Hotel «Carris Cardenal Quevedo»

Not impressed. The staff did their job but nothing beyond that. We had water leaking from the bathroom light fixture, and the only response was, ‘maintenance isn’t here'. They gave us extra towels to mop the floor. When we brought it up again at check-out and mentioned we expected to be moved to another room, we received nothing but a shrug and not even an apology. The parking bays are extremely narrow. The view from the balcony was extremely ugly. Overall, it’s an okay hotel, but not worth the money, especially with such poor service.

The hotel is quite nice. BUT you should avoid putting your car into the parking, very narrow and challenging. Lights went off and I bumped into one of the columns at the rear right side, horrible. If you have a car about 4,7m as mine…avoid to put it inside at all cost. (Obviously it was not only my car that suffered, you can actually see the car paint of others in the column wall as well). I feel that they should be probably more clear about it and specially given the difficulty, avoid the lights to turn automatically off! What do you think am I? A night panther?! Lol!! 😂 You need to fix that!!! It is sincerely very annoying!!!
