Upon check-in, the condition of our room was appalling. The microwave contained filthy remnants, dishes were piled up in the sink, and the plates above the cabinets were covered in grease and grime. There were even footprints on the TV desk, and our terrace was littered with popcorn. The floor was sticky and unclean, which was highly unpleasant.
During our absence to the beach, we returned to find our luggage tampered with, phone cases opened, and €10 missing. This breach of security is utterly unacceptable and suggests severe issues with staff conduct and integrity. Additionally, the room had other people's trash left in it, further highlighting the lack of proper housekeeping.
We conducted a bed bug test, which unfortunately came back positive, posing a serious health risk. This alone is grounds for significant concern and immediate corrective action by the hotel management.
The buffet experience was equally disappointing. The food was excessively oily, and the staff were unprofessional and unresponsive. Despite requests, dirty plates were not cleared, and we were met with unfriendly attitudes. The salmon was served uncooked and expired, and other meats were consistently undercooked, raising serious food safety concerns. A friend who stayed here recently also suffered from food poisoning, which is alarming. I was really disappointed with the staff the hot chocolate milk was full of cloudy water no chocolate particles.
Additional issues included:

- A non-functional safe.
- Dirty, stained cups and greasy plates in the buffet area.
- Denial of access to the child room.
- Refusal to provide the WiFi password.
This combination of poor service, lack of cleanliness, and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. I urge potential guests to reconsider their choice and avoid Hotel Dunas de Doñana to prevent a similarly distressing experience.
The buffet was disgusting, the food was either burnt or uncooked, the drinks all tasted like water no matter what drink you would get, the plates were very dirty and so were the glass cups, it was so bad we had to clean it ourselves. Breakfast was horrible, the food was soaked in oil and honestly awful. Dinner and lunch were okay some days, however some days we didn’t eat but luckily there was a fast food place nearby allowing us to order dinner.
The staff is very nice and polite however the cleaners are not, I was in my room when there was a sudden knock and while i was going to open the door, it bursted open and the cleaners were coming inside.
The cleaners just burst into your room without your consent, no matter what time just to check it. I also found my closed suitcase, open and was clearly checked by someone.
This is genuinely disappointing as me and my friends were so eager to stay in this hotel, recommended to stay in another hotel.
