The roof itop bar has an excellent view of the surounding city and hills. Beautiful. Service excellent. Need to pick your seat with the sun in mind. We had fun.

Fully modernised hotel in walking distance of the Old Town. Our room was large and well provisioned (inc. Nespresso machine). Some people may not like the modern glass wall between the room and the bathroom, but there is a blind that can be lowered.
The breakfast buffet is excellent, including some tapas each day and lots of delicious pastries and cakes. You can also ask for eggs, bacon etc and get just about a full English...
The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
They told me that I could not put my car in their own garage because it was too large and I had to park in a public car park that is about 300m away and cost 10 euro per day.

Lovely modern hotel, very close to the center of Ourense. The Staff was very friendly, they have lactose and gluten free options in the buffet breakfast. And a nice little gym and mini spa facilities that include massage treatment. A overall wonderful experience.

It's a 4* hotel and deserves 4 stars. The room wasn't the biggest, the decoration was odd to say the least and the shower leaked out the top of the head.
The saving grace was the staff. Working in a hotel in Covid times must be a difficult job.and everyone was friendly, professional and helpful, especially in the breakfast room. I'll definitely go back but hopefully next time I get a better room! 🤞

Wonderful service, receptionists are very helpful and speaks English, breakfast staff very good, good breakfast with made to order items as you wish, courteous housekeeping staff, definitely a big win on service

Your Typical Old and Ugly Styled Hotel, But Expensive and Full of Lies and Extra Costs
When I booked they told me they have Wi-Fi for working and that they allow pets, and that I would only need to pay 25euros for extra cleaning fee.
After arriving I was told I would need to pay 25euros extra for each DAY!
It gets worse - after being ask for all my personal data (for free!) in order to get access to the Wi-Fi, then I got 1Mbps speeds of internet (can't open a site or video). I call the reception and I was told that the Free Internet is like that and that I can pay 10euros extra for each day of normal Internet.
Other than that, it's a very ugly and over the top looking hotel. They try hard too much to make it look fancy. Staff is incredibly rude. Worst pillow in the world too.

I think this is the only place with a rooftop bar! Would recommend to visit during sunset for the best picture! Went with a group of people and went with my boyfriend. Both occasions the waiters were very professional we had your normal toast. I do wish they had more hours currently it’s only open from 20:00-23:00. With the given circumstances I totally understand!

My wife and I stayed here for 1 night during our vacation to Spain. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I don’t speak Spanish and they were super nice and patient. The room was very nice and the spa is really nice. They also accommodated an early check in for us. I can’t say enough nice things about this place.
