaurant is lovely and clean with friendly and efficient staff and there is an excellent choice of food and drink.
The room we stayed in was clean, modern and had everything we needed, the housekeeping staff did an excellent job.
The staff on reception were helpful and pleasant to talk to and were always accessible.
All in all i would highly recommend this hotel for a lovely holiday.
Entertainment every night was good.
