Just had a lovely stay with my little family at Sol Palmanova , no issues what so ever and a perfect location. Entertainment, fantastic (acrobats, foam parties, pool parties ect) & kids club , super - the staff work so hard! A huge thank you to Mila (Isla my daughter Isla adored you) we will definitely be returning :)

Best hotel ever! been coming since i was a kid, the entertainment team are amazing. 3rd April 2025 - Just got back from Sol PALMANOVA Mallorca. Went as a couple for a few nights. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The hotel has an excellent location and great amenities. The staff are quite pleasant and helpful. Breakfast always seemed like a chaotic event and the coffee and juice machines were out of service on most days. The hotel wifi doesn’t work very well and the room wasn’t cleaned very well. Overall, I had a lovely stay. I would expect a bit more from a 4-star hotel though.

Overall a great stay at the Elba Sunset hotel. The view is great and staff are friendly. The layout of the toilet and bathroom is a little bit off with doors blocking each other if opened. The hotel has a stunning view of the sea but a little far off town.

The sea view is really nice, the surrounding is very quiet, and the breakfast is quite rich. However, parking in the surrounding area depends on luck. You often can't find free street parking spaces, so you can only buy hotel parking spaces at the front desk for 18 euros a night.

The hotel was just great — perfect location, delicious food, and friendly staff. However, the room cleaning was really disappointing. During our 8-day stay, the towels were changed every day, but the bed linen was changed only once. Top notch service all around. Absolutely loving our time here. After a couple of days, you really start to get to know the staff, and everyone has been superb. The butler service is fantastic, the food is fantastic, and the wait staff is fantastic. I’m not sure what that previous review is even from, but no way it’s about this place. I can attest to that.

This St Regis has a very beautiful property, with amazing views from the pool. The rooms were very spacious and private. The service was absolutely amazing. Kids area was great that had its on splash pad. Breakfast was very delicious and definitely recommended. It was overall amazing and definitely will come back.

Good location, friendly hotel staff and guests, rooms clean and tidy, loads of storage space, really good shower system, view from balcony exceptional and stunning, noise level low, great service in restaurant, food was delicious buffet style with a wide variety of dishes to choose from to suit all tastes. Everything about this hotel was first class, all areas very clean, views from room across the bay just wonderful to wake up to, food varied well presented. All staff from Mangers to cleaners friendly and helpful. The beach which is very sandy and just ten paces from hotel.

Great location. The staff where amazing The Lady on reception was so cheery and helpful as was Anna in the restaurant. Food was good room was good and the rooftop garden with its views is a must. I was in the annex which can be a bit confusing but once I got my bearings it was fine. Would 100% recommend.

DETAILED REVIEW: We stayed at Agua Beach for 6 nights bed & Breakfast in room 118. The hotel room: was clean to the eye, spacious and plenty of storage. The room had a kettle with tea, coffee and sugar also a mini fridge (no complimentary bottles of water and no water fountain available in the lobby, big shame when arriving at 02:30am). Breakfast was not very good. The rooms are really clean and quiet so you can get a great sleep here. Really close to a lovely beach and the staff were pleasant. The place needs a bit of TLC but it's good value and I wouldn't put you off staying here.

Honestly, an amazing stay from the start. Friendly staff, great facilities and a beautiful view from our room. The included buffet style breakfast has so much variety, including made to order eggs and smoothies. The à la carte menu was brilliant and reasonable priced. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Pretty decent hotel. Very nice pool, and public areas. Breakfast so good. Staff really friendly. Big shout out to Piedad from reception- super friendly and sweet lady 😌 The strip is not a bother at all, and the rooms are pretty good isolated. Very short walk to the beach. You do need some stamina and good physical condition to keep going up the hill though. We will definitely come back.

This is an unusual little hotel. The receptionist was absolutely lovely and our room was very nice too but sadly the aircon wasn't very powerful. Really enjoyed our stay at Globales Palmanova Palace. Great location — close to the beach and shops. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is modern, clean and well maintained. The staff and service is excellent. The all inclusive package is highly recommended with very good quality and selection of food. The bar staff are not shy with the measures and the beer and wine on tap are plentiful. All in all a very good 4 night break in a fantastic location.
