I recently been there with my boyfriend for 4 nights and it was really nice stay. The reception hall smells pleasant, the staff were nice to us and helpful and the room looked modern and clean. The sitting area from the then closed bar (wintertime) is still open for everyone tom take some free hot beverages and snacks; working from there or even charging a phone would have also been nice, were they some electric plugs around but no, too bad. Nonetheless is the hotel good located near from some grocery shops, the El Arenal Beach and from the bus stop with numeral bus lines in direction to Palma and the airport. It was great, gladly again !

Been in 3 stars hotel before but this is really 2 stars maximum.
Bed sheets dirty, you need to pay extra for double bed but the room is very tiny. Internet is very bad - you can’t use it for work purposes. No car park. For the safe you must pay 3 Euro per day and also deposit 15 Euros. Extra you can’t bring food and drinks. If you do is possible you pay service £150 for cleaning. The cleaner lady came and told me why I binned make up stuff. Very horrible experience. Never coming back.

I recently stayed, and overall, I had a very pleasant experience. The hotel offers great value for the price, especially considering the excellent cleanliness standards. My room was spotless, and the housekeeping staff made sure to clean it every day, which I really appreciated.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for exploring the island. However, I did feel that the breakfast could be improved. While it was decent, a bit more variety or higher quality options would definitely enhance the overall experience.
That being said, if you're looking for a clean, affordable, and comfortable place to stay in Mallorca, this hotel is a solid choice!

Fundamentally it’s a good hotel because it’s new. However u notice in the little things why this hotel is cheaper compared to the rest. U get sachets of shampoo/bodygel and they only clean the rooms every 2 days instead of daily.
When u ask for something they don’t give it immediately so u have to keep asking for it.
Hygiene wise , cleaning every 2 days is not a nice feeling but it’s not the cleaning lady her fault because u can tell she is understaffed but when she does clean it’s good.

Disappointing… the hotel but especially the service. :(
You book a room, they give you another room than booked. The receptionist is not allowed to do any changes or cancellations and there is no manager to talk to. In the afternoon the manager was not reachable via phone, the next day he/she should be working - again not there…
In the high season July, this is not acceptable for a hotel…

The hall is pretty modest and there is a bit of paperwork to fill in, but the rooms are clean, nice and comfy.

Clean bright and comfortable hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is all you can eat, meat cheese etc Limited choice but more than adequate. There is no pool, which I'm not bothered about but this means there is nowhere pleasant to sit outsidesi if you are having a break from sight seeing etc.

- Give the keys of my room to others people. I go to the receipt and they do NOT apologize, just saying "it's ok" ! They finally apologize when I get angry and ask for it... Otherwise OK.

I stayed in the Mix Smart for two days in October. The hotel is only some years old and looks very good from inside and outside. The breakfast was served as buffet and good. Everything was clean and the hotel staff is very friendly. I stayed on two other location at my holiday priced higher, but this one was be best of all of them.
