It is a clean hotel and close to the City Center. The staff is really helpful, the breakfast is quite satisfying.

Good price-quality. The dogs in the other rooms didn't let me sleep for a very long time. Helpful staff.

We stayed during our stay in Oviedo and were very happy. The facilities are very clean, the treatment is phenomenal from everyone, the breakfast is very varied and the girl like the mothers does not let you go hungry. The rooms are quite good, the only drawback I would say is that we were on the road and we had to leave the window open because otherwise it would be very hot. 20 minutes walk from the center, large area to park for free.
Supermarkets right next door. The man did not wait to receive us and gave us many recommendations.

Not far from city centre and even so, 2 supermarkets within walking distance. One is not 5 minutes' walk away. Another is in a shopping centre less than 7 minutes walk away. Also can find restaurants, laundromats, ATMs, etc within 15mins walk.
Even within the hotel they have a cafe that serves breakfast - costs extra, not included in hotel fee. I think they also serve dinner, but I never visited during dinner time so I cannot be sure the times and the food they serve.
The room I had had a fridge, a good working AC. It was facing the main road so it was quite noisy, but closing the windows solve. The window also had blinds to blockout streetlights and sunlight.
Everything in the room worked well: hot water, lights, fridge, AC...

We decided to spend a few days in Asturias and chose Oviedo as our dormitory town. Exactly, the Hotel Carbayon. The treatment, kindness and attention of Don Julio, have been excellent from the first contact. I recommend it. We will repeat for sure!

The hotel staff is very kind. The room was very clean. The only downside that I put and that is important to me, was the excessive noise from 07:00, maybe it was because our room was near the stairs, but I think the rooms should have a little more insulation. Although it is a first and the room is for the street, the noise of the cars is not a problem as long as you can have the windows closed, as in our case it was very hot and they do not have air conditioning, having the windows open implied a extra noise from cars on the street. They also do not have an elevator since they only have one floor (a first). They have parking but it does not communicate with the hotel, there are some places in a very large parking lot of several neighborhood communities. It is a cheap hotel for a stay for work, medical consultations or other reasons, it is not a recommended hotel to spend a vacation in Oviedo and/or Asturias.

Pets are allowed and it is half an hour's walk from the center of Oviedo. Very good treatment by the staff and very rich breakfast. Simple but sufficient rooms. Easy parking.
