PLAYABALLENA SPA HOTEL

Room was lovely and clean when arrived and cleaners was in daily, the beds was super comfortable, entertainment staff was amazing we was the only English people there and they made such a effort to include my son in the games, food was lovely and drinks reasonably priced

Great all-inclusive type hotel/resort. Plenty to do without the need to leave the premises. Good food and very friendly staff. Our stay was out of season so the streets around us were empty (this hotel seemed to be the busiest in the area, but not overcrowded) and not much to do, still, shops were 20min walk, beach 5min and with electric scooters to rent everywhere it could be even faster. Only minus is the the location is far from bigger cities probably not ideal if you want to see the area if not in full season (when this place must be buzzing) as it's at least 30min by car to Cadiz (stunning) and 2h to Seville. West coast so every ocean sunset is magical. Our stay was 22-29.10 and only got 1 day of rain, outside pools open, jacuzzi heated, slides open specific hours but indoor pool good too if you not so lucky with the weather, although could be bit too busy if hotel has more guests. All in all, recommend this place

Superb Hotel we found everything was very good large room and balcony great view. Two double beds. Food was great and plenty of choice. Swimming pool was great indoors and especially outdoor.Everything was very clean staff do a great job.All in all we great time thank you.

Excellent holidays! We enjoyed very much our stay. The hotel is beautiful and very well located next to the beach and seafront. The animation team are ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC, hole day with the kids and adults and again in the evening running the show, bravo! Good measures to take care of the environment (reusable glasses, preference for filtered water instead of plastic bottles, towel policy…). The assortment of the buffet is good with different salads, fresh fish and meat “a la plancha” apart from other type of dishes. Maybe the quality of the desserts could be improved. Facilities are good but, if I could say something, gym could be extended and better equipped and the pool a bit bigger ( I understand this is difficult change to do).

Absolutely beautiful hotel . All staff in every area Bar/Life guards/waiters/reception/cleaners was so friendly and helpful . The actual hotel its self is stunning and so clean . We were Half board but as soon as we arrived we upgraded to All inclusive which was worth it ( FYI there is 3 levels of AI to which give you different levels . We had Premium AI so worth it.) Food is plentiful and very tasty . Pooll area so pretty and also a. Bonus of a small aqua park on site . Rooms were beautiful spacious and the best beds I’ve ever slept in We didn’t leave the hotel for our whole 5 day trip accept for 2 hours at the beach which is 2 minutes walk away . Because we had everything thing we wanted on site. This is mainly Spanish visitors at this hotel but me and my friend really liked this as it gave it an authentic feel and to be honest everyone was kind and lovely. I have to say the animation team was all great we took part in riffel shooting and Aqua dance everyday which was fun. Big shout to the life guards especially Miguel helpful and friendly. And the bar staff helpful with translation and Agustova ( I think that’s how you pronounce his name ) on pouring us wonderful new tasting drinks. All in all to us 5 STARS every were and YES I would come back . Thank you Hotel PLAYABELLENA for having us !

This hotel is one of the best we have stayed in the rooms were amazing cleaned daily and even had a bath . As a large party we expected to struggle to find sunbeds but even in the day we arrived we were able to get sunbeds together no problem at all . The only problem was the pool was a little too cold . As a very fussy eater I don’t expect much but to my surprise I had something to eat our whole stay without any problems . It was a totally chilled holiday no loud music around the pool which was lovely. The hotel caterers very much for the Spanish very little English is spoken but it was a great holiday great atmosphere

Everything about the hotel was fantastic rooms were excellent Food was great facilities were perfect But most of all that we were impressed with all the staff From the front desk to the waiters to the cleaners are fantastic everyone has a smile and so polite definitely recommend this to everybody

Beautiful... A beautiful quiet place for those who want to relax.. All staffs are amazing including the ones who work at the spa... We had a lovely short holiday with you and surely we will come back for more.. Thank you
