It deserves its four stars. The room is incredibly wide. (a triple one). It looks like that there is a living room if it hosts just two guest. Two safes. A very big wardrobe. And the wc has a washing department an the bathing department. I have missed a toilet brush just to keep “the seat” clean after use.

A good hotel on a small village but still close to town. It's a very quiet area. The rooms were good and comfortable. There's outside parking spaces available in the property. The staff was friendly. Good price quality ratio 👌

Fantastic friendly staff and nothing was too much trouble. Very clean. Very comfortable rooms and beds. Spacious including the bathroom. Very quiet for a big hotel - not noisy from roads or from the general hum of running a large building. Right on the Camino De Santiago (200m) and a great location to rest up before walking on. Loved our stay and will return on our next trip to Ourense.

We spent in the hotel one night and was perfect. The rooms are big, with mini bar, sofá and 2 big beds. Is a bit far from Ourense, 10 minutes by cat. We didn't try the breakfast because is too expensive.

Very nice and luxury hotel. Even the most basic rooms have all necesary. The rooms are clean and big. The hotel have parking.

Hotel is clean, safe and the staff are very friendly. Good location for the old town but a bit of a hike to the train station. The rooms are large and well equipped, just a little dated (and brown).

Although the service is definitely good, the place it’s a bit aged, it’s seems they haven’t changed nothing at all since the 70s

One of the most confortable beds in town. Cafeteria is not that good but accomodation is great. Near every corner in Ourense/walking distances

Friendly English speaking reception staff were very helpful and were kind enough to chill a bottle of champagne for us on New Year's Eve. At present there are no mini-bars in the rooms, however our accommodation was very good. Super comfortable bed and a jacuzzi in the well appointed bathroom. All in all a most enjoyable stay, and we would certainly return. Many thanks.

The rooms were really nice and big, bathrooms are a piece of art. The only downside is that in some rooms the internet signal is not available.

Central location. Clean, contemporary look. Helpful reception staff. Parking available free on street for motorcycles or access to private garage for an extra charge. Rooms are a good size though decor is dated. Bathroom had a more modern look. Lots of noise from passing traffic though the window was left open by me. Breakfast was average, reasonable selection of fruit, cereals, cold meat and cheese...

The roof itop bar has an excellent view of the surounding city and hills. Beautiful. Service excellent. Need to pick your seat with the sun in mind. We had fun.

Wonderful service, receptionists are very helpful and speaks English, breakfast staff very good, good breakfast with made to order items as you wish, courteous housekeeping staff, definitely a big win on service

It's a 4* hotel and deserves 4 stars. The room wasn't the biggest, the decoration was odd to say the least and the shower leaked out the top of the head. The saving grace was the staff. Working in a hotel in Covid times must be a difficult job.and everyone was friendly, professional and helpful, especially in the breakfast room. I'll definitely go back but hopefully next time I get a better room!...

I think this is the only place with a rooftop bar! Would recommend to visit during sunset for the best picture! Went with a group of people and went with my boyfriend. Both occasions the waiters were very professional we had your normal toast. I do wish they had more hours currently it’s only open from 20:00-23:00. With the given circumstances I totally understand!

My wife and I stayed here for 1 night during our vacation to Spain. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I don’t speak Spanish and they were super nice and patient. The room was very nice and the spa is really nice. They also accommodated an early check in for us. I can’t say enough nice things about this place.

Fully modernised hotel in walking distance of the Old Town. Our room was large and well provisioned (inc. Nespresso machine). Some people may not like the modern glass wall between the room and the bathroom, but there is a blind that can be lowered. Spotlessly clean and tasteful rooms extremely comfortable bed fantastic shower noise proof and everything was perfect. The front desk stuff were particularly wonderful and extremely helpful.

We asked for a quiet room on a high floor and that is what they gave us. We were allowed an early check in as our room was ready (much appreciated). The shower was outstanding, the bed comfortable and the room spacious and clean. Easy walk both to tourist centre (10-15 minutes) and down to the Ponte do Vao (the anticlockwise circular walking route up and downriver via the thermal baths is recommended...

If I ever travel to Orense again I will stay here for sure . Beautiful rooms very clean and spacious.

Very good room, big and comfortable, including bathroom. Very kind service. It's located in the city center. Good breakfast with juices, coffee, milk, tea, bread, fruit, pastries... The parking is narrow, so be careful going down.

Was a good experience. The night staff and Mellisa the morning recepcionista where very kind and attentive . Everything was clean and comfortable and the hot tub is a big plus . Breakfast has good vegetarian /vegan options . Thank you all for providing us with the good experience.

This was our favourite hotel on a nine day trip around Galicia. The whole experience from Melissa at reception, to the fabulous room, which was beautifully decorated, had a huge bathroom and bedroom. Every little detail has been thought out and the bed was big and comfortable. There is a safe and a fridge and the aircon works. A huge TV and the choice of English speaking channels. The aircon was great...

Great and friendly place. The rooms are spacious and cozy. The staff are tireless in the tasks and really do go to extra mile.

I can only speak about the spa. We went to spend an afternoon with my wife and the 13 and 10 year old girls. The hotel is located in the center of Ourense and we called because they let children enjoy the spa. It is not very big but it is very good. It has everything that any larger spa has where they do not allow minors. More than 6 people cannot be together in the group. Worth.

Correct rooms, minimalist touch. The spa is the best of the hotel, we have been able to enjoy it alone in the late afternoon. I can not rate more because they asked us about breakfast time and at 9:30 there was no juice or fresh bread left. And no hotel staff was anywhere to be seen. We will return but without breakfast.

Totally recommendable hotel, good location, it did not seem expensive to me to be a 4 * and to have gone in August. The room is large and has a shower tray (with a height of 2cm). The hotel is very nice and the attention is great.

Parking: Opposite there is an underground car park where you entrust the vehicle and key to the guards after checking in. €10 per night and works great. Service: friendly but no English Rooms: perfectly fine Location: getting around the hotel is, well, very easy. But you are in 2 minutes in the old town. Spa: not tried. Costs extra.

This hotel is fabulous. The spa adds a special charm and allows you to completely relax after a day of enjoying the beautiful city. The location is close to the historic area and the rooms have modern, minimalist decor that I loved. The staff goes out of their way to help you and make you feel at home. I highly recommend this hotel.

Just a €7 taxi ride from the train station, the hotel was ideally located close - but not too close - to the lively noisy Old Quarter and its bar cafes and restaurants. The room was immaculately clean the double glazing highly effective and the rain shower hot and powerful even on the top floor. The broadband was super fast and the bed comfortable. The little cafe attached was great for a simple breakfast...

Room overall its not big however for stay it have all what we needed. Comfortable beds, AC. Rooms are clean and renovated. One minus is that you may hear noises from other rooms most likely due to old building in general. Great location, supermarket, bakery is very close to hotel.

Good spot across the river from Casco Viejo and very, very close to train, bus stations. Great service at front desk, clean room, comfortable bed.

The great thing about staying here is: 1) quiet place so close to the train station 2) 5 mins walk to the free local Termas Públicas Chavasqueira by the Río Mino along the path to more walkable termas & 3) great counter staff! 👉 Attached pics of room

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from the train station. It is modern, new,clean and reasonably priced. However, they claim to have air conditioning - but did not work. We complained twice-not resolved.

After reading the reviews, I don't think it's the same hotel. The men who greeted us were very kind. They offered us parking since it wasn't full. We were in 209, the Wi-Fi was good, the towels and the bathroom were clean. I only see a negative to improve by changing the very old furniture and the carpeting, the air conditioning worked great but you can tell that it is an old machine because it makes...

We arrived at dusk and the room was very bright with a very large bed. Although the room was a bit narrow, there was a feeling of spaciousness. The only downside that I put is that there was no way to lock the door and you could hear everything that was happening outside... There was a feeling that someone could come in at any time if they wanted to. I didn't pass though. The staff was very friendly...

Value for money without competition .... however .... a few "little things" .... in room 24 the shower tray is very small .... the pillows are horrible .... the rooms that danala street they have to put up with the "drunks" and vehicles at dawn. . Severino is very kind and offers you his underground parking to park.

The bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was good but the room was a bit grubby. There were marks on the walls and the shower tray filled up and spilled out onto the bathroom floor. Fine to get your head down for a night before walking.

Great location, right in the old town (which is pedestrian - no traffic noises :), surrounded by cafés and taperias. Check-in was easy, reception is open until late. Everything was clean, shower very hot, heating made the room cozy. Bathroom is tiny but functional.

I really appreciate this hotel. Do not be scared about the 1 star, it is much better of some 3 stars hotel i have been to. The room is small but not miss anything. The forniture are new and the place is super clean. For 55€ per night i think is one of the best hotel i’ve been.

Right smack in the centre.The area around the hotel is pedestrianised so had to leave car in a nearby carpark. 30 euros for 3 nights,special price mentioning hotel.Noisy at night had to close the window to sleep, fine after that. Cute little hotel! Has it’s charm. Very clean with good light coming in! In the middle of all we need to see here in Ourense. Come prepare not to sleep though. Stiff cots with stiff pillows that will numb you. Very loud alley with bars closing at 12am, you’ll hear street cleaning at 1-2 am then loud inconsiderate drunk people passing by up until 4am! Took a taxi from bus station that’s a bit distance...

This hotel is in a good position very close to the beautiful Catedral, which is well worth a visit.Lots of restaurants and coffee shops closeby. Small basic room but comfortable enough. Very clean. Staff very friendly.

I use a small mobility scooter. Tight to get around room & hotel but I managed it. Staff very helpful & friendly. The hotel is central so a bit of street noise to be expected. Overall, considering low price, hotel totally acceptable

Nice, basic hotel in a perfect location in the old town of Ourense. Convenient for driving, and nice (but again, basic) rooms. No air-conditioning, which for us meant leaving the windows open, which let in a lot of noise. Perhaps it is not usually so warm in Ourense (37 degrees July 8th).
