It deserves its four stars. The room is incredibly wide. (a triple one). It looks like that there is a living room if it hosts just two guest. Two safes. A very big wardrobe. And the wc has a washing department an the bathing department. I have missed a toilet brush just to keep “the seat” clean after use.

A good hotel on a small village but still close to town. It's a very quiet area. The rooms were good and comfortable. There's outside parking spaces available in the property. The staff was friendly. Good price quality ratio 👌

Fantastic friendly staff and nothing was too much trouble. Very clean. Very comfortable rooms and beds. Spacious including the bathroom. Very quiet for a big hotel - not noisy from roads or from the general hum of running a large building. Right on the Camino De Santiago (200m) and a great location to rest up before walking on. Loved our stay and will return on our next trip to Ourense.

We spent in the hotel one night and was perfect. The rooms are big, with mini bar, sofá and 2 big beds. Is a bit far from Ourense, 10 minutes by cat. We didn't try the breakfast because is too expensive.

Very nice and luxury hotel. Even the most basic rooms have all necesary. The rooms are clean and big. The hotel have parking.

Friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Great location; closed to the historic area but not in the middle of it and all the tourists and noise. We didn’t try the spa.

Excellent if you're taking a train at Chamartìn station. Walking distance to many cafes and restaurants.

I can only speak about the spa. We went to spend an afternoon with my wife and the 13 and 10 year old girls. The hotel is located in the center of Ourense and we called because they let children enjoy the spa. It is not very big but it is very good. It has everything that any larger spa has where they do not allow minors. More than 6 people cannot be together in the group. Worth.

Correct rooms, minimalist touch. The spa is the best of the hotel, we have been able to enjoy it alone in the late afternoon. I can not rate more because they asked us about breakfast time and at 9:30 there was no juice or fresh bread left. And no hotel staff was anywhere to be seen. We will return but without breakfast.

Totally recommendable hotel, good location, it did not seem expensive to me to be a 4 * and to have gone in August. The room is large and has a shower tray (with a height of 2cm). The hotel is very nice and the attention is great.

Good value for your money, the rooms are pretty old fashioned, but they're spacious and have a minibar.

City hotel , cheap and cheerful. Annoying that you have to pay to park your bike in garage and when checkout came i did not exspect to be navigating my way through 50 new bed matresses out side our room and in reception.

Safe parking for Motorcycles. First Class Hotel. On-site underground parking for Motorcycle only €6 a night. Everything first class no complaints.

Excellent hotel in Ourense. Buffet breakfast was great and inexpensive (although the staff in the breakfast area did not speak English, but that's our problem, not theirs). Bed was plenty large and room was spacious

Friendly English speaking reception staff were very helpful and were kind enough to chill a bottle of champagne for us on New Year's Eve. At present there are no mini-bars in the rooms, however our accommodation was very good. Super comfortable bed and a jacuzzi in the well appointed bathroom. All in all a most enjoyable stay, and we would certainly return. Many thanks.

The rooms were really nice and big, bathrooms are a piece of art. The only downside is that in some rooms the internet signal is not available.

Friendly Uruguayan guy at check in. Very good breakfast spread and staff keeping it tidy and replenishert. Parking just 50m down the road very easy. Bit expensive at €17. Rooms a bit dated and unfortunately I had one facing the back of some restaurants so I couldn't open the window. Aircon worked well. (The receptionist did suggest a room at the back as it was quieter just a shame about the odours...

A perfect spot to explore Ourense , the hotel was comfortable with a great breakfast, the room was comfortable and large with a vi of the street but it was quiet, the staff are very friendly, the location is great for local restaurants.

Modern hotel with a great location, a 10-minute walk from the city center. Very friendly staff. We were upgraded to a suite on the 8th floor. A very comprehensive breakfast. Highly recommended.

Great location, with private parking even though you should check as there are plenty of spaces parking free surrounding this hotel. The rooms are big, clean, with perfect wifi signal, the breakfast is of good quality and offers gluten and lactose free options. You wont walk more than 5 minutes to be in all the old city attractions

Nice place to access the town with limited driving It was a convenient stop for our trip. Laundry service close by. Town of Ourense was walkable with a few attractions. Was disappointed that bridge is only lit up on the weekends.

I liked the hotel; except that they should impeove the breakfast.

Very friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was very good. Centrally located. Garage right next door was a plus. Very clean room. The only negative was the very slippery bathtub. No tub mat but definitely one was needed. Very fair price.

Nicely decorated. Not practically designed. There is no place to put your clothes. All inner walls are glass. Going to the bathroom at night, the light will wake your spaus...

After reading the reviews, I don't think it's the same hotel. The men who greeted us were very kind. They offered us parking since it wasn't full. We were in 209, the Wi-Fi was good, the towels and the bathroom were clean. I only see a negative to improve by changing the very old furniture and the carpeting, the air conditioning worked great but you can tell that it is an old machine because it makes...

We arrived at dusk and the room was very bright with a very large bed. Although the room was a bit narrow, there was a feeling of spaciousness. The only downside that I put is that there was no way to lock the door and you could hear everything that was happening outside... There was a feeling that someone could come in at any time if they wanted to. I didn't pass though. The staff was very friendly...

Cosey place for a relatively cheap and great getaway. Bathrooms are small but you here to visit the city no to spende your time in the loo. Reception people are super friendly and ready to help.

Nice and clean hotel in the old city. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Only issue was that the old city streets are being remodeled, and we had to park outside of the old city walls.

Very convenient, super close to the train and bus station. Such a beautiful little town. The only downside is that there’s not much restaurants options around the hotel, specially at night, though the restaurant that was open was good and cheap, more options would be good but there’s nothing the hotel can do about it. Great location, though beware the chances of finding free onstreet parking are close to zilch. I paid 12 euros per day at the parking lot (that's about 10ish min away on foot) with the parking lot's discount (which was better than the hotel's). The room was nice, the bed was comfy and it was very clean though it lacks a fridge (I missed that "small" detail when I booked it) but what I just can't overlook...

Recently renovated 2 star European hotel. Convenient location and fair price. Coffee downstairs for breakfast and few blocks away from downtown/ historic center. Good place, I would recommend if you are on a budget and stay a few days. Don’t expect other services or big lobby. It’s just ok.

Five stars for staff, very friendly, in spite of my poor Spanish and their poor English we communicated well. Safe free parking, location close to thermal baths. The place is very clean , quite small rooms, good showers, simple nice breakfast, hotel carries noise up to the floors quite easily, and with the excited Spaniards sleeping was a bit disturbed. Not romantic in any way but totally adequate...

This hotel is in a good position very close to the beautiful Catedral, which is well worth a visit.Lots of restaurants and coffee shops closeby. Small basic room but comfortable enough. Very clean. Staff very friendly.

I use a small mobility scooter. Tight to get around room & hotel but I managed it. Staff very helpful & friendly. The hotel is central so a bit of street noise to be expected. Overall, considering low price, hotel totally acceptable

Nice, basic hotel in a perfect location in the old town of Ourense. Convenient for driving, and nice (but again, basic) rooms. No air-conditioning, which for us meant leaving the windows open, which let in a lot of noise. Perhaps it is not usually so warm in Ourense (37 degrees July 8th).

Reception does not speak English and the hotel looks like an ancient ghost hotel. It is close to the highway, meaning very noisy at night.

I came to Ourense by morning train but staff let me in even I was too early. Location is good near the trainstation, shops and bars. Friendly staff, clean place. Nice kitchen and common area. Light breakfast included.

For a hostel it's fine, the location is good, very friendly, if anything, I would prefer the showers to have doors.

The place itself is spacious and clean, a living room with some kitchen utensils, as well as a microwave, etc, and breakfast. A spacious and cozy house with 4 family beds and 2 single beds for up to 10 people. A comfortable room, everything very clean and well maintained. The outside area is very comfortable and right at the entrance to the kitchen. They also have a grill with adjustable height and a small lawn area. They leave you some coffee and a fantastic Italian pot. Much appreciated. 😊 Access by car is not easy to find...

I do not put the five stars because the access to the car I did not like, now, to go several couples or group of friends is truly spectacular. It does not lack detail.
