It truly is a brilliant hotel all the staff are so kind and caring and enthusiastic there’s too many words I could use to describe how brilliant they are.

Really nice hotel with clean rooms, and too many pools to count! All inclusive has a good offering, with fairly healthy variety for meals, and much branded bevvy. Evening entertainment was solid - special shout-out to the compere Cesar, and his music quizzes - a highlight of the trip, close second to our scuba dive! Thanks for having us

Brilliant hotel for kids and families, especially those under 10. Kids club, entertainment and mini disco are fab. Bravo to Bumba, Adrian, Gema and Daniella for their work! Some good points friendly and good beach front position. They was working on construction around the pool which disturbed the ambience. Queing up till 0930 for sunbeds felt like I was going back to the 90s. Check in and check out was good. Breakfast good for price point.

If you’re a senior citizen from the UK it’s perfect for you. However if you’re looking for a fresher younger vibe I’d look at the H10 in Playa del Duque. The staff here were great but being the only two under 60 is a bit of a weird feeling

I love staying at H10 Big Sur, the hotel is clean and inviting. All the staff are friendly, helpful, caring.

Can't think of anything bad to say about the place. Had stayed in a few different rooms at castle harbour. I had a broken leg and was using a wheelchair and mobility scooter and there was no problem getting around in either of them. The only real bad part. No washing machines had been available in the apartments I was in, though they did have facilities available within the hotel.

Feel very safe here. They're very good with sanitizing, wearing masks etc. Lovely pool. Friendly staff. Bar good.

Went to look at an apartment at castle Harbour unfortunately not right for us but had spectacular views, up at the top of the hill! parts of pavements did not have mobility dropped pavements on one side of road so not suitable for someone with mobility issues. Castle harbour apartments does have a ramp for access and a lovely bright reception area, lifts are small and corridors were a little confusing...

Our apartment had what we needed to put our heads down. Had to buy to lend a hairdryer for the week. Book disabled accessible accommodation in advance & double check before departure. Booked with Hays Travel but when we arrived 1) they did not know I was a wheelchair user, told us that Hays Travel did not inform them 2) we had to wait 3 days for a better accessible room 3) my wheelchair could not fit...

Great apartment that we stayed in Wi-fi was fairly slow but for free who can complain tv and the tech in there was all brilliant would definitely go again could do with a lick of paint here and there and some maintenance on stiff locks. Can’t complain at that though

We’ve visited this hotel many times and it always offers great accommodation, pools and large jacuzzi and spa. There is a very well equipped gym, with instructor led classes eg Pilates. The instructor is very helpful and friendly, why not use the gym and burn off some of your holiday indulgences! The room was large, but there was no air conditioning. However, it was very cool with the windows and the fan. The balcony was great. The hotel has a gym, a restaurant, a swimming pool, and a children's play area. It's about a ten-minute walk from the bus station and various restaurants and bars. The front desk staff was very friendly.

Perfect stay I had a lovely stay. I was in a spacious studio apartment. My whole stay was perfect due to the accomodation, check in experience, every staff member"s friendliness, professalism and helpfulness. Would highly recommend.

4 day break Lovely apartment , location no good if you have mobility issues , the hills are very steep. Very late check in 4pm , but the apartments were clean , good kitchen , pool was lovely with lots of sun beds , it was quiet .

We didn't get the type of the apartment that we have thought to have booked and as it was the last time there. There was one bedroom but wasn't any seaview. When we sat in the balcony we saw only the roof of the opposite building.

Great stay, great location, the hotel has a great breakfast selection and there is a free bus service provided to take you to the beach, would definitely recommend staying here.

Everything was lovely, suited our family of 5 perfectly. My little girl took a fall on one of the ramps by pool 3, both the lifeguard and the bar man came to know if we needed anything, so kind of them. Would have no hesitation in going back there. All facilities were being cleaned regularly, staff were all lovely.

Short Stay at Beverley Hills Heights We only stayed one night as we had just decided to add an additional Day to our holiday staying at a different complex, but everything was perfect. The reception staff were so lovely and helpful, a real credit to the place. We will look to come back again in the future for a longer stay.

A good clean apartment hotel with a nice pool that gets the sun most of the day. There are several traditional Spanish restaurants in the area too. The only slight negative is that the rooms on the road side of the building don't get any sun on their balcony.

Stayed self catering. Apartment was modern, clean, in the heart of everything but not noisy. 1 min walk to beach, 1 min walk to the town, walk to the supermarket and resturants and bars. No fight for sun beds, it was perfect. Would definitely visit again.

Just returned from a short break with family. We had 1 of the newly refurbished rooms it was very nice, self catering and room had everything we needed and was very comfortable and clean. The pool area is great, lots of beds, and very family friendly. Location is brilliant. Would 100% return and recommend. Can't fault the hotel, lovely rooms and great pool. It was my birthday a few days before we went and my partners a few days after we got there. When we arrived we were both wished happy birthdays. We always go away this time of year and have never been met with happy birthday anywhere. It was a nice touch. Really enjoyed our stay here, great location for the golden mile.

Fantastic location and base! Superior rooms are worth the upgrade. Would not bother will AI as there are so many places to eat outside and reasonably priced. Pool area is a good size and I like the sitting area around the bar it’s nice and spacious and lots of cover from the sun when needed. Can’t wait to return this year!

It's in a strategic place (if you have rented a car), just a few minutes to literally everything! The rooms are spacious and nice, we had a ground floor angular room with a very nice exterior. Overall it was a great stay. We where in one of the appartements with a kitchen, and we were able to cook when we didn't feel like eating out. The appartement its self was quite big. Our room was on the 5th floor with pool and sea view, so we had fab views. Our room was spotless as was the general areas of the hotel. The breakfast was fantastic even though it can be very busy, there were plenty of tables to sit either inside or outside. Plenty of sunbeds by the time we went to the pool in the afternoon. What a strange place. Booked very late just to get away. On arrival, look lovely from the outside and reception looks good too. Only 1 member of staff on reception most times, so there could be longs waits whenever you wanted something. Room was great on the 5th floor and very spacious. Lovely hotel if you're looking for something quiet and reasonably basic. Rooms were large and always clean. We had our honey moon in Cleopatra hotel, and it was truly amazing! We had a room with sea view and we were enjoying it every day. It’s a good option to stay in what I guess is in a high(normal/non-pandemic) season full of people. The food is variable but nothing that you fall off the chair from. Majority of the staff is friendly and accommodating.

Hotel is amazing and the events that happens in the pools are fun. Some arcade machines won't let you get the tickets but reception will give you your money back. Staying at this hotel currently with my son's and it is really lovely but not sure it meets a 4 star rating or warrants the 4 star price tag. It's an excellent family-type, international hotel with friendly personnel. The all inclusive concept is of great value, good choice of foods and beverages. Beds are fine.
