It was a great place to visit if u want to have a nice time

A bit far (for walking) from the beach. Pool is OK and the garden furniture is good. Restaurant is sometimes crowded but the food is fairly good; for the people more picky there is a cook with a hot-plate grilling fish or meat. Staff is OK. Also, the rooms and bathrooms could use some renovation. Well, it is a good hotel but does not seem like a 4 star... I would say a 3 star...

Rooms need renovation. Buffet breakfast is ok but has plenty of room to improve (fresh juices for example). Price was pretty cheap though. Everything was correct & acceptable. Overall, not bad, fair enough

Everything was absolutely wonderful, except for the staff at the terrace with the artificial grass. They kept changing the price of a certain wine from one day to the next. I have been with my partner three times this summer. All right. Very friendly staff (reception, chambermaids and restaurant waiters). The second and third time they gave us welcome details and one of the times they put us in a superior room to the one we had reserved (a kind of Junior Suite in a tower). fantastic prices.

The hotel is very good. Good attention from the staff. The room is spacious, the only thing is that the bathtub does not have a screen or a curtain...so when you shower you soak the floor and the bathroom does not have natural ventilation. The buffet is great. They have quite a variety and the food is delicious, but keep in mind that in the case of half board, drinks are not included at lunch or dinner...

Pablo is a great host and has the best hostel we have ever been to. In fact, we have been in 3 star hotels with worse facilities and services. Fridge, air conditioning (the room is cool in itself), comfortable beds, good shower, beautiful surroundings in the chalet and a very quiet area. Beautiful family hotel, with a lot of charm. They have a lot of details with the client. The spacious rooms, everything super clean, fridge with freezer, very comfortable bed. In the hall they have coffee, infusions, cookies, microwave. Very close to the beach 🏖 with many shops, bars. We will return without a doubt.

An absolute gem of a place. The rooms are super comfy and really clean, shower is great, hot and good pressure! Been coming here every 2 years since the turn of the century. Feels like coming to visit a family (in a good way). The rooms are clean and have everything I could ask for. The food is good. We have been there for a few days. I'm going to summarize it. For what it has cost us and to be a 3-star hotel, a TEN. Pool with a phenomenal atmosphere (until 22 HRS) Full breakfast (for that price, what do you want) Overall decent cleanliness. Facilities consistent with their age, but working perfectly. Nearby services, nearby beaches, a multitude of restaurants, bars, etc. just a few meters away...

We loved this experience! We did not hesitate to return, the staff was very friendly and responsive to any questions we had. Like the maids, impeccable cleanliness and extraordinary treatment. The hotel is located in a quaint village and offers good value, being very close to the beach – just a few steps away. The room was basic but clean. Breakfast was okay, with good quality food, though it would have been nice if it were more diverse. The pool area is rather small for the size of the hotel and was crowded most of the time.

Looks like the highest rooftop in town. Very good gin and tonics and 360 degree sunset views of the sea and the town. Really good place to take in the whole town and understand how it is laid out. The server could have had a little more grace and charm.

Location is very central with some local traditional bars within a few metres of the hotel and the main square and centre less than 5 minutes walk away. Five Stars are Not Enough Five stars are not enough. Paco and his wife are the greatest hosts. Their lovely hotel is perfectly located in town. The courtyard is a wonderful place to enjoy a drink. The rooms are large, clean and well-appointed. They went above and beyond to make sure that my friends and I had the best time in Sanlucar. ANYONE coming to town should find this gem and book a stay.

This was a bit of a mixed experience. First impressions were not positive as the front of the hotel was untidy and rubbish was stacked outside. Our room was a decent size and clean but at the front of the hotel by the busy main road, which was very noisy well into the night. The pool area is very small and some of the sun loungers were broken and unusable. There is a bar but it didn't seem to be open...

Beautiful building and a lovely, friendly hotel. You will be 10 minute walk from the centre. Be aware that although they offer free parking there are only 15 spots. You may be asked to find a spot on the street as we were. Also if your room faces the street there will be constant traffic noise. The town is wonderful with many great places to eat.

Perfectly located, across Cabildo Square. This was our second time at the hotel. The rooms are comfortable and super clean. The hotel offers a nice breakfast buffet at reasonable prices in a bright modern setting, overlooking the patio. There is a large terrace on the top floor to enjoy a drink. Best place to have breakfast in Sanlúcar de Barrameda. Fresh garden to scape from noise, the sound of the birds and a marvelous environment. Excellent place to prepare the visit to the city in quiet and relaxed atmosphere You can also visit some parts of the palace after the coffe. The rooms and hotel in general were always impeccably clean. The nightlife was good. It's a good hotel for those traveling with children. Not apreciate that the water park is also open to guests outside the hotel. Even with hotel guests, it's very crowded during peak season, and with outside guests, it's overwhelming. We're from Portugal and we went to see the moto gp in jerez and we chose this place because it was the best option for us (price, location and quality) it went well, and we liked it a lot! Good to leave the motorcycles protected.

It was very noisy. Because of the hotels design, the noise from the lounge/resteraunt area travels up into the hallways and rooms. For those of us that like to go to bed before 10pm, it is very hard to get to sleep.

Excellent resort to take the children. The obvious attraction being the aqua park the hotel provides which is big enough and fun. Also the proximity to the beach from the hotel was a bonus. An enjoyable experience all round. Food was great too and of a high standard.
