Great hotel .. my only issue was I don't go on holiday to sit by the pool with a man painting all day next to me also the beds were dirty and needed jetting , jobs like that should be done pre season and not when paying customers arrive. Apart from that it was excellent and oh yeah a heated pool would not do any harm Would go back for sure thanks 😊 🙏

The whole staff is really friendly, the food excellent and the service outstanding. The hotel is really clean and you feel really welcome. Furthermore thy hotel offers a shuttle service to Palma, it really easy to rent a car at the reception and the rooms are modern and clean. All in one we are more than happy with our choice.

Excellent hotel with great staff. We were initially unsure when we booked as we’re not certain about the location but actually it’s perfectly placed. The rooms are superb and everywhere is exceptionally clean. Bedding and towels changed daily Excellent restaurants a short walk away. We have had a wonderful time at this beautiful hotel, staff were very kind and accommodating. Food at the hotel was good and Juana at the spa was amazing. She provided us with a very luxurious experience and even a glass of champagne! We are definitely coming back as soon as we plan another break.

Excellent hotel, beautiful views and great service. Was booked as a surprise for my Birthday and I couldn't be happier. Upon arrival we received a complimentary bottle of Champagne and a Birthday card. Juana, the Spa Manager, was amazing. She made us feel very welcome and is a credit to the hotel. It's tough to give the hotel a rating, because we really liked some things but also took issue with others - so I think 3/5 being 'average' probably makes sense. Rooms are modern and what you need for a comfortable stay. Pool area is fine and a nice area next to pool with day beds. Only had breakfast at hotel and they were not the best. Tasted fine if not much choice but food was a bit cold. Can't comment on the other food offerings.

Was good and would go back. Pool smallish, but place in good location for the beach and restaurants and bars etc. Bar closed at 11, bit early but I suppose its open all day so it's gotta close some time. Stayed here in June last year and was impressed with the rooms we stayed in, very spacious and cool, just what you need after a day in the sun, Breakfast was great with a fine selection, the place was very clean and great entertainment day and night, my daughter had so much fun, i'm pleased to say we have just booked again and we are returning in May this year and cant wait.

Great hotel and location for the price you pay in peak season. The staff were very accommodating, giving us tips on beaches, restaurants and bars to visit off the beaten track. Ridiculously cheap beers (and other drinks) served at the pool bar. A very short stroll to the beach and restaurants/bars.

Good hotel, no kids allowed. Makes for a nice, relaxing poolside without the usual "animation" team singing all day. Only real con so far is that the air conditioning only works while you're in the room.

Cheap, close to a convenience store and more importantly the beach. Friendly 24h portier service. The apartments are a bit run down and dated but everything works as expected. A deposit is needed for the AC and the TV remote (15€ per at the time of this review), but that will be returned after checkout. So make sure you ask for the AC remote!

Been there in July. Hotel is very close to the sea. Great view from the balcony. Best to request sea view when booking as some rooms have side view on sea. Food was good. This is a fantastic hotel with the most stunning views of beach and sea and is in the ideal place for bars and restaurants. Rooms are adequate and clean, staff are friendly and all wear masks all day. The animation girl Martina is the BEST. The best hotel I've been too and I've been five tonnes to Palma nova... Entertainment coukd be better but that just normal for these hotels... Very clean and cleaned room daily... I just got back from a week's rest . Hotel at a high level. Food very good, large selection. The staff is very nice and open . Animators are what I will remember for a long time, very energetic and nice people who improve the smile on the face. Overall, I rate the hotel 5/5 and highly recommend it.

Modern and comfortable rooms, the pool is great, but not a 4 star hotel services. Bad room service, we got 3 days in a row bad smelling sheets and dirty towels, even after I told to the reception. Not a tasty breakfast, loud and drunk people screaming on the halls. Myself and my best friend stayed here for a four night break..Hotel and Staff v good..However please be aware when booking half board is just breakfast and a main meal and a glass of WATER..no starter...no dessert and no soft drink..apparently the restaurant makes its own rules..and a very rude restaurant manager pointed this out to us...so we will not be making a return visit .Reception staff helpful...

Good selection of food but not all of it is great. Lifts take forever. Maintenance guy lets himself in your room at 9am when you're trying to sleep insisting he needs to replace the shower head when there was nothing wrong with it. Despite this overall quite good.

There is big variety of food, different meals for each weekday. There is snacks available next to the pool whole day. Staff is friendly.

Location was a bit hilly, but there was a lift in the suites part of the hotel, which helped avoid the hills. Room was spacious with beds that are much more comfortable than most hotels we have stayed at. Food was varied and of a good quality, would definitely recommend.

The hotel itself is very nice clean and the staff are very helpful. The food is superb with a wide choice of food. We booked a superior junior suite and on arrival found it was in an annex with no views whatsoever. The hotel itself is on the outskirts of Palma Nova and situated on a steep hill in fact it is closer to Maguluf than the centre of Palma Nova.

We stayed in The Beach House..An absolutely brilliant room. Huge terrace with hottub overlooking the beach. We cannot fault this hotel.

The best thing about this hotel is the pool and massive patio right on the beach with the beautiful view of the bay. The service was excellent - everyone was friendly and helpful. Lots of cafes, restaurants and mini markets are just steps away.

Beautiful hotel. We upgraded to the loft room with the big outdoor terrace which was well worth the extra cost. The breakfast each morning was wonderful, plenty to choose from. Pool gets busy quickly so you'll need to put your towels down early, otherwise it's right on the beach.

Nice hotel, fab location and superb breakfasts. Bathroom in the rooms very strange though, open plan and not very practical or private. Beds were really comfortable though and the pillows were lush. We were shocked about the 4 euro tourist tax though per person per night then VAT on top of that ! a tax on a tax ! It cost us 54 Euro for 6 nights.
