Currently at Big Sur at the moment on our honey moon. Arrived to bubbly, beautiful sea view room, entered to a ice cold bottle of cava and truffles. The hotel is incredible and the staff go the extra mile to ensure you're happy. Absolutely over the moon with out hotel choice and would recommend it to all. Staff are really friendly and helpful. There always something going on. As mentioned drinks are pricy considering the outside the hotel. Need to maybe have a flagging process for new people and walk them through the restaurant. In all I had a good stay and would come back. Views from the 8th floor are amazing.

Apartment rooms are a bit basic but great value for money. Clean and looked after. The pools are lovely and not so busy when we went. We didn't eat at the suites but easy access to plenty of bars and restaurants. A short walk to the beach with even more choice for meals and drinks.

Very well equipped apartments. Really good base for Los Christianos. Lovely and clean, good pool and sunbeds. A lot of steps if you have any walking difficulties.

The staff working here are all serviceminded, hardworking and helpful. A good place to stay at when travelling with kids! The food buffet is nice and there is always something good to eat. Include free wi-fi and I give 5 stars.

We arrived on Sunday afternoon after a great flight from Leeds Bradford Airport. Everything here is spot on. Yes it's a little hilly but we knew that. The staff and the apartment are lovely and the facilities are spotless. We are here on self catering so can't comment on the restaurant but if it's anything like the rest of the hotel then there's nothing to worry about. Would recommend to anyone.

Can't think of anything bad to say about the place. Had stayed in a few different rooms at castle harbour. I had a broken leg and was using a wheelchair and mobility scooter and there was no problem getting around in either of them. The only real bad part. No washing machines had been available in the apartments I was in, though they did have facilities available within the hotel.

Went to look at an apartment at castle Harbour unfortunately not right for us but had spectacular views, up at the top of the hill! parts of pavements did not have mobility dropped pavements on one side of road so not suitable for someone with mobility issues. Booked with Hays Travel but when we arrived 1) they did not know I was a wheelchair user, told us that Hays Travel did not inform them 2) we had to wait 3 days for a better accessible room 3) my wheelchair could not fit...

Tenerife sur is an excellent hotel. This is our second visit and we have not been disappointed. The services are first class. The hotel is clean and friendly and the staff are most helpful. We are looking forward to our next visit later in the year.

Great location. Bars, restraunts & shops all around the area. Great grounds & large swimming pool. Taxi rank just outside but only 200 yards to town centre. This hotel offers self catering facilities, one bedroom apartments & also single apartments for couples. It also has a very nice restraunt of its own.

Clean but dated, no air conditioning, WiFi charged daily. Fine for a place to put your head down with nice pool but needs a couple of additional tweaks to boost its rating. Staff helpful and friendly and maid service was good.

Decent apartments for the money, clean and spacious rooms, but not all of them, you will have to look for one which suits your needs. Pool area is a bit small and flocked during busy times. Not that far away from town center, taxi is always waiting in front of the hotel anyway.

We were in a penthouse one bedroom apartment, lovely decor, comfortable bed and bedding and well appointed. Felt it a bit mean to still expect extra for use of the same when we had upgraded to their best apartment but otherwise would come back again.

Paloma beach was a lovely place to stay. Our apartment was really big. Perfect size for our family of 5. The rooms were well kept, clean and stocked with all you need for a self catering trip. The pool area was clean and plenty of beds. We had some great food at the pool bar too. Only shame was that the jacuzzi was cold!

We thought the hotel was lovely. It was a far better experience than we could have had in one the of the huge, modern, character-less places so common in major resorts. It is small and quiet and yet on the main boulevard with its various restaurants and its evening activity. The decoration is very Spanish and full of character. Bit of a stretch for this to be called a 4 star, but I guess they technically qualify with the lowest standards. The complex is HUGE - with that, I assume some rooms may be more updated than others. Either way, rooms are dated and need a proper cleaning / refresh. Buffet is a decent selection. I opted to do a grocery run at the store that’s 2 blocks away and do my own thing the rest of the time....

Nice one bedroom apartment, heated pools (~25°), fairly good breakfast for 7 € a day and person. Did not try the dinner. Cleaning every 3rd day. Nice people in the reception. Big pool with "entertainment" (not my interest/taste). Smaller pool quiet and nice. Fair value for price ratio. Stayed there end November and beginning of December 2021.

Excellent service including the greatest breakfast and the lady in the reception was really nice with us answering all of our questions. The apartment is amazing! The viewing for the pool is fantastic together with a beautiful sunset everyday! I highly recommend the Hollywood Mirage to everyone!

Excellent accommodation it's like a village with bungalows, very good for us as we both have doggie knees and can walk round the complex with ease. Location was good but the rooms weren't as good. Boiler tube outside the door in 37deg heat with no air conditioning was very very uncomfortable. Hardly any utensils, sofa was very grubby which was covered by a sheet. Cobwebs, pillows were very shabby, not the cleanest of apartments. No wouldn't go back

If you don't mind not having things like a pool or a spa, you only need an hotel to have some quality sleep in the time you're resting from visiting Tenerife. This is it. Its a little bit old, but very clean, has the basics: a private room, with private bathroom, AC, mini fridge and room cleaning. It's very close to the beach, about 2 minutes by foot. Many restaurants and commerce in the area.

The five star rating is based on a 2 star hotel. If you are looking for a no frills basic hotel, that is clean and very close to the strip this is it. I found it clean and the desk person very helpful and staffed during the day. The room card unlocks the front door so you can come and go at all times. There are inner rooms and balcony rooms so be careful if you are booking.
