azuLine Hotel Palmanova Garden

We stayed here for one night. We didn’t expect too much given the rating, however there was a musky smell to the apartment and our balcony doors did not lock. When asking to move rooms given the safety issue, they said it was full. When asking for a refund we were told to wait until morning. We were told nothing could be done so we were forced to stay the night. We had trouble sleeping knowing that anyone could enter the apartment.
The breakfast was 1/5 - fruit selection is poor (tinned pear, some slices of melon, bruised / old whole fruits) and English breakfast and cold meats are below average. Needless to say we were glad it was only one night, we did not enjoy our stay!

First arrival, the wifi password was not correct on the counter and you had to email your confirmation over or bring it printed with you which was not in the small print.

The one lift fits around 3.5 people at a push, the cobbly walks looks like a prison, no windows and small hallways. I ordered a double I got a twin room and also mould in the bathroom, broken tile on the balcony and a instant bed rather than a traditional bed displayed on the pictures.

The only good thing about this “Hotel” that it is in Mallorca.
NO FRIDGE, no iron, no safe, no cups(for water or toothbrush), and NO SOLUTION!
The toilet was not even safe, since the screws were not tightened, absolutely ridiculous!
The room was dirty, and the isolation is really really poor. You do not need to ask for a wake up because the cleaning stuff will wake you up either way due to the noice they make.
I stayed in many hotels, bad and good but this is by far the worst one!
For the people who work there, please do not come with excuses, instead think of real solutions!
