Spotless hotel in great location BUT !!! First the positives, the hotel itself is very large, spacious and spotlessly clean. Situated very close to the beach with handy small but well stocked supermarkets, the rooms are good sized with shower and bath, to and air con. Now the not so good bits if you do not get a sea view/pool view there is an upgrade charge of 8€ per person per night otherwise you...

Great stay for a family vacation. People are always amiable, lively and fun. I regret not having more atmosphere around the pool, with music and a bar. The hotel is spotless, has good views and the catering service is a brand of the Best Hotel chain.

Went with a friend , the hotel was on the outskirts of Mojacar Playa near to the Golf course, so ideal for golfing holiday., and a bus does stop on main road near Hotel to get to the town It’s a big Hotel , over 1,000 people there and boy did we know , mostly Spanish people , it’s their go to place for holidays , they really know how to shout !! The Hotel was spotless, our room was very good size...

We came here on a one night stopover whilst driving from Malaga to Alicante. Chose this place due to its beachside location and it offered parking, which is a rarity. Unfortunately when we arrived, the car park was full. The public car parks at the front and rear were also full, as were all the adjoining streets! so if you are driving please take this into account as it can be really tricky to find...

Room was quite spacious, clean . Plenty storage, TV, en- suite was adequate. Staff were friendly and competent. Pools were really nice, Food was very typical, dining room very spacious. Views are spectacular.

My Mum and I stayed here for 2 weeks end of Aug..beginning of Sep..maybe for us it was in the wrong end of town..very quiet..very few bar/restaurants within walking distance. Had a very good bus service which stopped right outside the Hotel..Garrucha town and Harbour being at one end and Mojacar centre and Mojacar pueblo at the opposite end,other than that there wasnt very much around. Although they advertised free parking person said only for 2 spots and I would have to find my own parking.

Was ok for a one night stay but wouldn't recommend for a main holiday, unless you're on a tight budget.

We had a lovely stay. The rooms are large all that was missing was tea / coffee making facilities. A great hotel in an easy transport area with amenities ear by. Entertainment was loud but fine and fun and didn’t go on too late. Room sound proofing was great. Breakfast fantastic selection. Pool was lovely. A great stay!

An Englishman in Best Hotel Mojácar. Beds were very comfortable. Compère/presenter announcements were in Spanish only. Balcony furniture very dated and plastic molded chair collapsed when sat on. Satellite tv, no English channels? Staff very polite.

The hotel is very clean and the room was comfortable, we prefer the larger sizes beds that were available. We enjoyed the food in the restaurant. There was a varied choice and the catering staff showed innovation in presenting the food. The hotel is well located near to the beach.

Having first stayed here in 2000 with 36 of my Petanca players in Torrevieja, we have been here 7 times and now have no where to go for Christmas. Please open for next Christmas, Benidorm is not what we like.

Would be great if you could supply a Electric kettle in the room with or without a charge. Pork sausages on the breakfast menu

I use your hotels for business and it would be good if their was a loyalty points system that allowed a discount or added incentive for autonomo travellers. Even complimentary parking or dinner. The cost to you would be minimal in overall terms but an incentive to use your hotels.

Room was excellent drinks in bar overpriced. Why is the same wine far cheaper in the restaurant than in the bar. No reason or excuse for that.

This appart hotel is a nice place to stay. It is located at the end of Mojacar beach and is close to all the restaurants and bars. The beach is 5min walk from the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel has a supermarket, a bar, a laundry, a game room, a fitness center and a gift shop. You can Park your car quite easily for free. Just to give 2 bad points : the WiFi you get in the rooms...

Overall I would give the 4 stars In late September the hotel is fairly quiet, occupants are from the older generation. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Pool was awesome (1st floor), clean and lots of sun loungers (no one was rushing to book a lounger).

Fantastic location, exactly where we wanted to be, close to everything. The room was spacious, with lovely views, quiet and comfortable. Very highly recommended and we will be back!

It's one of the best hotels I have stayed in and I have stayed in quite a few over many years. The location is beautiful. One step and you are on the beach. The staff and food are very good. Nothing is too much for them. The room was spotless. I will visit again soon. Thank you for a great stay.

There was 10 of us on our trip for birthday celebrations. The hotel was perfect. Fab location right on the beach great pool and general all round services. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We were made very welcome throughout our visit and because of that we will definitely return.

We were in the bottom rooms , room 9 As we had a baby. They provided a cot, mattress ( a good thick one at that!) and lining and a wee pillow. The cot and sheets were immaculate! Very clean rooms. What a fantastic little hotel that just seemed to keep on giving a terrace you could nearly put your feet in the sea , the staff seemed that they wanted to please you all the time and even cooked a fresh breakfast other than the buffet. The late music bar was at the end of the hotel and underground so there was no noise transmission, I defiantly want to return, it was pleasure to stay there

This hotel is perfect for a night or two. We will definitely stay again. No frills but it has everything you want in a room. A comfortable bed, spacious, spotlessly clean, air conditioning. Be aware however ******* says check in at 2.30. That’s not the case. You need to check in before 2pm as reception is not 24hrs and it closes at 2 then reopens at 5pm until ? Sorry can’t remember.

Great value resort in Mojacar Great value for money in a fabulous location. The resort lacks a pool but for a couple of nights its perfect with the beach and restaurants close . The room was spacious and good bathroom. Parking was free nera the resort.

A cheap hotel. Very clean, air-con in the room. Close to the sea. Close to bars, and a short walk to shops. Nice communal balcony with a good view of the sea. Good shower room and spacious bedroom. Recommended.

Changing hands all the time but always nice for a sociable drink or two.

All staff were very happy, smilely and helpful. Very comfortable room. Great selection of food at meal times. Price of drinks was very reasonable. Wi-fi worked very well throughout hotel. Evening entertainment was one night a magician, next night a guitarist/singer and last night a "Show" Beauty and the Beast. Plenty of sunbeds around the 3 pools.

For me, this hotel is an out-of-season only option. In the high-season, the clientele will be mainly families with younger children… and it's well-suited to this group.

Lovely clean and tidy hotel with great views of the sea and mountains! Spacious rooms and bathroom ! Easy access to nice beach with sunbeds and parasols! Located across from promenade, beach and cycle track and a nice cliff top walk to nearby beaches! Plenty nearby bars and beach clubs and small supermarket!

The apartment was goid, people on reception was excellent, lifts not working out of order we had to access,apartment through the garage carpark or otherwise it was a long walk from reception wasnt impressed with mojacar liads of bars restaurants closed

I cannot fault the hotel except for its location. There were no shops, bars or restaurants close by, that said the hotel was so clean and comfortable that we didn’t need to eat out. Just returned from a seven night break at the Palacio Mojacar. From arrival we were met with friendly welcoming staff who were always happy to help. Our room was perfectly situated with beautiful sea views over looking the pool & garden areas with table, chairs & also sun loungers! The food in the restaurant was excellent & plenty of choice, again the staff were all so friendly & welcoming. ...

Food very nice, especially breakfast, great selection. Pool is a little tired and Probally lets the hotel down. Glass of cava on check in which is a nice touch. Nothing really around hotel, no bars / restaurants. Mojacar a drive away, cannot walk into old town.

Booking was 4p 2nts x2 double rooms - was met with warm welcome a glass of cava and a room upgrade (booked standard room was given room w/ balcony) Had breakfast one morning very reasonably prised at 10e per person - full array of buffet hot, cold alot of selection. Hotel was spotless, all staff warm, welcoming - would definitely stay again.Many Thanks for great stay.

Went for lunch. Very lovely food. Unfortunately, it was very quiet, so lacked atmosphere (obviously not their fault). Would definitely go again.

We love the Parador! The location cannot be beat. Rooms are large and they have a mix of older rooms with views to ocean and more up to date with views of interior garden. Food is good and the outside space is lovely. Great pool! We have an apartment in the Pueblo, but stayed here during Moors and Christian Festival.

Booked a table here for lunch & got the best table and view in the restaurant. Excellent service and food. Nice, well-kept gardens, clean swimming pool. Modern building with excellent services. People were very helpful and nice. We went there in March and the smell of orange blossom as you walk up to the entrance was wonderful.

We stayed here for 2 nights in November, lovely location, within walking distance of all amenities. Free parking. We booked the Junior Suite, which was located about a 10 minute walk from reception. Very odd layout, but we managed to find it. I have given the room 3 stars, because it really smelt of cigarette smoke and the sea view was partial. It was a lovely big room, dressing gown and slippers...

Visited in January 2019. Pleasant little hotel, didn’t eat there apart from good breakfast (Continental or full English). Comfortable room with balcony overlooking the sea and amazing sunrise every morning. Very helpful manageress who doesn’t speak English but waitress does. Helps to have Google Translate! Very good value for money.

Absolutely beautiful, we had such an amazing weekend, overlooking the sea. Ideal stay for visiting the beach bars. This gem is well equipped, well appointed and in a prime location. Good location, friendly staff. Not for families or older people. We (2 adults and a 7 month old child) stayed here for 3 nights and were disturbed by young drunk people within the hotel until gone 12:30am despite several complaints. Won't stay here again.

Great location - right on the beach. The buffet food was excellent and the terrace outside the restaurant is a lovely place to sit in the evenings. Very pretty pool and garden area too.
